My son Sidharth Arora was a student of FIITJEE in 4 year classroom program in FIITJEE SOP RANCHI . But during his 10th , he has changed his stream to humanities and regarding change of stream i have informed many times to FIITJEE, SOP, Ranchi centre. But the FIITJEE has not returned my deposited cheque , Knowing the fact that the student has changed his stream and he is not continuing the class room program.
A major fact is that the student neither registered in class 11th FIITJEE , SOP,Ranchi nor readmitted in class 11th programme but knowing the all facts FIITJEE has enchased my two cheques amounting to Rs 26,825/ without intimation.
So,refund my amount otherwise I will proceed for legal action.
My daughter had studied one year Udaya program and applied for four year integrated course in Feb’21. Till now no response , not taking our call by the Fiitjee team and not interested in talking to the parents. This is sheer arrogance and not realizing the importance of being customer centric. Many companies with this approach vanished from the market in no time and fiitjee will not be an exception to it. You are not IIT and you are a mere tutorial coaching centre and advertising by buying the rankers and we have many options in the market better than you. Bye bye..

Sub:- Request for reduction of FEE for not conducting CRP due to COVID-19
My daughter A Roshni, Enrolment No. 906161930077 9061( Four year Classroom Program) in Kilpauk Centre , Chennai, Tamilnadu.
I wish to bring to your kind information that my daughter A Roshni is a FIITJEE student from class 7th onwards andnow she is in 11th standard. She joined the 4 year class room Program ((9061) in 2019 . The fee was 354496/- . We have paid all the fees till 2020. Now the last payment of PDC is pending for Rs. 12800 and Rs. 35492. (total Rs. 48292), which is due on 10th December 2021. I wish to state that due to covid 19 pandemic we find it difficult to pay the full amount. The government has directed all the educational institutes to reduce their fee to 50%. But FIITJEE is collecting full amount from the students . the class room program is conducted on line for the past 3 years and only last two month onwards you are conducting one day contact class on Thursday that too not on all weeks. It is not correct to collect full fee amount for CRP course when you are not conducting class room courses. So it is requested that having paid Rs. 306204/- out of Rs. 354496/- towards class Room Course considering the fact that no class room program was conducted for the past 3 years and it was only online classes please waive off the amount and allow my daughter to continue the course as she was a FIITJEE student From class 7th onwards and her Sister A Reshma was also a Fitjee student from class 9th onwards. Now Reshma is studying MBBS in Govt. Kilpauk Medical College Chennai.
I once again request you to kindly waive off the last payment of Rs. Rs.48292/- and allow my daughter A Roshni Enrolment No. 906161930077 9061( Four year Classroom Program) in Kilpauk Centre , Chennai, Tamilnadu . I also request you not to present the PDCs on 10th December 2021 as I don’t have balance in my account.

I wish to bring to your kind information for further favourable action that my ward Anshuman Choudhary Class IX centre – FIITJEE Gr. Noida joined the 4 year class room Program in 2022. Till December 2022 I also paid the fee Rs. 186000/-(Approx.). While taking Admission, I was told that only one week will be recession for class otherwise classes will continue throughout the year. But in the month of february only two days classes were conducted and Academic incharge of Greater Noida told me that next class will be conducted from Apr 2023 onward.
Now, you are requested to look into matter.
