    • Exactly I’m facing the same problem. Its been very long since my products were returned but I didn’t receive any amount. And even I had booked few products and my payment was done through online after some day the product got cancelled for no reason n even didn’t receive the refund amount, its been about 5 months and I’m still waiting for my money. Literally this is the worst experience I’ve ever had in any online shopping

      • I too am facing a similar problem. The product delivered was firstly wrong and then the product was collected by an agent. The refund was initiated long back but still I haven’t received my refund. I asked for a call back several times but no customer service agent has bother to call back. I have even wrote them a mail raising my issue but still there is no reply. A very horrible and pathetic service from Ajio.

    The reurn product as given below not picked up even after passing the scheduled date. Nobody bothered to give message or contact the customer if the deadline is passed. Very pathetic service as far as returning the product is concerned.

    This compliant is regarding my order FL 0146285739 for which I paid from my ajio wallet but I refuse to take this order due to coronavirus Outbreak as the courier person called me on 6 April 2020 and I refuse to take it but now your site showing that it’s delivered and my Ajio wallet is empty .. I raised my issue so many times but your company is not resolving it. I will not pay for the things I have not received. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible

  20. I had ordered Pair of Nike pegasus 36 and I received fake shoes with very poor quality and even the box is also broken. I had submitted my complaint through mail also but I got no revert from them. Even I have to wait for more than 30 minutes to contact your customer support team.
    I think Ajio is very good online shopping
    website as it belongs to Reliance.
    So please look into this matter and resolve my issue.

    Today another delivery boy came into my house. When he checked the item he found a sticker outside in the shoe. As per conversation with him it should be inside the shoe. Again he had not pickup the item. How can it be possible. i don’t used the item yet. I want my money back. Your helpline number also not working.   30. I placed an order on 12th August, 2020 and order ID is #FL0161393542. There were total 16 products in that order and out of 16, I have received 12 products & 4 got cancelled(don’t know the reason of cancellation).

    Out of 12 products, I have received 7 wrong products. I have raised the complaint on same day(20th Aug) when I received the products and the complaint ID is COM00012370500. The customer care executive asked me to wait till 28th Aug as she has forwarded the complaint to resolution team but I haven’t heard anything back from AJIO by 28th Aug. Then I called again to the AJIO customer care to check the status of my complaint and he also asked me to wait for another day. After waiting for another 2 days, i sent an email to AJIO team on 31st Aug but again there was no response. Post that i again called to customer care on 5th Sep & 11th Sep but still there is no response from AJIO team.Every time when we call customer care, we have to wait for at least 20-30minutes to get connected with CCE due to this covid. And after waiting for 20-30 minutes, there is no positive response from AJIO team. I am totally pissed off now as no one is raising the return request of order. Instead of providing the resolution, they are continuously asking me to wait for few more days. This is actually pathetic. It’s been 4-5 years, I am buying products from AJIO and it’s a trusted website of reliance but still you guys are doing fraud with customers. I feel humiliated and cheated. I have all the details with me, I need the resolution on urgent basis as I have ordered products of well known brand(Van Heusen) and this is actually disappointing that well known brands are also doing fraud and misguiding the customers.

The person who came to take back the product told me that EAN number is not matching with the product. When I tried to contact customer care there is no response . It’s been 4-5 days customer care is not responding for my mail. Whatever customer care number they mentioned is of no use . Whenever I call them thy never connect to any employees due to pandemic issue. Pandemic is the reason for these people to not resolve customer problems.   38. Wow great. I am expecting same thing from your side. I am calling from 12 sep and the each waiting call is almost 45 minutes and after that some of your executive cut my calls in between. The worst customer service and shopping site i have even seen.

    On 23th September, 2020 i have received a call from courier boy who from your point of view has been delivered my courier to me and also i have signed while receiving product, “has called me and said he by mistakenly clicked the delivery button and mam courier is with me please sorry and can i handover your courier today?” I have clearly told him that i am not interested in your apologies and now in this product please cancel this and change the status.

