I have maintain current account with bandhan bank punjabi bagh branch with the name of Guilder Group.
I took loan from bandhan bank in november 2019 of 10 lac.
Due to corona i had some losses
So i recently took loan from icici bank of 15 lac for survive my business.
Suddenly ABH and loan department come to me and said
Put your all money in your loan account and take top up of 25 lac
I said ok
I clearly said to officials that i do not have more money to survive my business as well as my family so please do it on priority basis they said do not worry sir ( rajkumar loan person ) why are you taking tension we will take 2 days and you will get funds.
After 7 to 8 days they said to me
There is no policy of top up because you recently took loan from icici bank.
Sir now i am in very worst situation and i do not have other option to survive.
I took loan from icici to survive no to sucide.
I dont want 25 lac rupees loan i need my 10 lac rupees back.
Please help us to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Sir myself Sachin Kumar Shaw Assistant Engineer in Ministry of defense.My office is located in ichapur west Bengal. Due to Government order all our employees need to update their phone numbers linked with Aadhar card. In this connection I personally visited to a branch located at Barrackpore near Railway Station for the said purpose on 15 Dec 2020. All staff at that branch agreed to update our employees phone number in aadhar card and said 04 nos send everyday for the said purpose. We start sending our employees to that branch but staff of that branch forcing our employees to open account in that branch otherwise they will not do aadhar card updation work. This is question of mis selling and is an offence. Moreover divisional manager of Aadhar has spoken to that branch for updation of aadhar on priority basis for central govt employees. Branch manager now refusing.
One staff of that branch named Moumita mahato approached to our employees for opening of account otherwise no update of aadhar.
In this regard a disciplinary action will be taken against the branch manager and other staff of Barrackpore branch near Railway Station is requested please and please be intimated me at this email and also at phone no 9445237145.

As per below trailing mail still your bank charge me Moratorium Interest amount of Rs 38423 I will request you please revised those charges i already drop mail i don’t want your moratorium facility but due to interest amount your bank still charge me moratorium facility interest & I really surprised April May 2020 they did not deducted and after dropping mail in the month of June 2020 deduct my EMI 12713 & again in the month of July & August they did not deduct my EMI Due to this 3rd class banking system & only for take interest from the customer they doing this transaction due to this Mejor mistake I will pay interest amount of Rs 38423/- which is not acceptable for me, this is not the customer oriented bank really 3rd class support given by bank & i really surprise if i am individual customer then what about their corporate customer this is the culture & standard of this banking system???
Please find attached herewith my loan account statement & home loan EMI calculator excel sheet My current interest rate is 10.40 ( change from 11.10% to 10.40% in total 4.4 year ) and still I put 11.10 which is highest rate I put in my EMI calculator sheet but still my EMI balance is less than your system how’s possible kindly explain to us.
& also please note due to builder lobby support & 3rd class project loan approval they given this loan facility due to this reason currently your Bank charging me 10.40% where the other bank charge interest rate 7% to 8% Please look into this matter & take serious action about this banking system.
Again, I am requesting you please refund my moratorium interest amount.

Me & my husband took loan for 2 flats (2 bhk each & side by side on 1st floor at Sriprasad Vihar Godhani Nagpur) loans from Gruh finance Ltd. They are charging unnecessarily extra 1.5 lakhs more than our upto date EMIs paid. Last year Gruh finance Ltd was taken over by Bandhan Bank Ltd & they are asking additional amount 1L to pay which we refused saying we tallied accounts statements with our accounts statements which we maintain. According to that we have no dues.
Hence we want to inform Bandhan Bank Ltd. We have complaint against builder as well. Builder is paid 100% full amounts for both flats around 10-11 years ago but builder is demanding 1 lakh more over and above full payments.
Hope it’s clear now.
