I am a customer of Daikin Inverter Ac from Burdwan, West Bengal. I Purchased the product (top model inverter AC 1.5 Ton) on 9-06-2019, and it has been of a very limited use. Hardly I have used it for 1 or 2 month. Few days back I switched the AC on but found that cooling is not happening and found that the fan of out door unit is not functioning. Accordingly I informed the situation to Authorised service centre at Burdwan through your authorised reseller “Great Eastern”. After 2-3 days the service person came and detected that one of the IC of PCB has burnt and suggested that the whole PCB has to be replaced which will cost around Rs.10K. And also said that this problem is very common with inverter AC whether it is “Top model” or else. He also suggested me to install a Voltage stabiliser. (So total cost is AC+peripherals+PCB+Voltage stabiliser).
But inspite of all expenses and efforts my AC is still not functioning and your authorised service centre is unable to fix the issue after several attempts in last 2 weeks time.
As a loyal customer it is my humble request to you 1. Please sell products that could be easily maintained 2. Train the service centre staffed to provide proper service 3. Value the hard earned money of customer so that customer should not be harassed.
Now I would like see how Daikin values its customer complaints and provide prompt and amicable solution to satisfy them. I expect that you will understand my situation and arrange to fix the problem in no time to uphold the brand value of Daikin else I have no other option to express my dissatisfaction except through social channels and forums.

Diakin AC is worst,instead of spending thousands on repair, kindly purchase Voltas AC non-inverter since inverter ACs faces lot of issues everywhere…i have also wasted try thousands on repair but was of no use
Actually right , whenever you call for service, 5 thousand rs bill is minimum.
your Daikin service is the worst very poor
no one listens it’s only been 2 years since Daikin’s window AV was taken since then the problem is coming just last month the ac compressor was changed and it got bad again hour no one is listening
I have used Daikin AC’s for the last two decades. Always satisfied. Few weeks back I bought 1.8 Ton Hot n Cold split AC. Ever since only troubles.
Summary is that the machines built in India are inferior in quality. In order to be price competitive they have cut corners. Their strangth was quality, if they compromise on quality, everything is gone.
I have a made in Thailand 2.2 Ton hot n cold which is working fantastic. I am very disappointing. Just build quality machines in India, not rubbish.
The worst quality in ACs available in India. Very poor after sales service. It’s a llot company. Please do not buy Daikin products, at least, ACs.
Very poor service after sales. I have bought 18 HP VRF with 8 nos cassette indoor. Now outdoor unit have some issues. There are no response from Daikin even follow ups on email, WhatsApp chat, text massage, calls etc.

I switched to Daikin from Hitachi. Probably a mistake i regret now. Their is always a water leakage issue. Whenever the Customer serivce guy comes in, he says it is fine and charges money. Then a new guy comes in says that it installation problem and you have to pay again for insulation.
On top of it gas leakage happenign every 3 months. Daikin guy says it is not their problem and pay again. absolute rubbish.
We have used more than 100 ACs in our Hotel. During Last one year we had to replace more than 35 PCBs costing 7000/8000. Lodged complaints several times But no action to analyse the fault. They simply say change the PCB.
We are not going to use any more DAIKIN product in our Hotel

I am writing this letter in reference to the air conditioner that was purchased by me . This is to inform you that due to the air conditioner not working. I booked a service appointment and Service team came in this regard but they couldn’t fix it . I’ve been worried ever since I got it . When I again tried to reach customer care, I have not received any appropriate response. this is my bad experience. I’ve spent a lot of money . Now I have paid 242389 Rupees to your service Team but still the problem is not solved.
WORST PRODUCT IN DAIKIN AC, never SUGGEST ANY one FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBE, I AM ALSO FACING LOT PROBEM WITH IN ONE YEAR , SERVICE ENGINEER CAME TO MY HOME JUST DO SOMETHING TAKE THE CHARGES, AFTER ONE OR TWO DAYS AGAIN FACING THE PROBLEM.
