      Complete nonsense faced from your courier service no delivery boy number has been shared no calls are been done before delivering the product also stupid answers are given by the call centre executives .Highly don’t recommend your company as delivery partners.

  1. Worst service I have ever experienced inn my life. No of the customer care executive helped me out. Even the delivery executive didn’t bother to call me out. And remark was updated as customer refuses the consignment. Worst… I am going to sue you guys for such pathetic service. Useless.

    I have ordered a item in Shop 101, that item was received at damaged condition (The order no is 5003080766). I requested to return the product ,they are also approved my request. They have alloted the shipment number for pickup ( The shipment no for pickup 540002484) now more than 5 days gone. Your people’s is updated wrong status in your history. I can’t contact to anyone for the support. Please check and confirm.

  3. The worst delivery service I have ever experienced in my life. This was the second time I am facing the worst service. A few months back I have ordered a product from Nykaa. A message came that the product is out for delivery and I was waiting for the delivery boy to call me. I haven’t received any call and I when was tracking my order it was said that the delivery boy called me and I refuse to get the product and it was returned back. So I went to their office at Talap Kannur and collected my products. And this is second time Iam facing the same issue with Ecom Express. But now this time the delivery boy call me and I was not able to attend the call and I tried them several times and I couldn’t get their number so that I visited their office and it was closed and board was written on the door that the office was shifted to another place and a number was written on the board and I tried to contact them in that number and the phone was switched off . I search Google to get their number but I couldn’t find their number anywhere else. Finally I tried to contact them in their toll free number and there was only one option that is to select a language after selecting the language it was automatically saying that my order will be shipped on a particular date. There was no other option available even to contact the customer care executive or to register a complaint. Now a message came that I have return the product. how can I return a product which I didn’t even receive. In case of other courier service they use to call us several times and if we didn’t pick up they will come searching for our home. I never had such a worst experience ever in my life.

    मेने फ्लिपकार्ट से ऑनलाइन पेमेन्ट करके एक आइटम मंगवाया था जो कूरियर दिनांक 12/10/2020 को आपकी निम्बाहेड़ा ब्रांच से डिलिवार्ड बता रहा है । जिसका डोकेट नम्बर 2625086450 है ।जबकि वो पार्सल मुजे अभी तक नहीं मिला है ओर नही मुजे आपके कूरियर पार्टनर की तरफ से कोई कॉल आया और वो पार्सल आपके डिलेवरी एजेंट ने ही चुरा लिया है , जिसकी शिकायत में फ्लिपकार्ट पर भी कर चुका हूँ ।अगर मेरे पार्सल मुजे2 दिन के भीतर नही मिला तो में इसकी शिकायत उपभोक्ता में भी इसकी शिकायत करूँगा ।

  12. The very worst delivery company ever I have seen. What kind of delivery boys are working in this company. I have ordered in Amazon it came to ecom express delivery service. They came for delivery I have said that I will get the parcle with in a hour but they are saying me to get the parcle now it self. Forcing me to get it. And they are using a words like why u want the order of you can’t get it. I said I will get the parcle with in hour. They said I will cancle the parcle. Such a worst behaviour in this e.com express.     Wearing local kind of dress like t shirt and shorts and delivering the parcle. Even though we are ready to get the parcle they are not ready to give us. And they are saying we can’t keep the parcle and rome. I said keep the parcle in office it self I will come and get but that to they can’t do it. I need to get the time when they are coming it self. Very horrible approach to customers.

  14. The item booked on the 3rd Dec shows that it was delivered on the 8th Dec, but so far I have not received the parcel. Customer care people may not even respond properly, It took 24 hours to complaint,
    So far no one was able to solve this problem in the perfect solution

  17. One of my orders (awb no 567169282) from Myntra was reverse picked up by ECom Guy on 3rd July 2020 and till now it is showing Reverse Pickup not complete. They didn’t deliver it to Myntra and therefore Myntra didn’t refund my money.

    First response to my mail was on 1st December 2020 that they are looking into it but thereafter absolute no response to my emails asking for update. Customer support on Telephone clearly told me to send a written complaint by email, they cannot entertain telephonic complaint.

  18. Please note courier with AWB No. 2687116123 is irresponsibly handled by your company. Shipment was made from Chennai on 18th of January 21. Shipment to be delivered to Coimbatore. Till now it is not delivered. No one has called or made any attempt to deliver the consignment but in your website status is updated incorrectly.Every day customer care executives are assuring that delivery will be made within 24 hours but it is not done. Every time same response but no action is taken till now. It is worst experience. Never had such problems with any of the courier services. Please take action on priority.

    One was the worst service provider and delivery partner I have experienced,
    very unprofessional customer care and delivery agents doesn’t care about delivering the product on time sorry not on time they don’t delivery at all and shipment is returned back after keeping it for 1 week.
    Whenever I call to customer care they say its escalated will be delivery in 24hrs but for the Awb mentioned below they have kept for 1 week and sent back to vendor, they always update wrong status of the and mislead the customer.

