Even after continuous follow up, calls, messages till now we have not received the water bottles. Mr. Vijay and Puja has committed that water will be delivered by 8:00am in morning bit till now we have not received. We have to ask our employees to get water from their home. This is only happening because of the loop holes in your organization.

I ordered 2 cans of water 6 days ago and still haven’t received them. Your distributor doesn’t pick up calls, and your customer service is completely useless. Horrible service in Ahmedabad Gujarat as well. Their customer support team and service is pathetic. Since no other renowned player ( coca cola /Pepsi) plays in 20 lit they are playing around due to monopoly in this pack. Their lot of share has already been eaten up by locals and don’t worry this is start of the downfall of bisleri and it is a matter of time when any reputed player comes in 20 lit and wipes them of. This is due to there pathetic service levels none of their other products have clicked so far.
