would like to bring this to your concern the malfunction of my refrigerator that I bought in February end and since then I have been complaining about the item to the store as well as to the mangers through Vijay sales , but unfortunately no outcome .

To say the least, I bought this refrigerator for the brand name and product quality, but it dissappointing and frustrating to regd so many complaints within 18 months of purchase of this product. Now also I am stuck with a noise generated from the freezer compartment.
Also the rubber beading in the door has come out.
I would like the concerned dept to replace the unit with a new one for the agony during each complaint registered.

I have purchased a washing machine during 2018 now they are saying drum and board is damaged very bad experience with the product
Dear Sirs,
We have purchased a Bosch top door washing machine on 21st October 2019, the product comes with 2 year warranty that expires on 20th october.
In March 2021, we have a problem with the Drum which got resolved after multiple visits.
Now again we had similar issue and we registered a complaint in september. Your technical person visited and despite multiple follow ups our issue is not resolved.
We suspect deliberate delay since the warranty expires in a week after which we will be required to pay.
Not sure if this is an organisational tactic or local level plan, but is reflecting poorly on your customer service standards and intent.

My Bosch washing machine is repeatedly getting error code 56. Complaint number 478843773. Has been over a week- service engineers incapable of fixing it. Multiple parts ordered. Pure trial and error afoot. Very disappointed
1) I purchased your refrigerator from M/S Suyog Gharsansar, Latur on 30/10/2020 (Model KON43VB401 SN 7314)
2) I complained about loosening the gasket on May 11, 2021.
In the first week of June 2021, a new gasket was made available from you.
3) Now just after one month i.e. from July 15, 2021, once again the new gasket is loosened.
A technician from Solapur attended this twice in three months. He diagnosed it as a defective door.
The door is heating so the gasket loosens. A new door came from your company that was not proper. The problem continues for 11 months. What kind of customer care is this from a world-renowned brand?
4) The door and gasket were replaced in November 20201.
5) Once again the gasket became loose and the door remained open. Please find in the attachment the latest images of the same.
6) Is it not an indication of a defective piece of a refrigerator? I requested earlier also regarding the replacement of the refrigerator.

1) Your technician looked at the problem and discussed it with some seniors. He diagnosed that the magnet in the door is bent so he gave a packing of paper.
2) The gasket remained in the right position for almost 36-37 hours. thereafter it was loosened.
3) The latest position of the gasket can be seen in the attached images.
4) My question is how many days you would like, me to suffer?
5) I hope you will understand the gravity of the issue and solve it once and for all by offering a replacement for the refrigerator.

1) Your technician from Solapur visited. Now he says the gasket needs to be changed once again. So it would 5th time of changing the gasket in a span of 22 months.
2) Meanwhile cooling of the refrigerator is hampering.

Suffering from BOSCH refrigerator since purchase 30-10-2020. The gasket loosens, the door remains open, food decays, and energy wastes. Gasket was changed 3 times. Customer care is pathetic. Nobody receives a phone. No answers to email. NO CRIME STILL PUNISHMENT FROM BOSCH.
I am not sure if Bosch is aware but there seems to be some kind of scam happening. I called Bosch toll free number for an issue with my washing machine and issue couldn’t be resolved despite of two separate technicians visits and part changed. In third attempt I got to know that both the technicians were not part of Bosch. Overall I have been deceived of around INR 5500 and issue not resolved yet. Request all to ensure you check the ID of the technician and ask for receipts for any payment. Need BOSCH leadership to take immediate police action and also help with refund. I have sent an email with names of technicians and their mobile numbers.
I have a Bosch Washing machine at my home and frequently it is not functioning. Getting a service engineer to attend to the request is a herculean task. I need to make nearly 10 calls and no one is taking it seriously. I complained to customer care number 1800 266 1880 and lodged complaint. Service Request Number is 475377242. I requested them to attend this on priority but till now no service engineer has called and I am facing lot of inconvenience and even thinking whether I had made the wrong decision in buying a Bosch product where after service levels are pathetic. I never faced this type of experience with Samsung or IFB or Whirlpool products.
I have purchased a Bosch washing machine front loading in 2014. Year after year it is having some or the other problem in the machine.
Again last few days back we observed the machine is having water seepage and my flat got flooded with water. Service technician from Bosch authorised service centre attended the call and have informed the drum insulation is crack and it will cost me Rs 16000 aprox. to repair.
I have used IFB – Bosch washing machine for 23 years which was absolutely trouble free.
I request Bosch directly to handle the issue or we take up the matter to Bosch Germany. Matters most urgent
