The Complaint was given on 23rd September, 2020.
Technician (Sunil Kadam : 9082498998 // 9136389072) visited only after follow up .(i.e. After a week)
Product was seen by technician and mentioned a switch to be replaced and left.
Numerous follow ups but no clu about product.
We called manager (Ram : 8419946317) on 9th October, 2020, and he said he would call next day regarding the spar part.
No call received by the manager.
We called him today (12th October,2020) and he mentioned part hasn’t come. Instead he questioned us about the warranty. He was rude, Cut the call abruptly, was abusive to my parents. (Senior Citizen ).
Very bad Customer service. Let me know if necessary action will be taken or will i have to get in touch with higher authorities.

They are only selling and in the name of warranty they will keep you in line always at the their customer care. They do not have mechanism of proper issue tracking. They close out the complaint without any solution
I having a pathetic experience with Bajaj. I bought a Bajaj geycer from Amazon.in. I booked for installation by calling 022-4128-0000 a week back. I was told that it will be done within 2-3 days. It wasn’t done yet. I have tried calling Bajaj customer care at least 10 times and every time they will give a local installer number (@ chennai). I tried calling that number at least 10 times, that number is either not reachable or no response. I am thoroughly frustrated. I don’t know where to escalate next and get the installation done. Do have the escalation number?
Pl depute your representative immediately to attend on subject item, which was under warranty and at site attention.The lock down was not there from 6 am to 10 am your technician is nearer to my residence with in one 30 minutes he can come and attend the defect. Your customer care fellow is very bad and simple telling now lock down sir no body will come. Everybody worked during these four hours. you can send your technician who has attended earlier another defect on the same mixe.And further I am feeling very bad for M/S BAJAJ electricals who are manufacturing bad quality items and supplying to people and damaging the image of the great company of M/S BAJAJ. I do not know how many problems/defects will come in the same mixe. Please replace with new to keep the image and respect on M/S BAJAJ Electricals.

Your company technician visit the site on 26.11.21 and told us for Replacement of Water Heater Cadila 15Ltrand take all documents copy like INVOICE AND WARRANTY CARD.
Technician said that 5-6 days I have phone and you have take replacement geyser from SAMPLA, HARYANA COMPANY STORE.
But sorry to say that technician not pickup the phone and customer care said that your approval for replacement not approved.
