I had purchased a Daikin Split AC 2 Tons from Croma O P Road Vadodara some time ago. This AC is malfunctioning and I have raised complaint 7 days ago. Except for homilies and lip service there is no one to give support or attend. Only automated messages are given. If you observe at no place they have given Grievance escalation matrix, address, tel no, alternate emails etc. In short you cannot commnicate with them except through customer service email which gives a standard automated reply that we will attend. Standard excuse for non performance is also COVID 19. When I bought the AC there was no COVID 19. Did not see such disgusting service. And think of it that they bask under TATA name.

Details:
Initial complaint was registered on 28th September 2021 re repair of broken part of the gas cooktop. I had been advised the product is still under warranty till August 2022 by Croma Service Centre representative. After several follow ups, a technician visited on 1st October and demanded visit charge and unknowingly my wife paid cash Rs. 300 as he informed her that the product is not under warranty. Again, I called Croma and was assured that they will escalate my complain and will take this forward with associated service partner from Elica and further will get my money refunded and will repair the product free of cost. Later yesterday, I spoke with Elica supervisor and he refused that the warranty does not cover plastic parts which I was not informed and was mis leaded by your company’s executive that I’ll not be paying any charges. Later, I received message from Elica that my case will be closed due to non-payment of charges. Yet I have not received any call or confirmation from Croma as to what action I need to take and whether it is under warranty or not. I have already called Croma more than 5 times and every time false promises and assurance has been provided saying they will put this on priority.
To conclude, my product is not fixed yet and I have paid Rs. 300 out of pocket expense and I’m not finding any solutions from the Customer care department.

Product: Llyod Air Conditioner 1.5 Invertor
Details:
The above-mentioned AC was bought in April 2021, and I’m chasing this case since then with the Store Manager of Croma Store located in Kankaria/Maninagar area of Ahmedabad city. The store charged my credit card with 12 months Emi with interest where I particularly asked for 6 months no cost EMI as per the offer available on my HDFC credit card. The next day when I realised this error by store, I went to the store and they reverse the transaction by informing there will be no effect to my card as my statement generation date was not due soon. Further, after reversal I still had to pay for the AC that was delivered and installed, they put this transaction on 6 months no cost EMI on my HDFC debit card which went through successfully. Later when the statement was generated, the 12 months EMI on my credit card, the account was not cancelled and the bank kept on charging me the principal and the interest for the same. Still I’m paying two EMIs for one AC that I bought from Croma and feeling harassed and bullied by lack of knowledge of your Store’s Executives and even Manager. I registered complaint and forwarded all documents as requested yet no contact has been made regarding the progress of my case. The bank has clearly informed me that unless I payoff remaining balance of my loan, the account will be continued and they will keep charging me interest. I have made contact with Manager several times and again as usual all I get is false promises for resolution. Here I’m claiming, the interest amount and the processing fee & any related expenses, as it was not my mistake and I should not bare this amount.
I now regret with my decision for choosing Croma as I had terrible experience of customer service and it clearly proves level of incompetence within. This is my last straw and final door to knock for solutions for above two complaints.
We all regret as a customer only because we choose Croma. The worst services a dealer could ever provide, like no way. Never going to recommended no one to the poor services ever.

But on 26/3/22 I was told before I bought the oven from here. Because of my busy schedule I’ll have to come and show you the demo when I’m off. But they do not come or attend my call when I say 2/4/22 & 4/4/22 for two days. I bought this for ramzan fasting to benefit my family and have not been able to use it for a week. Invoice no SOA147060004084 Purchase date 10 march 2022.I had purchase window Ac LLoyd w/ac 1.5T which took almost more than a week for installation for which i was promised by croma everyday that the installation will take place next day. every day i use to be at home taking leave and waiting for the person to come. On 16 may now the same AC is completely dead and not working. Every day i am being following up with my sales person from borivali branch west and customer service and again waiting for technician to come. Today finally the technician came and told it will take more 7 days to get it repair. So finally got frustrated and visited croma branch post my office hours at 9.pm….Worst customer service experience in my life today must say. Met the sales agent deepak who kept false assuring me that he will call back but never call back proactively for sharing me the status of the feedback on the technician. So finally asked him that i need to see the store manager.After waiting for 20 mins Mr shrinivas naik(emp ID 13125) who is assistance department manager was present to me as store manager. who was not listing and understanding to me going on speaking anything and everything other than providing me a solution. Finally my patience level got exhausted and told him that atleast listen to the customers problem first completely before speaking anything. Atleast allow customer to speak and than you speak. Than came the most important person of your store customer service agent Mr jitendra Rathod emp ID 14817 who dont know any back ground of anything speaking all nonsense thing. Inspite of we not speaking to him he himself going on and on on. Sales agent deepak and Mr shrinivas naik both told him to keep quite still he is not listing or understanding and went on speaking rubusih things. Being such old customer of cromo from years and never received such worst service and experince with zero solution. No idea how much more days i need keep sufferings from this issue. Over and above i took extended warranty of 2 years. What is the use being such old customer of Cromo and shareholder of TATA….both the trust are gone on toss now. It is really painful to write such issue to senior personnel like you as all systems of Croma failed to solve it.
I have purchased 50 Inc. LED TV on line 12 th Aug 2022. Since then I am requesting for installation of the same through your customer support site, toll free no, but all in vein.
please note my registered phone no. 9822392852 to check my follow-up with your customer support and grievance. Every time I got auto reply that the technical team will install TV in 24 to 48 hours. The toll free numbers also could not help me out. They just inform to me every time that query is raised. I doubt whether the system really pass on the complaint to respective department or not.
After 10 to 12 days follow up I went to Croma Show room Aundh Pune. I got answer that it is on line Purchase we can’t do any thing but to raise query in the system.
I am really worried about the tech support by the company and I have to bear this kind of customer support for at least for three years as company has given three years warranty.
The above situation is forcing me to return the product, approach the consumer court and take up the issue to social platform.
