    I am a retail client of yours. Your company provided me the first ever demat account, in the midst of Covid lockdown and I learned a lot from your company account. However, unfortunately, I found that your software simply sucks. In the last almost one year, 90% of the reports, are not working. The non-working reports can be checked from REPORTS –> EQUITY REPORTS –> (10 ORDER LOG 920 TRADE BILLS 930 TRADE DETAILS 940 HOLDING STATEMENT 950 DELIVERY DETAILS 960 PAYIN/PAYOUT SHORTAGE 970 EMARGIN POSITION REPORT. Only the profit and loss report is THANKFULLY working. I am fed up by complaining to services@hdfcsec.com . They simply do not respond and since you do not have any ticketing system, it just misses your oversight. I am trying my best to use HDFC account, despite Zerodha is getting me excellent services, because of my greed to use your e-margin, selectively. I am extremely unsure even if this can reach you anyway. Hope you will be able to access this feedback and can act properly, before reserve bank of india come down on your company, heavily with strictures. Just one or two of your staff member from Rishra tries to help me.But unfortunately, they do not have any access to resolve my issues. Those who can, are conveniently sleeping or overworked.

    I’m struggling with HDFC SEC services, I opened digital demat account in January where I’m first account holder. When it got CKYC then it was cross verified with second account holder, very strange. Now I’m running behind HDFC BANK and SECURITIES not buddy is giving proper answer for resolution. Hence I decided to close the account but still I’m struggling. Very ridiculous and pathetic service

I have submitted my dully filled & signed KYC Form with Photo & Documents(Pan Card, Passport & Aadhar Card) on 8th Feb,2021 to Mr Kapil Dev Choudhury in HDFC Sec, Tonk Phatak, Laxmi Mandir Cinema Branch personally ( Can be cross checked via cameras installed in Branch). I have also mailed him scanned copy of my Pan Card on same date from my Gmail ID.

    But i am very sorry to state that yet my KYC details have not been updated, I have been asked to open a New Demat A/c by Branch for lower brokerage, i have out rightly refused & insisted him to please get updated my KYC details.

    Thereafter i have done follow up with Branch manager Mr Kapil Dev Choudhury & he continues to told that i am in meeting today & will get back to you, But now he have stopped replying , neither he is bothered to revert nor my Documents has been/ are being returned. I doubt that my Documents can be misused.

    Sir/ Madam,
    I am also a preferred customer of HDFC Bank & HDFC Ltd & after having relationship of almost 15 years such behavior is totally annoying & unacceptable.

    Requesting all of you to take action & help me so that either my KYC can be updated or my Documents can be returned( i am fed up with services rendered by HDFC Sec & will get opened my Demat A/c in another place.

  5. There are two Demate accounts in HDFC Securities. I am living in Delhi and my RM is from Mumbai.
    Both accounts have been deactivated for not operate.
    The experience with customer care is very terrifying, there is nobody to pick your call and no question arises to answer it.
    I wrote two mails to customer care and sevices, I got only computer generated answer.
    After two or three days got a call from customer care.
    I told them I am a senior citizen. I am unable to go to branch of HDFC Securities as these branch are more than six kilometres away from my house. As my Scooty was slipped while going to branch and got some cracks in my right hand.
    I request them to make arrangement for home collection of documents for KYC.
    HDFC Securities had made arrangement of eKYC, of my wife’s account but asked me to visit branch.
    I again wrote to customer care and services but they have no time to gave any reply.
    All the banks are giving facility of home collection of documents from home for senior citizens.
    I want my account be activated and give me facility of eKYC or collection of documents from my home.

    I am unable to understand the details in the statement
    The only thing THAT I am able to understand that from this one transaction HDFC Sec is the gainer and I am the loser
    One day you debit my bank account, next day you credit some amount and yesterday once again you debit my account

    Actually I was only interested in intra day dealing but using her Marketing Prowess with hanging a dangling bait of PRofit Ms. Mamta [ Tel No. 2261274073 / mob. No.8108117334] induced me into going for a roll over JUST SO THAT SHE COULD ENTRAP ME IN YOUR E MARGIN FACILITY

    I ADMIT I GOT CARRIED AWAY FOOLISHLY IN LISTENING TO HER AND CONSEQUENCE WHEREOF I HAVE BE CEREMONIOUSLY DUPED BY HDFC SEC WHOSE ALL PERSONNEL WITH WHOM I HAVE DEALT WITH IN THE LAST ONE YEAR ARE OUT TO MISLEAD , HARASS GULLIBLE CUSTOMERS AND TRAP THE CUSTOMERS BY DANGLING THE BAIT OF PROFIT WHEREAS ACTUALLY THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN CLEARING OFF THE CUSTOMERS BANK BALANCE [ WHICH IN MY CASE IS MY REALLY HARD HARD EARNED MONEY ]
