I would like to complaint about your service center better cool refrigeration, I have register a request on 17-June about normal AC servicing, your technician named Mr Parvez came and done the servicing, I asked him to check it properly if in case any issue with AC, he told that he checked and there is no issue with cooling gas or anything and left after taking 500/- (invoice attached). But after his visit I felt some noise in my indoor unit and I opened it and removed filters and found that their is lot of Ice freezing on cooling coils, hence I called technician Parvez, he came next day and checked and confirmed that AC cooling gas pressure is low, than I asked him why you have not checked when you came recently, he told that I did not have compatible meter for gas testing, I felt shocked that he assured me last time that everything is ok and now after his servicing when I faced problem he is cooking completely different story than he told that this is minor issue of gas top up which is I am not carrying right now and will come next day, hence I called him next day, he came and asked that it is leaking and will have to take this unit to service center and will have to pay 2700/-.

    Now, my concern is as to why I should pay this amount, this problem occurred after his servicing now please look into this and resolve my problem, otherwise I will complaint on social media etc about my issue.

I got a blue star opla’s water purifier purchase from flipkart in November 2020 but till date no service person has come to do service I’ve also called the company toll free their 4 times our machine is lying close since one week I’m not satisfied with the service of the company with a very sad heart of request the company to take care of me and please solve my problem I wish there was a aqua guard machine before that never had this kind of problem I hope you understand my problem and please solve it as soon as possible Thank you

No customer loyalty is there only trying to sell the products, I have used since past 7yrs this Split AC and in june I have asked to refill the gas they did and now there is leakge when I asked to see it they raised a case Id B21071600785 and without processing it they cancelled it. ZERO star rating after sales services.

  9. I am also faceing the same problem of after sale service of window BLUE STAR 1 ton A/C . I had told the A/C Engineer to buy good A/C & he suplied the unit & had said That srevice has imoproved but DON’T think SO!!!!!! he had said you all have improved the service.

  10. Last year i had purchased Blue star Water Purifier – Stella RO+UV and presently It is under the warranty period . I registered a complaint no. B22051000731 as the taste of purified water is not good as compared to the initial time . Blue star technicians came and Technician asked Rs.6000/- for controlling the TDS acceptable for human beings.if the product is under warranty it should be the company responsibility to maintain the product to give satisfactory purified water to the customer . It is very shameful even for such costly water purifiers which are not able to produce good water within a year’s time.

    In view of above i understood that Blue star product life is not more than 11 months.
    it becomes useless for me at present if i won’t spend Rs 6000/- more even in the warranty period of your product.

    I bought a Blue Star ac last year on the date 17 July 2021. I would like to complain about your service provided to me. From last year many time i have entered complaint problem remain same. After complaining every time a technician came and filled the gas but did not solve the issue properly again I complained with the same problem. Now my ac guarantee expired last month on 17 july 2022 with fault by your technician and service provider. Today the technician and service center demanded 3000/- rupees for repairing my ac problem which remained the same from last year.

    Please sir, I request you to give approval to change my ac or solve my problem without any cost because i already have paid 40000/- rupees.Your service head is not helping regarding this matter.     Lekin 15 may 2022 ko mera freeze kharab ho gaya fir maine toll-free par cal ke to mere pass tecnician aaya aur usne bola ke compresure kharab ho gaya hai wo change karna padega aur 2 din ka time bataya dusra compresure lagane ko lekin 5 June ko dusra compresure lagaya wo bhi not working maine fir call Kiya balaji service centre baraut district baghpat ko aur toll free number par lekin aaj tak koi compresure nai laga na koi tecnician aaya service centre wale aur customer care wale kewal juth bolte hai abhi tak sahi nai ho paya jis wajah se mera 1.5 lakh se 2 lakh tak ka milk kharab hone ka nuksaan ho gaya hai aur freeze abhi tak bhi sahi nai ho paya plz mai company se request karuga ke mera nuksaan de aur mera freeze exchange kare

  13. मैंने अप्रैल 22 में ब्लू स्टार का AC रिलायंस डिजिटल, प्लेजियो माल, लखनऊ से क्रय किया था। वारन्टी अवधि में ही 04 अप्रैल 2023 को AC की सर्विसिंग कंपनी द्वारा कराई गई। 6 अप्रैल 23 की रात्रि से AC ने कूलिंग बंद कर दी। शिकायत ( B23041406313) दर्ज कराने पर 11 अप्रैल 2023 को प्रयास सेल्स एंड सर्विस सेंटर, निराला नगर, लखनऊ के कर्मचारी AC निकाल कर ले गए, उसके 2 दिन बाद बताया गया कि इसका कूलिंग कंडेनसर खराब हो गया है, एक सप्ताह ठीक होने में लग जायेगा। लेकिन आज लगभग एक माह होने वाले हैं अब तक AC ठीक होकर नही मिल पाया है। बात करने पर लखनऊ ब्लू स्टार के हेड प्रतीक त्रिवेदी का कॉन्टेक्ट नम्बर दिया गया । उनसे बात करने पर उनके द्वारा आजकल -आजकल कहकर बहाने बनाये जा रहे हैं तथा मेरे साथ अभद्र व्यवहार किया जा रहा है। ऐसा लग रहा है कि कंपनी की उपभोक्ता के प्रति कोई भी जिम्मेदारी नही है क्योंकि शिकायत के प्रति अनुत्तरदायी रवैया अपनाया जा रहा है।
    ब्लू स्टार कंपनी के उच्च स्तर के जिम्मेदार हेड से अनुरोध है कि कृपया मेरी शिकायत को गम्भीरता से लेते हुए त्वरित कार्यवाही कराते हुए AC को ठीक कराए जाने अथवा रिप्लेस कराने का कष्ट करें, ताकि मुझे मानसिक एवं शारीरिक रूप से हो रहे कष्ट से छुटकारा मिल सके।

  15. We have purchased bluestar inverter ac 1.5 ton in the month of June 2023 after few days the ac stopped cooling. I complained to the customer care vide grievance no B23062900693 0n dt. 1/7/23 the ac was repaired on 7/7/23 ac blower internal motor replaced again find on 8/7/23 ac not cooling. Again filed complaint vide reference no B23071200597 on 8/7/23 today is 21/7/23 the fault is not repaired the replacement of pc card is awaiting which is not despatched to the zirakpur office. In the hot summer we have to suffer due to bad service provided by the company. We have contacted their area incharge Mr.piyush but, in vain. After all he is also a part of company run by idiots.

    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the ongoing issues we are facing with our air conditioner unit, which was installed by you three months ago.

    Despite the service performed by your team , it is disheartening to inform you that the original problem has not been resolved, and we are still suffering from the inconvenience caused by the malfunctioning unit. The air conditioner continues to exhibit the same issues of not cooling properly,

    Over the past three months, we have contacted you numerous times to report the persistent problem, but it seems that our concerns have not been adequately addressed. The delay in finding a permanent solution has put us in a difficult situation, particularly during our season .

    I understand that technical issues can sometimes be complex, but the prolonged lack of resolution has left us deeply dissatisfied with your service. We have been loyal customers for several years, and it is disappointing to experience such a decline in the quality of service.

    I kindly request that you prioritize our case and send a qualified technician to thoroughly assess and rectify the issue with our air conditioner unit immediately . We are hopeful that this time, the repair will be done effectively . Or kindly replace the unit by another one .

    If the situation persists or remains unresolved, I regret to say that we will be left with no choice but to explore alternative options,

    I sincerely hope that you will take our concerns seriously and take swift action to address this matter. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
