Actually i want to write this comment because i am frustrated with your staff , they are calling me time and again just to tell me your account is deactivated please do recharge but i have closed that account and hathway guys took my modem as well and every time i tell them i am not in Bangalore . I have shifted from there so how can i activate my account. This is not the way to deal with your customer . Please behave like a professional and if you guys don’t know how to operate then please shut down your services. I think you have pretty illitrate people in your staff they dont just understand a simple thing. Next if i will get a call from your staff i will go to police station and will file complaint against HATHWAY.

This is regarding poor service of Pune / Mumbai offices. Despite repeated emails and requests nobody heed to my grievance. Actually i wanted to change my plan / subscription from 1 month to 3 months (as someone from Mumbai office did call me and intimated about 3 months plan). However, i was forced to pay Rs.902/- since last two months depriving my right to avail assured 3 months plan. Now i wonder whether this plan really exist. Can somebody make it clear ? How to contact Mr. Prakhar Saxena and make him understand how his offices do work I am not getting his contact details. Do u have it ?. I think this is the reason why more and more customers are switching over to other Internet Providers.

From hathway am getting daily basis 10 calls. If i activate Do not distrub also they are keep on distrub. If you are in office also they will keep on calling u. None of the Customer relationship officer will help you. No response received from any of the hathway team members.
