Dear Sir,
I have ordered matress on May 1st 2021and reached to the destination on May 4th 2021 and the size which ordered was 72×72×8 , but unfortunately the size didn’t fit to my king size cot.
So ,planned to take 78×72×6 which perfectly fit to the cot and I have given a return request long back immediately after post next day receiving the order and it’s have been accepted too.My order no-7847.
however, I have been trying reaching customer support to get know the status of return but no answers to calls neither to the emails.
Now, you tell me in this situation, what’s needs to be done as a next steps.shall I directly reach the Duroflex CEO about my concern the reason no where I am getting any response so atleast if he hear my issue, if he would be in a position to help or guide.

This is with regard to the mattress that I picked up from your Duroflex Experience Centre in Adyar, Chennai – Booked on 29th April and delivered on 4th May. The order number is 103839/21-22/663 and was booked by Mr. Vijay.
The Product Specification is Strength Plus with dimension 78 x 36 x 6 + 2 BLUE. I made a mistake with the measurement of length. It should be only 74 inches instead of 78 inches.
The product is in the same state as delivered. I had written to Support Team and they did respond stating extra charges will be applicable. I am ok with it but have a clarification and did request for a call back. There is no response to it in the last 24 hrs.
I cannot be bothering your MD or CEO for this small issue but looks like I need to escalate it to have it resolved.
I hope there will be a response post this msg at least. Thanks.

Requirement of foam and mattress plz contact asap thank you
Hi Duroflex Team,
I placed order for New Balance Plus orthopaedic memory Form Mattress on 16th Aug, and its not processed on time that 48 hours after doing couple of follow up calls got mutiple fake promise and after one week the executive call me on 24th and told that the product is not available and they wont be able to deliver it, and said cash refund will gain take 5-7 days. I feel really bad and discomfort with this unexpected deal which happened. However I decided to go for an alternate product and request them to place the order on same day so that it can at least start dispatch the product very next day. The executive promise me a call back in 30 minutes, However its again not worked. Sorry to say that, this is the worst service I ever faced. Kindly look in to this and take necessary action on priority.
