Regularly we send Agriculture Seeds through DTDC courier in all the state’s of India.
On 22 December I have booked the parcel from Sangli Maharashtra to Phonda Goa Number “P59992035”.

The Sangli Manager Abasaheb Sargar also known the issue but he is also helpless.

“I am K.S.Gopalakrishnan,… I am aged 75 years.
Three days back I got a call from 8707790142 mobile No. of your branch at Hyderabad that he wants my present location address to deliver an article. I sent him location address. But he did not deliver the article inspite of repeated calls. I kept silent. Today i.e. on 23-5-2022 around 1.36 pm again I received a call from the same No. asking me to send my location. Again I sent location. I asked him to deliver at my address as I am away from home. It seems that the phone caller delivery boy called me several times and because of preoccupation outside I could not notice it. To my shock, the caller sent whatsapp message calling me ‘idiot’ as I have not attended his calls and he is at my place. I thought it is a mistake he sent like that. Again I asked him whether he called me as ‘idiot’. He repeated and said it is so. It hurt me very much calling me like that. I suspect that person is a real courier boy or not. His moments seems to be suspicious. I asked his name and address to give a complaint. He removed his profile pic. but I could recognise him through true caller, who is in last but one in the pic and his name appeared as Sayyad Sameer Hussain Naqvi. I think he is from DTDC Express Ltd. at Hyderabad. I did not receive any article. Moreover, he called me mad. Please look into his antecedents and take appropriate action by giving police complaint. Else I have to take appropriate action not only against him but also against the management.”

Ticket No – 3298050: Non delivery of Consignment No-D83463005 booked on 06 Jul 22 from Udaipur for Mumbai
1. I had lodged my complaint on 18 Jul 22 about non delivery of Consignment No-D83463005 booked on 06 Jul 22 from Udaipur. Consequently, ticket No – 3298050 was generated as an ack. The Executive Mr Gurmeet on IVRS informed me that day that the consignment was lying in your Lower Parel, Mumbai Branch. I told him that your site is showing in transit when tracked on 11 & 18 Jul 22.At my request he provided mob No of Lower Parel He assured me that it will be followed up. Felt reassured.
2. However, repeated assurances have not resulted in delivery of consignment and justification of undue delay, when the target date told by your Udaipur Branch was 13 Jul 22.I have tweeted to the MD & CEO both. Here is the communication on email: –
(a) DTDC Customer Support email dt 18 Jul 22 read: We would like to acknowledge that we have received your request and a ticket has been created. A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response. (Usually within 24 hours). (b) My response on 18 Jul 22: The subject consignment has perishable eatables. Your Udaipur office had told us that it will reach the consignee by 13 Jul 22. When I tracked the consignment on 11 Jul 22 & 17 Jul 22 it was showing in transit. Today through IVR interaction docket No :3298050, I learnt that the consignment is lying in your Lower Parel office since 11 Jul 22. Please expedite its delivery and justify undue delay at the earliest.
(c) DTDC Customer Support response on 18 Jul 22: Thank you for your email. We have received your query kindly wait will check with concern branch and update the status on priority. pls bear with us. will arrange the delivery soon
(d) DTDC Customer Support on 21 Jul 22: Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. We will check with the concern team and get back to you. Please wait.
(e) My response dt 21 Jul 22: It’s ridiculous, everyone gives same reply since first email was sent. Matter has been escalated to your CEO & MD.
3. I am amazed that the consignment is lying in your Lower Parel branch now for 11 days leading to already nine days delay from the assured date of delivery. The perishable item is token prasad of Shrinathji from Nathdwara which had its significance for my brother-in law who lives in Canada. The subject consignment was to be taken by a known person travelling to Canada on 14 Jul 22. Our planning failed due to failure in service by the DTDC.
4. The brother-in -law has coordinated another person travelling from Mumbai to Canada to take the subject consignment on your delivery at the Mumbai address. I am waiting for delivery of subject consignment.
5. In case of non-delivery / deterioration of contents on account of undue delay I shall have no choice other than seeking compensation and redressal. I will be in that case also quoting my communications to DTDC CMD & CEO on the Twitter.
Z 89619511 is the tracking number. Its intercity Delhi courier booked on 16th Aug 2022. not delivered. the parcel is Stuck in your Durapuri Hub. Every I call your call center get an unfulfilled promise.
I am really frustrated choosing such an unprofessional courier. Please return the parcel if you can’t deliver it.
I have bòoked about 2.5 kg items vide # R49085425 on 2and Sept.2022 from Manarcadu Kottayam to Safdurjung Enclave, New Delhi. D26393099 was booked on 19th Nov 22 from Chennai to Hyderabad delivered. We have committed that it would get deliver by 21 Nov 22. But even after continous followup they haven’t delivered the parcel to the destination till 12.50 pm 23rd Nov 22 and it is material used for training which was scheduled on 23 Nov 22. The worst part is the contact person of Banjara hills is not attending our calls even after making like 100 calls atleast to pick up the parcel from your dtdc banjara hills office. Till 11am the office is not opened. Earlier on Tuesday they committed to deliver before by 9.30 pm and the staff members were waiting to collect the parcel in the office but even without attending for delivery they updated the status as door closed.
In spite of so many follow ups I couldn’t get any response from banjara hills franchisee person.

I am surprised that my consignment AWB NO – 7D103927722 has not yet been delivered to the receiver address . according to the last status that my consignment forward from Siliguri hub to darjeeling hub . My consignment was booked through Shiprocket, after several communications with the customer care service center and they are replying that my consignment status is as mentioned above, but no further action with the concerned hub. I had booked Consignment No.V85465890 @ V85465891 with DTDC, Baner, Pune Office.
I was told that the since the material is Fragile, I need to pay more, as it requires sensitive handeling. I readily paid the amount.
Later, when the Parcel was received on the destination, the monitor screen was damaged. It seemed to be banged with a rod type thing on the outer face of packing in order to damage the screen of the monitor badly.
This clearly looked like a mischief, and there was no support from either of your agents to compensate the loss.
I am attaching all the pictures and videos, as a proof and request you to Compensate my loss, which accounts to Rs.18430, within 03 working days.