    After that i have received an email from your side that you have closed my complaint. This is just pathetic service i have ever received. And whenever i called your customer service firstly i have to wait for 40-50 mints so that i can talk to your executive and after that they have only one answer mam you have to wait at least for 1 week like seriously nobody have that much time and patience.   49. facing same issue of refund…………. Worst experience with ajio……..i ordered on 14th Aug & then i received order on 26 Aug (ORDER NO. FL0150131538)… then i returned the shoes to the delivery partner (Delivery Boy no. 9877050923), but after 7-8 days i didn’t receive my refund…then i raised complaint no. COM00013120520 on 12th sept….but not received refund & then i again raised complaint no. COM00013569048 on 26th sept ….but still not receive refund……but now on there app showing complaint resolved on 7th oct …… but the hell is going on….I requested a refund. They promised me that money will be refunded within 48 hrs.
    I never ever seen these type of cheating in other online shopping companies you guys are really a mess. What type of service are you giving to us. Is this a shopping company or stealing company. I tried so many times to contact with you customer service number but you are always on pandemic issue but its okay then you have upload some other number to contact your service board.. Its been 1½ month over I didn’t get my money. Are you guys playing with our money on this bad time… Your service is really really bad.

I ordered a t-shirt and then I found I choose wrong size hence try to cancel but cancel was disabled hence I call customer service and they suggested not accept the delivery any ask the delivery person to cancel all 3 attempts. Hence I did, but after a day it’s shows me delivered, again I raise complaint but the ticket is resolved with no justification.. and there are no call me back option or any complain option.. how do get my money back??

  51. I returned the product on 14th July 2020 and the product was received by Ajio team on 23rd july 2020. Till date the refund is not made. The shipping cost was also beared by look for it. I have never expected such type of service from the Reliance group of companies. Ajio order ID FL0137148616. Request you to look for it.

  52. Pathetic customer care service. Payment of Rs. 990 got debited from.wallet and no order confirmation received. And to my surprise no one to register complain or talk. Have mailed number of time to customer care e mail id no response from.their side. Ppl plz dont buy from.this site as they are fraud and not reliable.
    God only can help me.to trace the payment. Everythime i call customer care executive they are not responding to the call and waiting time is around 30 to 45 mins. Still after that no one responds.

Engineer Pradeep of Samsung Authorised Service Centre ( Jagannath Service, Rajendra Nagar, Madhupatna, Cuttack-753010 visited and received advance of Rs500/- vide receipt No 8229 dated 08/09/2020 vide call No 4309515645 for changing some parts and motor ( covered under 10 year warranty. Another mechanic came with some parts which didnot match the requirement. Still reminding the dealer and service centre daily and no solution after 5 weeks. –

Ever since I have joined ajio and made my first order the guys have missed it up with something else , I had to contact then more then 50 times and I have proof for that , the resolution didn’t happen the day it was promised plus didn’t get any information on the same tried and tried getting connected but the representatives were so bad that one of them refused to help later had to write almost 200 words email following by 10 other mails to ge this resolved it took more then 2 months to be done , later again I faced an issue because of there mistake and haven’t heard from ajio team yet , it’s been more then 25 days now for the complain the resolution was to be provided by 6th of October but nothing has happened now and it’s gonna be a month, ajio only needs customers to pay and forget , customer care is really not customer oriented infact it is supported oriented they can talk the way they want provide help if they wish or just remove the call connect- I can see many comments above so I am pretty sure this business is only putting money in owners balance whereas this is a fraud and the promises made are never never fulfilled nor in terms of goods delivered and not in terms of resolutions or any other date oriented .
    Shut down your site if you don’t wish to help customers throughout or just mention on your mail that this is one time service as soon as you receive money you don’t give a fuck anymore .

    So so pissed with your service.

For this I am continuously contacting their customer care no. and they gave my assurance for refund within two business days after every two business days when I contact them.   86. its been more than 18 days i have not received a refund for around 12 orders from ajio amounting to around 15000. everytime an executive assures that i will get the refund in 2 days and wont have to call again, but after 4 5 days i have to call and explain the whole thing to a new executive who says the same thing, that refund is still not processed but it will get processed in next 2 days now. today i got a screenshot of some old refunds from ajio claimng they have already refunded, on the date that the article was not even returned back to them.

