I have received an entirely different product from what I ordered and I also shared the images as well with tags, however, they are not accepting that the mistake has been done on their end and everytime mentioning that neither they can return my amount nor they can pick up my order. I am using firstcry from last 3-4 years and never raised any such complaint but today as i really faced an issue, they are not ready to resolve it.
