Mr. Ankan Chkarborty phone no. 7042756689 visited our place on 11 January 2020 and we placed an order number BYJUS00020011107392. 7-10 days later we received the Tab. My child Mr. Bhavya Dugar was studying on Lenovo Tab as provided by you under your package. Since last 7 months, Lenovo Tab M10 serial number LT-10-348106 is not working properly. In this regard, we called more than 100 times to Byju’s Service center no. +91 9241333666, +91 7010532941 and also informed to Mr. Ankan Chakraborty. We had been promised several times by the byju’s customer care that the issue would be instantly escalated to the technical team. Even after seven months we haven’t heard a single word from your side. The customer care also told that the issue would be sent to the Byju’s head office and the tab would be fixed or renewed. After waiting seven months, there is no change in the situation and my child has not been able to study on it for the past seven months.
Since our package was with the tab for Byju Premium package and it is an online study material and app was tab based. Now My kid has lost seven months of education and is lagging behind in his full course. Now we request you to extend seven months plus replacement time of tablet. As you know, whole education is online due to COVID-19 Pandemic, we are fully dependent on you and feel all of our money is wasted.
Now We request you to replace the tablet on top priority basis and extend the time period. So, our kid can continue his study.

I’m Rythanya studying my graduate degree in tamilnadu . I bought CAT course in the early days of lockdown period for my dream joining in IIM. I bought the course in EMI .But unfortunately my mom lost her job due to lockdown and she is the only person who earns in our family. We are not even getting money to feed ourselves itself. Then how can we pay our EMI. So we approached for cancellation of the course despite my dream. But your people are not at all giving proper responses . They are not convinced with the cancellation.we have Been struggling since 3 months for cancellation. So I kindly request you and Beg you to cancel my course. I can’t torture my mom anymore . She is already dealing with a lot .My dad is in deathbed how can he earn . please look into my problem and accept my request .One cancellation won’t give u big loss.i have paid my initial 5000rs and my first EMI. I don’t even want the money back. Just make me to leave from this issue. After that only my mom lost her job. Even for our feeding purposes we are struggling due to lockdown now. You will not be responded with correct person or officials as of they are technically oriented and they don’t entertain people after selling their products. You also got the contact of so called sales representative and they skip off. They do have a very bad working culture

I am a Principal of Morarji Desai Residential school. In Dec 2020 Our Minority Department Head office placed an order for 180 nos 65 inch display ( Through Keonics )
The BYJU Representative was Mr Vijay to give DEMO and interaction with Directorate and other important people
As per the order all the 180 displays ( with built in computer ) are to be loaded with BYJU contents in Kannada and English and supplied to 90 schools – Maths Social and Science
Mr Vijay of BYJU had an understading with some other two companies M/s SKR INFRA , Bangalore and M/S NewGen (P) Ltd , Bangalore to supply these 180 units through Keonics to 90 schools . So , this VIJAY of BYJU only acted as a middle man to take a cut
In Dec 2020 , these 2 companies delivered the items and taken the signature on delivery challan. After that we are not able to contact these two companies representatives . The order value is approx Rs 2.5 Crores and these two companies have collected the full payment from the Government without even showing the performance , contents loaded into the systems , training etc as per the order. Byju has also washed off the hands. We don’t even know whether the contents are loaded in the 65 inch display units or not .
