The BOB customer care center is leaking information to the third party and get involve in bank fraud. The bank is alos transfering the resposibilty to others and just for paper formality. Gopika Menon called me after prolonged pre request.And I wanted to talk to the Bank Manager and explain my problems and find a solution for paying it back.

They are not even giving me a minute to listen to my problem and find a solution to it .
I am an Electrical And Electronics Engineering graduate with 0 backlogs, I even got placed into a MNC (Accenture) while i was preparing for my final sem.We had to face two Natural calamities (Flood) in kerala , and i was also going through a serious financial and personal problem with two Cancer fighting patients at home.
I approached my bank explaining the situation and possible solutions to sort this out or anyway I could go ahead with further studies as a Masters degree could fetch me a good starter pack . They even refused to give me a Debit card without depositing 2000 rupees ,which makes no sense.They never gave me any SMS alert or any kind of communication regarding the morotime period which just got over on the topic “Covid-19” situation where we all are going through.Still I haven’t got any stable job as I am working as a daily wage employee in some part of India fighting for daily staple . I have been pressured so much that I cannot handle such a deal for a National Bank.This is definitely not the way you treat your client, my problems can be solved by just 6Lakh rupees. I can get this done in one day and close the account and there’s no guarantee of my life as I can even meet with an accident tomorrow. Either way as a bank you guys are losing the money which you are supposed to get back.and this is definitely not the way you do it,and threatening my guardians by sending people, barging into my home in the absence of me.I have also tried calling them many times when I got the first response from the collection centre bangalore, i respect the person who talked to me even though he took some pain in explaining and finding a solution for my current situation.
Please find a possible solution to this or if you could give me a relaxation period of three months so that i can find a way to collect some money and clear the cumulative debt.

I have emailed you on the above state problem on 20/10/2021, with a copy to RM Shimla at Chandigarh and a reminder/request on 2nd November. This ATM of BOB is the only one in Dharamsala City and has been closed for the past 60 days or so, causing great inconvenience to the public of the area.
I am surprised to find that management of BOB is mum on the issue, even after my repeated complaint/ request on 2/11/2021
Kindly look into the matter seriously and rectify the fault at your earliest & oblige.

in the loan, the Bank manager force us to take the India First Life group credit Life Plus Plan – loan insurance & for this insurance i hv paid a premium of 29000/- & he also force us to pay 9000/- for property insurance.
In the small loan amount with big heart & trust of Bank of Baroda brand, we hv paid 35000/- premium amount thinking anything happens insurance will help me.
During the Loan insurance discussion with Bank Branch Manager, he clearly told if any member’s death happens both are illegible for the Loan insurance & the Insurance company will waive off the remaining loan amount.
I want to tell you my wife CHAYABEN RAJESHKUMAR JOSHI last month 3rd of Octomer due to some medical issue she expired.
last week i visited the bank branch & requested the Bank manager to help to get the insurance amount which we hv taken during the loan sanctioning time. but it was very much surprised Bank mentioned only my name in the insurance cover, during the discussion i came to know the bank team forgot to mention my wife name in the insurance policy.
now my self low middle class person is stuck with bank & insurance company am not getting any help from anyone, not getting proper response from the Bank team also.
Request you to relook our cases as being a good customer we hv paid all the insurance amount as advised by Bank team, and till the date we hv paid all the EMI regularly with out any bounce.
Pls respect our request & do need full as you are the only person who can help me, if i hv done any mistake pls let me know.
