i had booked 2 tickets for my mother and myself travelling together for sector ahmedabad to hyderabad for 19 th November – Thursday , time : 8.35 pm vide go air flight number G8-481 vide PNR Numbers:

2. NISHITH SHAH – PNR – KYW8SD
our flight duration being approx 1 hour and 50 minutes only.
today i got a message stating the web check in is open for Ahmedabad to Varansi !
i am surprised and deeply shocked as to how my DIRECT FLIGHT FROM AHMEDABAD TO HYDERABAD has become ahmedabad to varansi to hyderabad – that too for a total flight duration of more than 7 hours including a layover at varansi for 3 hours plus ! this is impractical as my mother is an aged lady of 80 years and we cannot have such a tiring journey for her this long duration that too at a morning time which doesnt suit her health .
and this is not the FLIGHT we have booked on both the PNR , nor are we interested to travel in the morning flight at 8.20 am , for a total duration of 7 hours plus having a layover – this is not our booking and WE ARE NOT INTERESTED in a journey which doesnt suit my aged mother.
Since the original booking FLIGHT HAS BEEN CANCELLED BY GOAIR Airline only – we need the 100 % REFUND ONLY , so that we can book any alternate available airlines for the original journey which was perfectly suiting our purpose.
kindly do the needful of 100 % REFUND and dont harass us , if not we will initiate LEGAL cases against you .
