    Today I have recharge my Dish at RS. 300 but in spite of that no channels are coming in the TV. 301 signal Not Found error is coming. Despite calling customer care number nothing is happening. Sometimes the call is cut automatically. I am very upset Solve my problem as soon as possible.

    I’m not happy with your services. Three technical visit is done by my DishTV but still showing no single.
    Last technical visit was 30 July 2020 but on August 14, my network again has a problem(No Signal). What should I do in 250 for technical visit. I have a connection to another TATA Skye , there has not been a single technical visit to it since 7 Years.
    I have request please uninstallation my DishTV connection give the my amount.

  11. logged a complaint on 3-4 days ago to my dish TV signal was not come but suddenly worked and I requested to care center to canceled my request.As confirmed by the care center it supposed to attend my request on Free service charges
    Unfortunately it’s worked two days after that giving same problem of the signal and i called to your care to logged a call yesterday against complaint no 576522432 as confirmed by the care center it supposed to attend on free service charges.

    Post one hrs from the time of call logged Mr Radeycharan Singh called me from his mob no +919818413042 and his way of talking vey rude and threatening me if you not pay the service charges they will blocked my DishTV channels.

    I am really fed with the behavior of Mr Ramchanean singh and poor service this is not expected from the reputed company like DISHTV

    Hope you resolve my issues as soon as possible as I cannot watch TV channels since 48hrs.

    This is to inform you that I am facing a problem with my set top box and need to replace it. This is further to intimate you that I am trying to contact the costumer support service for last 12 hours and being mischieved with excuse of system upgradation. Your employees misguided me every time for half an hour and one or two hours with the same excuse while they were seemed to be out of system by the surrounding voice and disturbances. All the call recordings are saved in my phone as a record.
    Therefore I ask you to seriously consider this matter and to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    I would like to inform you that I am Dish Tv user since 8 years But Regret to inform you that very bad experience with service because nobody taking action against complaint or KOI MAI BAAP NAHI IS COMPANY KA.
    On 13 September 20 i change my set-up box in Android version for online classes because so many people are daily force to change this HD set-up box , And executive his name Rahul charge 2500/- ruppee in cash and my new one HD set-up box and not given / provide invoice and promise that your new DISH SMART HUB working one month in HD mode ,two days has been passed and nobody taking action , kindly carry / collect this third class device and return my amount.

  14. Yes one of the worst service from Dish TV and he is reluctant to tell his name as well. Poor trained people and not ready to take the complaint also he is telling I will inform my seniors but not ready to take the complaint. This has happened 3 times. No one cares about the customer

  15. Yours is the most pathetic service on this earth.

    Experience with your service has been a nightmare.

    Recharged for Rs. 450/- on 29 August, 2020 and till date have filed 3 complaints. First complaint got addressed by paying/ looting ₹250/-. The problem thereafter got the very next day. Since then I filed complaints on 16 and 26 September, 2020. But none came forward to solve the problem.

    Worst part is these people shamelessly eat away money from your account.

    It has been very long time, I have buy a new set top box connection online and paid same time with work order # 72823023 as the d2h promised me that installation with in 48hrs but i am still awaiting for installation it has been 7 days now, i have called on customer care team to follow up the installation but they giving me surprise on surprise (some time they saying that my order has been cancelled without even letting me know, some time they are saying that we have taken your complaint on high priority # 808916717 & 809089326 and when i am calling to follow-up the complaint they are saying that i should called before the mention resolved time, when i am calling after the resolve time they are saying you have to wait only because we cannot find my complaint and they can even find record with C.I. 248515393 not even with mobile 9509525949 and they cannot help me for anything.

    i am controlling on myself very badly your services and your customer care team had pocked to speak on different level hence i want to cancer my work order and please refund my paid money.

    and thank you for showing me your worst future in my beginning experience with your services.

DishTV_India (poor )agra sales team nobody knowledge regarding features and billing information.. automatically services on… warranty issue… poor quality picture… many more problems nobody resolve … distributor also say that company employee not supported and no any new distributor interested dishtv distribution because wrong committement DishTV sales team to distributor wrong sales data to present also….many more issues change the agra sales team otherwise company fail ….and also coustomer start to convert in tatasky our box many boxes deactivated in present month

  19. 2 technician visited in last one and half month. Paid them twice Rs.260 and 230 .They tried to sell set top box AMC and later now they are saying to buy set top box .

  20. I have complaint about customer care centre of dish t.v. Anil Dharwar CEO of Dish t.v.comentioned wrong. Hence I can’t send email. Lastly I have to send my complaint by registered post. It is binding on the registered company. to mention the mail address of the company.In net Shri Anil dua’s email is mentioned wrongly.It is unfortunate situation to get solve our problems.

    Today I changed my dishtv pack to non-stop pack annadam telugu pack
    Previous balance unused balance on the date of 21-10-2020 is 5846
    Today,i.e 22-10-2020 I actived pack worth 2799 for one year not stop pack annadam telugu
    5846-2799=3047 unused balance should be shown but it’s showing 2874
    There is a difference of 173Rs not created to my current account balance
    So please credit difference amount to my current unused balance

    Pls make some suitable arrangements for changing my set top box “dishHD” model number D6005HD. Unfortunately your companies behavior regarding solving customer problems is very unprofessional. From last 3 days I am waiting for changing set top box. I am looking to change my DTH connection but I am having so much balance in my card. You also knew this fact that’s why you are delaying my complaint.

  30. I lodged a complaint on 22nd July 2021vide complaint no 615275520 by 8.10pm. Without any visit by d technician got a msg by 10.36 pm that my complaint was resolved. On d very next day 23rd July 2021 I again lodged a complaint no 615293688 no one contacted me till 1 pm even after my repeated information to d customer care. About 1.30pm technician contacted me over phone n informed me very arrogantly that set up box will be replaced after 4to 5 days. There after no body contacted me or my problem was not resolved till yesterday. When I contacted customer care they showed their helplessness. Then I contacted d Nodal officer at Bhubaneswar who assured me to resolve it soon.After4to 5 hour local service manager informed me that my set up box will be replaced by next day. But today evening when I asked about it he told me that it will be replaced after 3 days. When I tried to contact ur Nodal officer he did not picked up my phone call several times. Just avoiding. This is what ur actual face. Nobody is interested to solve d problem of ur valued customer. Very poor n shocking service. I am in a terrible mental agony for d last 7 days n thinking to go to consumer court for justice.
