Then i take Mr Vinod phone no 8287893284 from Mr Nargis after taking Mr vinod he say i don’t know anything about that then i combine called both Mr Narsing and Vinod now Mr vinod sir tell then this is not my department this is the case of security department you talked them . After again called to Mr Nargis he give me a new no of Mr Roshan sir 9871943697 . After called Mr Roshan Sir He Give me a new No of Chandra gupta 98745864142. But after Taking Chandra gupta he say i look into this matter and after that he not pick up phone i called 4-5 times . I mail shipping rocket many times but same revert every time we looked into this matter . Lastly i have solution i go consumer court by taking this matter because if my parcel is taken by delivery surface and he give this type of service where customer can give new no of new person every time without fault then how we belive shipping rocket and delivery surface and airpport security . If my parcel in airport then there is shame on airport secuirty depatment where a big parcel is missing as Mr Narsing say who no is 9211339805 . And i also mail this to all senior department officer plz look into this matter and catch the person who take my parcel and now say i received a report after 25 days then your parcel is lost this is very shameless for shipping rocket where every time he give new ticket id and shameless on airport security and shameless on persons who belong in this matter . Hi, the parcel tracking number is 200737439 and the master id is 4801910003975.
The parcel was picked up on 24th July from Delhi and reached Bangalore on 1st Aug but it’s not yet delivered to me.
On 5th Aug it was out for delivery but the delivery representative did not deliver. He said he was gonna deliver it the next day but till now it was not yet delivered.
On 9th Aug I only went to the respective storehouse after being visited by two other stores and in the respective storehouse, they said the item is there but they are not able to track the item. It’s very odd.
I am also not getting proper feedback from customer care as they were replying as they are prioritizing the delivery but still it’s more than 19 days you guys are not able to deliver the parcel within the city and while tracking in the site earlier it was showing as “Customer has rescheduled the delivery” but let me clarify that I have never rescheduled it’s your delivery representative who did not deliver the parcel and today I am getting msg as “Delayed delivery requested by Customer”.
But now one reach out to me regarding this then how could your customer care put a message like this without even consulting me it’s very bad and frustrating as your company is not delivering the parcel and even though I went to the store there also they are not able to hand over the parcel.

Extremely pathetic service by Delhivery. My parcel was to receive on.10th September. From that day, i have been waiting at Home thinking the parcel will be delivered soon. I.have been tracking my parcel too, coming to Bangalore. on 12th September, early morning 4 am it reached Bangalore. on the very same day 7 am they updated the tracker as undelivered. i never received any.call from their end regarding the parcel out for delivery. This is notify that I ever seen a courier with such kind of pathetic service till now. I suppose to get 3 parcels and all the parcel reached the local delivery centre on 5th of October but they delivered only one parcel on 9th October. Remaining above mentioned parcels till now with them & they are marking fake feedback’s in tracking website. Now I went 25 kms to collect the parcels & I took 1 hour to identify moreover the incharge person Mr Thirthagiri is not a right person to handle it and he don’t know how to speak to the customers. My account was debited with 1868 twice. I received a message that I will receive the refund in 4-7 days and I haven’t. I sent a mail to customer.support@delhivery.com and was told the issue would be resolved in 48 hours. I waited but it wasn’t. I mailed them again to get a follow up but didn’t get any response.
I cannot believe a company as big as Delhivery has such poor customer service. Even after 2 weeks I have not received my refund nor did I get any information regarding it. It is very saddening to see how customer’s grievances are handled.

The complainant Mr. sankar Dutta Purchased some life saving medications from patanjali through orderme app, vide order no. 875277 dated 21.5.21, being tracking no. 1686811784241, through Swadeshi Sambriddhi Card. The medications were supposed to be delivered through delhivery courier. All on a sudden on 31.5.2021, the complainant came to know that the said medications were returned by one Arif Mistry, delhivery courier person, without prior permission and or intimation from the complainant. The said Arif Mistry has committed a serious breach of duty and the act of negligence. which has caused irreparable loss and injury to the complainant, who is highly diabetic and also suffering from liver related disorder and undergoing regular medical treatment from Ayurved hospital, due to outbreak of coronavirus the statewide lockdown is going on, in an around west bengal,
That due to the aforesaid Misconduct on the part of delivery boy namely Arif Mistry (Phone : 6291265413) of Baruipur Munsibattala, the complainant is being compelled to spend miserable days without any medication.

I have received the call from DELHIVERY IVR that parcel has not delivered due to concern person has not available on location. Can you askes to your executive has he called me.

This is not the first time this has happened, this is the 4th time this has happened by delhivery courier, i want my mobile phone today any more. Your courier person is mentioning wrong comments and rejecting delivery any time.

Courier requested on 17-10-2021Picked up date:18-10-2021till 27-10-2021,it was at origin only with no movement for 10daysShown status as delivery on 30-10-202129-10-2021 is arrival date at MUMBAI.by 02-11-2021, not delivered.15days passed.finally with help of google i went Balkum Branch, person sitting there said he do not have any contact number of Delhivery though his display board says, he is authorised vendor. but he gave another address.i went to Manpada branch today in the afternoon, myself with the staff present there took 30 min to search my box and i found totally damaged. pics attached, i have not received the packet, the best part is the staff present there proudly said, not to worry sir i will declare it as damage.is this so easy, what about my loss.based on experience as of now, simply let me know the claim to be file either through POLICE FIR or you will decide.

Shame on Delhivery service. I was in Hyderabad. No one would come to pick up my parcels even after booking it 3 times. At last I went to the nearest office myself and dropped 3 parcels. Only 2 tracking ID were generated and since I went to Delhi the day after there is no way to go back and pick up my 3rd parcel (whose shipping fee I already paid for) to change courier. Now after a month that parcel is still in office and no one wants to pick up my calls neither the so called customer care email. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

Our postal pin code is 712304 west Bengal ,Our company is a E Commerce Company ,We create a profile in your Delivery site and paid their ,but there is a problem always occurred each and every product order in “Delivery .Com” are always NSZ . Specially “Messo” order and when we create our own profile in Delivery .Com those order also going to NSZ ! We can’t understand what is the problem with “Delivery.com” because Amazon pickup parcel in our pin code ,Ecom Express,Shadow fax,Express beez all pickup parcels are becoming NSZ .
Only problem with “Delivery.com ”
I personally asking some of our delivery partner who are might be your ex Employee ,they told us that the problem are creating some one who are responsible in this parcel pickup section ,they do this type of things with new seller.
I request to you please take serious action for this inconvenience.
