1. Very worst service.

   We have left the bus on 8th October for rear glass replacement & till today garage peoples are saying they don’t have parts to replace the glass. It is ashamed to hear like this word as a dealer.
   We are loosing the confidence on Bharat benz to purchase the additional buses.

2. Very bad service and experience while purchasing Mitshubishi Electric AC, This is my 3rd AC. The AC is alright , the sells part and installation process is done by unexperienced and unprofessional people in worst possible way. They didn’t have courtesy to tell you and discuss about the product and its’s services. When you enquire about anything to clarify they feel offended and their ego gets hurt. They make you feel miserable, each and every time.

   Sayansh buildwell pvt ltd. to run two hywa (hywa no HR-69-C-8175,HR-69-C-0903).
   This month run the hywa(2523) only 5or 6 days. Because excel has broken every two or three days and your macanik take the hywa no. HR-69-C-0903 in your workshop CHARKHI DADRI (HARYANA).
   When hywa came in to site and two hours run then broken the Cadapinion.
   After that we complaint to costumer care then engineer has come on the site, he check the hywa and says that he hywa again take to workshop.
   Then three days stay in your workshop and after that hywa right on OK report and came in to site working in ONE hour and broken the Cadapinion.
   Today I call the workshop CHARKHI DADRI (HARYANA) he does not response and pick the call.
   Please tell me what about this problem to say and solution.

   My vehicle no. is MH43Y2402 Registered on name – Lalmani Rai.
   We have been facing issues lately with the vehicle in every trip. Currently my vehicle is at your service station Bharat Benz in Kolhapur (Ghatge trucking). They are unable to find the issue in the break pipe since last 3 days. Could you please look into this issue as soon as possible, because currently my vehicle loaded and the companies are following up with us regarding the transportation.

5. My name is Virender Singh and my vehicle registration no is – HR45-C 2800 (July 2018 model).
   I am completely frustrated with Dhingra Trucking, Karnal (Service station of BharatBenz Company), as my truck met with an accident on December 31, 20220. There was some damage during an accident ie Left Side Wall, Left side cabin window, both pillars with wind shield and cracks in my truck chassis (Chassis long member). My truck is fully insured with zero dept insurance by Chola Mangalam Insurance Company; which is valid till July 13, 2021, even our truck is under manufacturer warranty especially for Chassis till July 2021. Now, I come to the below points – My dealer (Dhingra Trucking, Karnal) told me that truck chassis will be covered by the insurance company (Chola Mangalam), however, I have been advised by the insurance surveyor that my truck chassis is already cracked before an accident occurs. The Insurance company refused to cover up the chassis fault as we already have a zero Depth Insurance policy; which is valid till July 13, 2021. The Same way, my dealer (Dhingra Trucking, Karnal) also refused to change the chassis as my truck is under warranty until July 2021. Due to an accident, my truck was stuck up at the Dhingra Trucking Service Station at Karnal for approx 50 days. When I drop my truck at the service station (Dhingra Trucking) and I have been advised that it takes a maximum 07-10 days to get your truck ready. Due to the dealer and insurance company I am having loss INR approx 02 lacks and my Cibil score got affected as I was not able to pay truck EMI’s on time due to the long time taken by Dhingra Trucking and Chola Mangalam Insurance Company. In case my issue (Truck Chassis) does not get replaced as soon as possible, I will escalate this concern to Media and consumer court. Virender Singh – 9671433060

Hello, I have a garment factory at Bijapur, purchased BharathBenz truck in 2018 – oct (Truck no – KA28D-3917, ODO Meter – 70952 kms), till date it has broken down 3 times in the middle of the highway due to gear box issue. Truck was there in the bijapur showroom for more than 15 days (From 22/08/2021 to 09/09/2021), Now today again truck brokedown for the same reason near to chitradurga. I seriously doubt that i was given a faulty truck or BharathBenz team is not capable to rectify the problem. This is a very serious issue, I am facing this problem tiem to time. I really want to escalate this to the top management, They shoud get invovled & have a look into actualy whats happening with their trucks….

   Sir I have two vehicles of BharatBenz 2823 name of KST Construction  prop.Ajay kumar and the dealer is not providing any good service of the vehicles after 1 day there is breakdown neither they attend any call there nor any service on time If we get it sir request is to take my dumper back….

   And none of their staff corporates with us, if the vehicles continue to break down like this, then from where will we fill the loan, so please I request you sir, take these vehicles back, I take another company’s car, thank you