Its regarding AWB NO.576944485 your executive picked up a wrong product from me on 8th of April 2021, since 16th of April 2021, I am continuously approaching your customer care executive’s for the return of the product, I have also sent two mails but no response from your side My exchange with myntra is due only upto 7th of May 2021, despite repeated requests nothing has been done up to 05.05.2021, let me tell you E com is the worst courier company I have ever seen in my entire life, due to the delay in return of courier from your side I will not be able to exchange the product now, you people wasted my money as well as time. You have created a trauma for me let me tell you Micro, Small or Medium courier services provide 1000 times better service than you. Time and again I am a telling you to return my parcel as soon as possible otherwise. If you still cannot manage to return my parcle please take account details from me and deposit Rs:1000 (Rupees one thousand only) cost of the product into my account.

    I am absolutely unhappy with the service of Ecom Express. I was expecting a parcel yesterday as per the AWB tracking status. AWB # 8829389618. Yesterday the parcel was out for delivery around 7am. I received a call in the morning and your delivery agent said it will be delivered on 26th May 2021. But around 12:28pm noon I see the status of my AWB that “Shipment Undelivered- Attempted for delivery but customer not available “ which is absolutely a FALSE Information.

    I raised a query on your website in this regard yesterday and they assured me the delivery will happen today. Today 27th May 2021, the parcel was out for delivery by 06:58am and I received the call around 13:27pm from your delivery agent. When I picked the call, he has not responded and just disconnected the call and mentioned the status as location unaccessible due to COVID and the updated time was 13.29pm.

    If Ecom Express can’t deliver the material at my place today, how your delivery agent confirmed me yesterday that it would be delivered. Both yesterday and today the parcel was not delivered and the status/reason updated for non delivery of item is absolutely fake and false information. I feel your delivery agents at Vandalur location works on their convenience with least botheration on customer satisfaction.

    I need my parcel to be delivered tomorrow on first priority. Please find attached screenshot of false status updated for my AWB by your delivery agent. If the parcel doesn’t get delivered tomorrow, the same will be escalated to higher level for their intervention and resolution.

    I request for necessary action to be taken on the agent who had updated false status for the past two days on my AWB#.

I Wangel Tamang had ordered a product from Ajio sometime back and I had returned the product day after because I had faced problem with the size so I just returned the product back to ecom express delivery boy . I was waiting for my refund but what happened was the product has reached back to Ajio but the product which I had ordered and returned to them (same thing) didn’t matched . I don’t understand what is the problem but I just want my money back for sure because I value my money . Hope you take the matter seriously . Thank you

  29. I am writing this with utter disappointed and frastration. I placed an order with purplle.com on 6th of August 2021 AwB 2678539270 of PURPLLE. It was a pre paid shipment.

    I received an out for delivery message on 10th August 2021 but the delivery was not done. The delivery boy updated that he was unable to contact me. I contacted purplle and ecom and both said I can expect my delivery next day. But no calls no messages and it was not delivered. I repeated raised a complaint and the executives kept on telling me that it will take 24 to 48 hours . I kept on waiting On 12th also I received an out for delivery message at around @4’30. I personally called the delivery boy and asked when is he coming and gave my alternate number and the exact address. It told he will come at 8 pm. After 15 mins I received a text stating my delivery was not done because they could not reach me. This delivery boy is a fraud and idiot and he is doing this intentionally for last 3 days. I want to escalate this issue and take necessary action against him.

  30. One of my consignment was undelivered whose AWB no is 8892837640. It was cash on delivery . But unfortunately I paid Rs480/- to your delivery boy named Mr Inush .

    He said he will return by money but continuously I am chasing him he is giving excuse. I locked a complain on 01-10-21 to your customer care.

    But till now I didn’t got any update. It’s very shameful for you people I am writing for just Rs 480/-

    Please sort it out as soon as possible.

  31. I have order Medicine through Apollo 24/7 on 8th Dec 2021, Apollo has dispatched medicine through Ecom Express and I used receive on 12th Dec. But till now I haven’t received any call from Ecom. There is no call center for Apollo, when I called to Ecom they simply saying next 24 hours you will receive your order. Ecom tacking still showing 16th Dec you will receive your order.

    Please do the needful I am totally frustrated with these to companies.

  32. The worst and inept service in the whole India. Even after these many bad reviews I cant understand why business counterparts try to chose this as the delivery partner. Their usual gimmick is to return products as “Customer not Reachable”phrase when the truth is they haven’t tried itself to contact. Its been their usual story.I dont know how such a substandard service is surviving. I tried to raise complaint, Alas no luck. And also wanted to sent mail to the CEO/founder. We are the scapegoats !! We have medicines and needy things being delivered when such an imbecile service partners I am not able to get any products.

  33. Thanks to them, I have a lower RTO
    Earlier, I used to face a huge problem in case of failed deliveries because my delivery partners did not attempt more than 1 delivery. But, ever since Ecom express asserted 3 delivery attempts, my RTO has been considerably low, and my customers have been happier, and my costs have been lower.
