This is to inform you that in the month of July, 2019 I had purchased 4 Tyres of CEAT Company for my 4 wheeler Celerio Car from Aashirvad Automobile at Dadar. Thereafter my car was not run much on account of ongoing countrywide lockdown.
On 01-04-2021 I along with my family was travelling to my native place at Kokan and suddenly the front right side tyre got punctured. On carefully looking it appears that there was a major cut in the right front side tyre and luckily we escaped from any major mishap as I could control the car.
On 05-04-2021 immediately I approached the Aashirvad Automobile and sought replacement of the tyre being in warranty who then registered my claim as C- 01746617 from where I got a message to have registered my claim but up till date I have not received any replacement claimed tyre.
You are therefore requested to immediately and promptly take necessary action by giving replacement of tyre.

Is was a very disappointing experience with your store for my replacement of ceat tyre for my personal CAR Maruti Ritz (GJ 15 PP 9165). which was given for replacement for company defect replacement a 1.5 months back.
After a number of follow ups I had to hear that you / ceat company is offering me 1000/- Rs. in cash for that replacement instead of tyre with no clarity of how much is the tyre worn out. I am surprised to hear that the huge Ceat company is denying to provide any written communication for this replacement as informed by you.
Indeed I had also not received any SMS or any whats app message in this regards.
This really seems a very unfair and non transparent approach from your side or from company side as you said that we are not getting any clarity of the replacement value.
We have just asked you on what basis the company is deriving the depreciation of my tyre in written, for which your showed a failure to produce the same.
I suppose this must have been clearly communicated by you while you had accepted the tyre for replacement, Which I indeed remember the efforts I had to make to convince you for the replacement while your denied for considering this as a replacement defect and trying to convince me to buy me a new tyre.
During your acceptance of this tyre you had communicated us that we will be getting a tyre in replacement with nominal difference payment to pay.
In fact its shocking to know that you are not authorized dealer for ceat. While during sales your huge commitment for sales are all baseless.

My one Tyre left side rear Tyre had got VERTICAL CRACK THAT MEANS that it’s mfg defect and if it is vertical crack then company had replace the Tyre with-ought any charge . When I asked to for these to replace the dealer and all your hopeless regional manger they don’t know how to talk with the customers Both Mr Anil ji & Chunky ji . They straight away refuse to Replace the Tyre . And due to that I had lost the faith in ceat Tyre . Due such hopeless regional manager how do not want to understand what the customer is telling . Just because not to accept its company mfg fault they are refusing the replacement of Tyre . And telling as you had run the try’s for 19 month we will cut the usage charge . I told if your Tyre get Burst in 5000 km then also you will cut the usage charge they yes . That means ceat Tyre is not sure about their product guarantee . At leas so many other Tyre mfg are give 40000 km guarantee or warranty and unconditional warranty . Like so many things they assure and they also keep their promise . Hear your ceat Tyre had not even run for 20000 km and it get burst with. Vertical crack which is mfg defect and company had to replace it with ought any charges . IfCEAT COMPANY WILL NOT GIVE ME THESE FREE REPLACMENT TYRE I WILL BE FORCE TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT FOT THE JUSTICE AND ALSO THE WAY TYRE HAD BURST I IT WOULD TO MUCH RISK FOR FAMILY TRAVELLING SUCH CAR. . Just for the after reason I will tell court that if company like ceat does not take responsibility of their own product then who will be responsible for those family if any thing happen due such worst quality Tyre like Ceat .