10. R/Sir I am the owner of Rajesh Kumar Brothers Travels Company. I bought Bharat Benz bus chassis from Ludhiana Punjab in January 2021 and buying these two buses was the biggest mistake of my life because, from the day I bought this bus till now, I haven’t earned even a single rupee from it while every month One or the other problem keeps coming in it, on the first day when the bus went to Bathinda PTI by becoming the body of the bus, the first problem that comes is that its speed was locked at 30 km per hour. I have full proof of whatever problem I am telling you, which I am giving in PDF through this mail. After that, on 18/08/2021, the complaint of the vehicle not starting, whose complaint and job card details are in the file, after that there are many other problems with the bus and whenever there was a problem, my bus at least Used to stand in the agency for 3 days and I have another bus whose number is HR38AB3638. The biggest problem that comes with my bus is when and what work has been done on my bus. I am giving you all the information about it, so far my bus has not been serviced as much as it has faced problems. Whatever problem comes, the vehicle remains parked in the agency for 3 to 4 days, and both my buses have been parked in the agency for at least 6 months in 2 years. Like what happened to me a week ago, let me tell you that on 22/03/2023 in Bidhuna district Auraiya, my bus whose number HR38AB5538 broke down, which was not starting, I complained online, then the mechanic of Kanpur agency came to fix my bus, checked the bus, they did not find any fault, then my driver called Punjab Abohar agency and talked to the mechanic there through video call, he told that his ASAM is bad, but Kanpur agency’s The mechanic did not listen to one and disconnected all the wires of the bus, disconnected the alternator of the bus
    Opened the engine of the bus, still, they did not find any fault and my bus stood on the road for 4 days. Due to this I suffered a lot and my passengers were also troubled, then after 4 days Amit sir came from Lucknow and he told me that your driver is saying that the ASAM of the bus is damaged while the driver is saying that the mechanic from Punjab told If yes, then Amit sir says that your bus will take 2 more days. It will be fine when the parts will come from Chennai then due to my good behaviour mechanic from Punjab was sent from Abohar to Ludhiana at night and from there the same mechanic who was on video call went to Bidhuna with the parts and went there and installed new ASM and just fine Did the same bus which the mechanic of Kanpur agency could not fix in 4 days, then when the mechanic saw that the entire wire of the bus has been cut and the entire light of the bus has been directed, then the mechanic said, then the mechanic of Kanpur says that the vehicle Take it to Lucknow, we will not be able to, now the driver and the mechanic have come to Punjab with the bus and that bus is still lying in the agency and its work has increased further; Sir tell me what should I do now,

    Sir, I am really regretting taking the bus of this company, because I started this work with great interest because I thought that if I earn some capital, I will be able to help those needy people. And then I took the chassis of Bharat Benz, while this chassis is the costliest in the bus market, instead of taking it second hand, I took this new vehicle. But now I am regretting that these two vehicles have neither earned me nor my company even a single rupee, but I myself am in debt of 50 lakhs and the bank instalment is different. It is all because of my fault that I bought this Bharat Benz bus, at this point my condition has become suicidal. Because this bus breaks down every month and who knows if he had taken another company’s bus, he would have earned some money.
    I am requesting this with a lot of hope, I am telling my problem with a very compassionate heart, please help me, I have come to you with a lot of hope for this bad bus given by Bharat Benz company
    Whatever work has been done on the bus so far, I am giving you the file in this mail.

    मेरी गाड़ी GJ11VV9495 आप के राजकोट वाले कटारिया मोटर वाले शोरूम पे 12 दिन से खड़ी हे कल वहासे मेरे को फ़ोन आयथा के गाड़ी में 32160 rs का बिल बना है मैंने पूछा इतना क्यों तो उसने बोला 180000 वाली सर्विस में वो फ़िल्टर डालना पड़ता है वो नहीं डाला था तो अब डालना पडा
    तो सर मैंने वो सर्विस अहमदाबाद वाले शोरूम में करवाई थी तब तो उन लोगोने बोला नहीं की ये फ़िल्टर डालना पड़ेगा तो अभी 15 दिन से मेरी गाड़ी ठीक से नहीं चल रही है और में दो बार अमदवाद वाले शोरूम पे गया लेकिन उसनेभी नहीं बताया की ये फ़िल्टर के कारण तकलीफ़ हो रही है दोनों ही बार उसने बोला था कि कंपनी से बात होगायी है आपकी गाड़ी में फ़ॉल्ट मिल नहीं रहा हे तो आप गाड़ी चलाऊ कुछ होगा तो कंपनी देख लेगी
    अभी में इतने दिन से हैरान हो रहा हूँ और मेरा इतने दिन से नुक़सान हो रहाहे मेरा 15 दिन में 70000 rs का नुक़सान हुवा हे आपके कंपनी के प्रोडक की गाड़ी के हिसाब से और आपके शोरूम वाले अलगसे 32160 rs का खर्चा बोल रहे हे तो में इतना नुक़सान आपके फाल्ट ना मिलने के कारण क्यू उठाऊँ ये आप बताऊ और मूजे लेखित में भेजों
    आज मेरा ड्राइवर गाड़ी लेने गया शोरूम पे तो मेरा लिफ्ट का एक टायर फटा हुवा देखा तो मेने आपके शोरूम वालो से बात की तो बोल रहे थे की टायर तो बिगड़ा हुवा था इस लिये रिवर्स लेने के टाइम फुट गया फिर आपके गुजरात के सर्विस हेड जसपाल जी से बात की तो वो बोल रहे हे कि आपका जो 15 दिन का नुक़सान ओर हमारी वजसे आपका लोस हुवा हे उसके लिए एडब्ल्यू कि सात डॉल आपको गिफ्ट में दे रहेहे मेने बोला मेरा 70000 rs का गाड़ी ना चलनेके हिसाब से और आपकी वजह से जो टायर फटा हे उसका 5000 ओर ड्राइवर का पगार 15000 ओर मेरे को गाड़ी में से बीच रास्ते से माल अनलोड करना पड़ा उसका खर्चा 2000 टोटल मेरा 92000 का नुक़सान प्लस आपका बिल 32160 Total=124160 rs का नुक़सान ये आपकी गाड़ी में आपको फ़ोल्ट ना मिलने के कारण हुवा है ओर आप मूजे एडब्ल्यू कि सात डोल देने को बोल रहे हे मेरेको ये नही चाहिए आप मेरा बिल ना लो तो उसने बोला बिल तो देना पड़ेगा तो कोई बात नहीं में बिल देनेको तयार हू मेरेको लिखित देदो की इतने दिन फ़ॉल्ट नहीं मिल राहथा तो गाड़ी इतने दिन हमने रखी आपका जो नुकाशन हूवा हैं वो तुम जानो