    I ordered one converse black men shoes worth Rs- 1781, as you can also check with my order id, I am a regular customer of ajio and i have faith in it, but however when i get my order i opened the packet, there is nothing in the packet, the shoes box is not proper sealed and little broken also, there is only paper and paper rolls tightly packed with cello tape, this is very bad experience for first time with ajio, but than also i think ajio will help me in this matter.
    So i raised a complaint of refund on mail itself and on app also, so then i got one complaint no. COM00018357100 which i got on 9th of march, and there is written we will resolve this matter till 18th of march, i relaxed.
    In between I also have conversations regarding the complaint, the same auto generated mail i got every time, we will get back to you again and again.
    I requested a call back from the senior team but nobody got back to me.
    Every time they were fooling me saying we will get back to you the same auto generated mail i got, now on 18th march they agin said give us 2 more days i said ok but after 2 days no progress is there again they said till 24 or 26th march we will get back to you.
    As i get call back from one of your customer care executive Mr PRADEEP, he said to me you can go to consumer court, we have cctv footage of packing, i said it’s totally fine but how do i know if someone take out the product in transportation or somewhere, and he is very rude in calling, meanwhile i said please transfer my call to supervisor, and i was ready to be on hold for long time also but he disconnects my call.
    As I already said in several emails, please refund my hard earned money or i have to take a legal action on it, i will go to consumer court.
    I can do anything for my hard earned money, i want my money back, otherwise i will get to your most senior management.

    I hope you understand my concern, please do the needful in this matter.

  94. I don’t know how many times I’ve send you mails regarding my refund of three returns. It’s really disappointing team ajio. I’ve been sending mails since 1 month. It’s your responsibility to make sure whether the refund you’ve proceeded had reflected in your customer’s bank account. I even contacted my bank with the reference ID you provided but they’ve no idea on that. What am I supposed to do to get my refund of three return which is Rs1415 altogether. Are you guys not gonna take any action against the money that haven’t credited yet. I was return my Order on 5_June_2022 which order id = #FN9744204230 and Return id= #RT69458638 but my amount till now now not refunded and i was try to communicate so many times with ajio customer care and they only condolence me to wait 14 June 2022 but still my amount is not credited to my count and now they say wait for 18 june 2022.

    My Question is that is your service which you promise me to provide and is this way to deal with your costumer.

    And I was also Complain through mail but they not reply in a relevant way.

  109. I placed an order on August 12, 2022, but they are not reliable. I searched out their agent in our place, no such agency is found, but they kept on promising me … the goods would be delivered on August 26, 2022. All in vain, they are hurry to get cash, that’s all.

This worst expreince with Fruad Mukesh and nita ambani They are fruad now i know how they make money and rich totally fruad Please do not use Ajio , Jiomart and Jio and Reliance any products ambanis are frauds I used Ajio brought 1000 products and some return and some is pending 12 iteams which should be collected almost 12000 rupess products wating from 1 month passing dates and also getting every day new comlpint number for them this is complian number and for me just number which they give me everday day Nita Ambani is chor Mukesh ambani is biggest fraud in this country how they run thier businesses. Never trust these ambanis now i will never use ambani products and Use Amazan Tata click this good platform to buy products thier return very fast . if you can not return products they stop nonsense .   111. I found some information that I need about AJIO company but it didn’t satisfy my hunger for information, please add some more information about this company.

  112. Recently, for the very first time I purchased an item from your AJIO app with order id-FN1560404942. After receiving the same . I did not like the quality and the fabric of the product so I put a return request.

    As per the return request your pickup executive from 3rd party logistics denied accepting the order with reason that there was no price tag given. Till that moment I did not realise that there was no Tag that was sent with the order.

    Why was there no tag sent along with the product?

    When your team already knows that most of the products have been dispatched without tag and knowing it, they have already added an option of ‘tag not received’ in the AJIO app return options.

    Why was such a mess created at the first point?

    I request you to please look into this matter personally as it is adding use of human and other resources for unnecessary reasons. I have called customer care twice taking out time from my busy schedule. If you really understand the value of time I would request you to please consider this email and take some action on this issue.
