Immediately same got identified and returned to the logistics on 30 Nov . The logistics have given us a service Letter mentioning the fact. The shipment is showing as delivered which was erroneously updated from the logistics As of now, I haven’t received the replacement (with the same specifications). There is no proper investigation made from the Flipkart escalation team and hence there are failure to give me the resolution with in the deadline.

EKART, BARMER agent Mr. Ravi Singh and field supervisor Mr. Naresh Singh both are involved in illegal activities. Mr. Ravi Singh collected return item from me on 24th Nov. and without updated status, item returned on 2nd dec, It is found totally different, I think, he purchased from market in 100rs and now, he is threatening and using abuse words on calls. All proofs kept with me.

I recently ordered a dress from myntra. The delivery guy who came to deliver was from ekart and damn rude harassed me. He threatened me and when I told him I will highlight whatever happened so he told me complaint on myntra. He was a gangster kind of a person.Please do not send such delivery guys at home it is threatening to life. I dont know his name but he delivered my recent order from myntra( was from ekart) . I tried calling and complaining on customer care number also but couldnt succeed. Please help me out
