As per your record all EMI has been deduct from my account, but bounce charge amount regular deduct from my account, I received a call from your collection agent They told me one EMI bounce from my account you need to pay approx 380 rupees as a bounce charge, When I check my account i found that EMI deduct from my account, Whatever I had pay my bounce charges through paytm after charges automatically deduct from my account on regular basis.
Please Look into the matter & resolve it ASAP & refund my extra deduction amount.

i have taken PL from your company. So far paid 2 emis as well. Till now I have NOT received any paper related to my PL. NOT even softcopy received. The person who gave me the loan, failed to provide any services. I have received a Whatsapp for HeroCorp help. But they never respond. Person sees the message but never respond. I have download the HeroCorp APP and dropped the request, but never got reply.

I am Arjun From Gurgaon. I have applied for a refinance loan in Hero Fincorp Ltd in July month. They approved my total 676013/- amount. I have received 485600 in My account on Dated 17july, 29 July and 3 Aug ( 2Lacs, 2 lacs abd 85600) simultaneously but HERO FINCORP was not clear my Existing loan amount and Starting EMI deduction. Now the both Financer deducting my EMI ( Hero FINCORP and Mahindra And Mahindra. No one is picking up my phone calls. Customer care call number was not reachable. Your DSA is not picking up the call from 2 months. They picked my phone only 1 or 2 times. Everytime they asked me for resolve the issue but after they again won’t pick ky phone call.
