I was trying to sell my car via cars 24 since 17th of July 2021,I had already paid INR 49/- to car’s 24 for home visit on 17 July 2021,but still I have no feed back regarding my car surveyor. I complaint 4 time till the date but I thing they are(cars24) still sleeping. How they can make an efficient system they are refusing customer.

I have speaking to him 3rd time over call. He is speaking his own personal frustration on me. He don’t have way of talking with customers.
Be Civil and Respectful but I am little bit surprised with way of working.
I don’t know how you Hire these type of people in your company and what is your Hiring and Recruitment process. How your HR is Recruiting and how follow through process is going on.
Even on Calls is there any Rating Process. Is there somebody listening the calls, I don’t think so there is customer voice listened and maker and checker are same. That’s the reson he is so much rude and unprofessional
He know that no body can do anything to him. The rating process incorporates information provided directly by the customer. But here it is missing.
Treat Customers with Empathy & Understanding. He is screwing your business and he knows he will not be questioned. Because there is no eye watch on him.
I have tried to bring this issue to your attention to no avail. It is, therefore, my wish that you try to find out what the problem is and act on it in the best way possible.

They are doing fraud as they have hold my amount of 38888. As there are some pending chalan on my car I was reddy to settled it from my end but,They said that we have our another department and they will take care of your all pending chalan and our department will clear it from loak adalat and it will cost you 13000 and after the clearance of your pending chalan once your car will get tansfered we will deduct 13000 from your hold back amount means 25888 and I waiting from last 2 months, Now they are changing their statements.I marked several mails for the same but there is no response.Cars24 is totally fraud

I hope, car sold on high cost without transfer of ownership for using of illegal activities or any illegal work. I have sold my vehicle at cars 24 in 2021 and now it’s been more than 2 years the vehicle is still not transferred from my name. I was been told that the vehicle will be transferred within 2months from the date of sale. The services of cars24 is pethetic and the team is very irresponsible.
