  4. Sir/Maam,I bought an air cooler (Havells Celia 70) one week back. From the 1st day, various defects are being observed in the product (MAJOR ISSUE IS TANK LEAKAGE) . Already two times service engineer has visited but the problem hasn’t been solved yet.I had contacted customer care several times, and every time they arrange a visit but the problem remains unresolved.As because the product is defective please do the needful to REPLACE / REFUND the product.In view of this pandemic situation, I can’t allow the service engineer every time to come to my house.

    I have purchased a new HAVELLS product – water storage geyser on 14th JUNE, 2021 & request for inatsllation given on 15/6/21. BUT regret to inform you that TILL NOW noone from the team has come to install it. BEEN 5-6 DAYS.

    I am wondering that before even using the product I am facing such NEGATIVE SERVICE ISSUES , what will happen after sales service. really worried that may be I had purchased the product of a wrong consumer durables company.

    I have raised my complaint on 28th Jun-21 that my wall fan it’s out of order which is covered in the Guarantee date of purchase to 2 years.The date of purchase is 11th july-20 against Guarantee card serial no. 20283 product model no” Beta Wall Fan” , Item code “FSWBTNSWHT16”, colour “White”.Hence we have requested the customer care telephone number and they have registered my complaint number 2806219981756 & 01072110034333 but still have not received any response from any of your team members for a solution.
    For this purposes two-three time  I have called to the customer with daily basis but nobody answer on it.Please let me know what time or day service engineers will visit for this complaint solution.

  7. Such a bad service by Havells. I would say no service from Havells. I purchased a remote fan 2 months before , now it stopped working. When I raised a complain after 2 days they cancelled it without resolving the issue.

    I have registered a Service request regarding window AC Llyod on 25th march through customer care no.
    Service Request No. 25032213624074.
    The above complaint is still open not attended by any one .
    I have repeatedly called customer care but every time they told me that it will be attended within 24 hours.
    Now after 5 days a simple service request is not attended, claiming that Customer satisfaction is our priority.

    I had brought a ceiling fan from a shop with product details as par ES50 energy saving fan on last Sunday that is 10 April 22 . Even after all my friends suggested to me not to buy havells good as their quality and customer support are not good. When I had bought it home and fitted it. It had not worked. On visiting the shop they had asked me to contact your customer care. On Monday, April 11th, I had logged a complaint no.1104221398444 about it . But till today your customer care had remained harassing me throughout the weeks with three escalations till
    today. They just remain giving assurance that your service will be done.
    As now , I also came to the conclusion that all my friends’ opinions about yours products and customer care services were correct. I would also suggest people not buy your product.
    Now ,I had planned to move to twitter and consumer court to solve this matter of faulty product.

WE HAVE PURCHASED 05 BLDC FANS ON 30TH JUNE AND REGISTERED FOR INSTALLATION ON 02.07.22 BUT NOBODY CAME FOR INSTALLATION AND ON 12TH WE GET ALL THE 05 FANS INSTALLED BY OURSELVES AFTER WAITING A LONG, THEN AFTER 5 DAYS ONE FAN STOPPED WORKING ON 17.07.22 AGAIN WE COMPLAINT AND YOUR TECHNICIAN CAME ON 19TH JULY NOW APPROX 5 DAYS HAVE BEEN PASSED WE ARE LIVING WITHOUT A FAN IN OUR BEDROOM DUE TO NON AVAILABILITY OF SPARE AT YOUR SERVICE CENTRE IF THIS IS THE CASE WHY YOU HAVE LAUNCHED BLDC FANS IN MARKET WITHOUT SPARE AT SERVICE CENTRE IF THIS IS THE CASE REQUESTED TO PLEASE CHANGE OUR FAN WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT OR SHOULD WE RETURN ALL THE 5 FANS PURCHASED BY US. PLEASE TAKE PROMPT ACTION AND REVERT BACK TO US WITH A SOLUTION

    I have purchased one Split Air Conditioner Lloyd 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split Inverter AC – White [IMEI/Serial No: 87LCG0AL01938 – O, GLS18I5FWRBP from Flipkart bearing Invoice No. FAC4LO2300095339 on dated 19.05.2022. After that the problem started and booked my complaint on customer care.

    Detailed as follows.

    1. First Complaint booked on 29.06.2022 bearing Service Request no. 29062215585125 and a technician came and booked spares and rectified the same on dated 08.07.2022.
    2. Again the same Problem came on 16.07.2022 bearing Service Request no. 16072215911133 and a technician came and booked spares and still the problem was not solved.

    I have also called Mr. Gaurav Gulati (Area Manager) Faridabad and explained the same.

    Requested to please see the matter and replace my air conditioner with a new one. I am very disappointed with this service & product.

  13. I have buy Havells split 1.2ton AC in month of March. AC is not working in month of August.AC is under warranty so that I have registered my complaint in Havells coustom helpline on 27/08 , they are insured to me problem will handled with in 24 hours but more than 48 hours gone noone attend the problem.really Havells very bust customer service.i will suggest to my family members and colleagues, No buy Havells product.

  14. HAVELLS ‘s Technicians say, HANDLE FOR HAVELLS ELECTRIC KETTLE can not be replaced, it has to be thrown out and go for a new kettle. Does it not sound ABSURD ? Is it not possible to replace the Handle and make it in working fine. It is nothing but a poor customer service support.
