Manoj Ahuja had purchased Bose L1-Pro8 from Mr. Ashutosh Parikh of Audio Desires on 25th December, 2021 and since then I am unable to enjoy the Bose Speaker to my fullest.
History :
· Bose L1pPro8 Unit Purchased on 24/12/2021. Serial No. 081168X03390053AE
· Same unit stopped working on 29/12/2021.
· Complaint logged for the abovementioned unit on 30/12/2021 by me on the toll free no. 1800 891 2940 and by e-mail by Mr. Ashutosh on 31/12/2021.
· Product inspection was done on 04/01/2022 and was taken to the service center, TVS by Mr. Amol.
· A new unit was delivered at my place on 22/01/2022 and was very happy and kept praising Bose and the team Bose India for the same. Serial No. 083092X12250018AE
· Same issue like the previous one, my new speaker which was delivered two days back stopped working.
· I complained about the same to Mr. Ashutosh of Audio Desires and he said today being a national holiday i.e. 26/01/2022, I shall look into the matter tomorrow first thing in the morning.
· In good faith I kept waiting for a reply from the Bose service team hoping that they will come with something where they will keep upto their name Bose.
· In between I kept on calling Mr. Jaideep and he would just not answer my call, so called him from my wife’s cell and he fortunately picked up the phone. Conveyed my anger in the best possible polite way but was very disheartened by his reply “Manoj Sir the Bose team will send you a new piece but can’t assure you when as we are running short of supply”. He even shared a few e-mail id’s with whom I can get in-touch with.
· Understanding to the fact that, what Covid has affected us in our day to day life in terms of electrical goods, I kept my cool and waited till May end.
· After having a word with Mr. Ashutosh and reveling my agony, Mr. Jaideep called me on 04/06/2022 saying that a stand-by piece shall be delivered to me and I can use the same till I receive a fresh piece from Bose and that he would even collect the faulty piece from my place at the time of delivering the stand-by piece.
· A stand-by piece was delivered to me at my residence on 07/06/2022, which was also not working or sounding properly. Same guy Amol had come to deliver the stand-by unit and so was he even shocked to hear the output from the stand-by unit.
· He called up Mr. Jaideep in front of me and I requested him to take both the bose units from my place as that piece of junk was occupying a lot of place in my living room.
· Attached herewith are the images of the Service record sheet, two units serial number images and Mr. Amol himself taking away the two units from my place.
I request the concerned to atleast get in touch with me and understand what I am going through. I am ready to understand all your problems of logistics, service, etc. only on a condition that someone superior from your team gets in touch with me to understand my anger, my problem and my view towards the same.
