I had bought Eureka Forbes Vogue Vacuum Cleaner in Jul-2020. After less than a month of use, the hose pipe developed cracks upon which I raised a complaint which was eventually closed without resolving the issue. Since then I have raised 2 more complaints which were also unattended and closed directly without informing me. The complaint numbers are 2017367719, 2017906364 and 2019553739. The Vacuum Cleaner had other issues too like the dust used to get spill over in the compartment. This is a worst product along with service that I have experienced from Eureka Forbes where engineers doesn’t even have courtesy to address the issue prior to closing the complaint. This needs to looked upon seriously and on urgent basis and I want entire product either to be replaced or refunded.

Really, Eureka Forbes is a company only name sake with high cost products with very worst after sale service. I have taken the AMC for 2 years and raised an complain (Complaint is Registered – CM-140623-10598036) on 14 June 2023 and till 08 Aug 2023 there is not progress and no action taken to resolve the issue. When contacted to the customer care, they are saying spare part is not available. Then what the hell they were doing till date ? Why they have taken AMC for their own company product ?? To more surprise, the escalation team and customer care answering with a pre-recorded statement “we have highlighted your issue and our team will call you”. And there is no ending on the waiting …
People should refrain from buying the Eureka Forbes Product.
My complaint number is CM-160924-33548748 and my name is Aravindan Raman and my registered mobile number is 98408 51700. This complaint was registered on 16th September and since then I have been calling customer service twice every single day . You are very welcome to verify the call logs and every time I get assurance that the complaint will be taken care in next 24 hrs and that 24 hrs has not come even after 10 days.
I have been customer of Eureka Forbes for past 20+ years & never experienced such a pathetic customer service from eureka Forbes like this one . How do I have this escalated internally, please . Do you guys really monitor calls for quality assurance or it’s just one more automated message like your customer service . All the customer service executives that I have interacted with speak much like IVR machine with no human part in their interactions. You get repeated commitments and assurances, and the service request doesn’t get moved an inch.
You just cannot get awful customer service like this one. The most surprising part is there is no customer grievance cell to express your customer either via email or phone or via online. It looks like the company has ensured that it closes all the interactions/escalations/grievances giving the rosy picture to senior management. How people at senior levels know the quality of customer service if grievance cells doesn’t exist ?? This way the company is only losing out important channel of communication with customers. It’s so appalling to see the kind of customer service like this with no escalation matrix whatsoever so I had google and pick up some names.
I Sincerely hope that everyone’s time is respected and not taken for granted and trust the complaint gets the priority it deserves and is taken care of.
