This is to bring your kind attention i had purchased a iphone 13 pro max in iPhone website but unfortunately when the consignment received it’s look quite big in my hand. I had a detailed discussion with iPhone customer care support they didn’t give any solution finally connected with Mr Manish since 2days he had suggested to buy other item in website to match the cost which i saw its showing very expensive, finally Mr Manish itself given a solution if i can place the fresh order for iphone 13 pro he will try to pick the earlier order phone and get the the reimbursement to credit card.
Today Mr Manish called and saying it’s not possible to replace it, Yesterday he himself told he will get the solution today he is saying not possible, i have all recorded the call which we had discussed and with email communication either give us the solution to place a new order for iphone 13 pro and get this earlier phone collected and reverse the payment.

Very bad customers are being taken for a ride no warranty available with warranty period total fraud.
I purchased the Apple laptop from I Venus (apple store in Phoenix Mall – Mumbai) on 28th November, 2021. The laptop hasn’t even been used for 10 Hours.
Everytime we try to use it it hangs. I have repeatedly complained and sent the piece back to the store. They updated the drivers and the problem still persists. Its hasn’t even been 6 months, this problem has been since 4 months. Your sales team and technicians are making me run from one service centre to another. Twice when I visited the service center there were no technicians.
Now they are saying they will replace the hard drive. Why should I let them open the piece and why should I accept a defective piece like this? Obviously there is a fault with the product so I demand full replacement or refund. I have waited for 10 years to buy this piece, have collected money not for something like this.
Cant imagine such service from APPLE. it’s been a nightmare, no one is helping, everyone is just raising their hands. Its not fair and I hope you will look into this matter. My case number is: 101705894558

I had purchased Iphone13 128GB on August 22 and I am facing problem with that phone is not working with 3G/2G network, Since my phone I have sent 4 times to apple service center till now I did not get any solution,Just they are playing with me that there is no hardware problem only software problem in phone, I dont know how many month they need to rectify problem, If problem is beyond repair apple supposed to be replace the phone,They are telling me phone will work after apple latest ios update,but I am not agreed with this line,all other phone is working why only my one is not working in 3G/2G network,Tottaly disappointed with apple support.I need the phone replacement immediately.
My Apple Watch all of a sudden started getting heated up and burnt my left hand wrist.
I went to authorised apple service station and they said nothing can be done.
I sent an email to Apple India CEO Ashish Chowdhury and I got a call from apple support and they registered a Case ID no 101972366862 and they heard my issue And the guy Vaishakh promised to resolve and asked me to call next day and when I called he was absconding and another lady Ranjitha Sr lady promised to resolve and transferred the call to Gayatri who I turn transferred to ZUHAIB and this guy put me on hold and vanished into thin air
This is lousy Apple India with stupid idiots calling themselves Senior executives good for nothing taking hefty salary and sleeping in apple aircondioned offices during working hours and experts at passing on the buck
Apple products was a CUSTOMERS DELIGHT and now has become a CUSTOMERS NIGHTMARE
