Besides this many items which are mentioned in the book are also missing from the packaging like there were no batteries in the kit, no screws, the drain pipe is also missing, nylon washer is missing. Don’t you think we are supposed to have these things especially when we have spent so much on the product?
AC was installed on 1st June 2021. From the very next day, we have been contacting the dealers but of no use. They haven’t sent anybody to find out whether it is a manufacturing defect or something wrong with the installation. Kindly provide us with our unique customer relationship number also.

Hello Sir , I have purchased Carrier AC September 2020. Since after purchase i am facing regular issues with the compressor , i have requested to install the new unit as this one is not working properly. What an unfortunate choice i have made while selecting the brand as my parents are facing the heat of this summer in UP due to your bad quality product. I am feeling very sorry to say your service support is pathetic. I registered an installation request on 1st may still I didn’t get any call from your service partner.
I also speak with Mr.Jasvinder singh he shares with me the number of Mr.
(9815022348) Sham Sharma. I called him and he asked me the complaint number but after that I didn’t receive any reply from anyone. I asked him to go to the local installation team but then he didn’t respond. I can’t understand with this kind of service how you satisfy your customers.
