    GTX 1650/120 Hz) F571GT- , IMEI/Serial No: L9N0CX04154637D ] , Invoice Number # FAFO8I2100087154 – this one. After 20 days the product fully problem. The product was fully west.

    1. The display was onside fully golden color
    2. 10 to 15 minutes battery backup
    3. Motherboard was shotted
    4. Heating issue
    5. Big sound from laptop

    I am face problems there. I am informed the asus company. But company was not a positive dictation. Actually i am trapped. It was not a normal product. It’s a gaming laptops. I am helpless. I don’t know how is cheeted me. I am only a Freelace designer. 73000 rupees lossed. I am take a lone and buy it. After 20 days it was fully maintained conditions. I am not satisfied with product. Because i am newly purchased one of it. And my friend , family and my office friends fully funning me with asus laptop. I am fully unsettled . And I don’t know the what to do. And i am not satisfied with a asus product . Please do the action for it. And i am waiting for the positive action from asus company.   2. Sir/Madam, I am facing lot of difficulty due to not charging the battery of laptop. I had complain for the same on 06 May 21,Engineer visited on 11 May at my residence at Delhi and told that battery is not available with him and it will be replaced after receiving from company. Since then I am just waiting after several complain. You can see complain no A2105009590-0001 to 0004 on different dates. My imei serial no K2N0GR02345909C invoice date 04 June 2020. Once battery is not available at Delhi then it’s very poor show of ASUS company. Hope the faulty battery will be replaced soon till now just . Thanks.

    After contacting the service centres infinite time now I am writing here to get certain conclusion. Last year on 7th July I bought a laptop for my brother from Flipkart and within one week it’s battery started declining and it would function only when connected to electric socket.

    I gave it to a service center in Lucknow but even then same issue.

    Kindly understand the criticality of the situation and respect my consumer rights as I literally don’t want to take matter to the court

  4. I am Vipinkumar from Kerala. I have been using Asus Zenfone 5Z smartphone for the last 2.5years. Two weeks before, it suddenly got switched off. After that it is not working. I have given this mobile phone to 3 service shops, but unable to repair it. Also I have searched is there any Asus service Centre near or in my district. But nothing found. There is no contact number or email address to contact Asus service. Its just pathetic. If they have any responsibility to the customers, please provide some contact numbers or email address. Its a request from an unfortunate Asus customer.

  7. Sir, I ordered the Harddisk in DEC, still, this time I have not received if I call customer care they will be like the HD is out of stock when the stock is full we will dispatch it.

My name is Akash and I have Asus TUFF gaming laptop, which I ordered online from Flipkart on 10th January 2021, which was bought with PF money deducted from the saved salary of 3 years, which had 15 days for replacement. In days, there was no problem in the laptop, but after 1-2 months, problems started coming in this laptop. The problem is still there, for which I have talked to Asus customer care and Asus service center and complained that I should change this laptop and give me another laptop or take this laptop and return my full money or life time of this laptop Give me the warranty if you can’t do anything. .. But till now no one has resolved or solved my problem what should I do with this junk and bad laptop which is getting worse day by day whereas even after servicing so many times the problem of laptop is not solved and my There is no hearing, I am stuck with this Asus brand laptop, I have lost faith in Asus company and what should I tell about this, now with folded hands I request ASUS company people Solve my problem otherwise no one will trust your brand and will not buy any of your products
