Bought a new Hitachi window AC. It stopped working within a month. The company people tried and failed to repair it. Now it is lying off-road and useless. The service person says, ‘Gas has leaked.’
I fail to understand how a brand new piece of such a reputed company got spoilt and there is no response or repair from the company. Either they gave a defective piece in such a case they should replace the piece without any question.
I wanted everyone to know of the poor services of Hitachi.
We had a lot of faith in this brand and tried to always buy Hitachi. But sorry to say, I am going to tell everyone, NEVER to buy this brand – which sells faulty products and then refuses to take any responsibility thereafter.

I have bought 1.5 ton Hitachi AC on 8th May 2020 and within 6 month 3 time issues and right now circuit problem.
Please make sure that after service this ac the new problem never come. if any problem happens again I am expecting a refund of the amount of this ac.
I have chosen Hitachi because I thought it is best to brand and service is fantastic. Many people told me that not to buy Hitachi product. they are very very poor in service, but I was not convinced with them and bought Hitachi AC even paying more than another brand AC. Now I am thinking if I would have considered their suggestion, after paying so much amount and not able to receive proper service, so it is better to less cost AC and give them money for services.
I know I feeling that you guys are Humiliating your customer.

Hitachi once stood for excellent quality and reliable post service standard . But not it has reduced to bad quality and pathetic service. My Ac was making too much sound. So I called service man and he replaced a part worth 5500 which didn’t solve the problem. Called them multiple times and finally last person said that another part is faulty and earlier part is ok. So he changed the fan bushes and again put the earlier part back. It happened in 2020 and yet I didn’t get my money back. Tried all there level of management and the area manager was kind enough to call me a nuisance on phone. Won’t suggest anyone to buy Ac from them anymore,.

प्रार्थी दिनांक 18-07-2021 को अपना प्रार्थना पत्र देकर अपनी शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी, आपके ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र के ई मेल के द्वारा पावती देकर यह सूचित किया गया था कि आपके प्रार्थना पत्र पर 2 दिन के अन्दर कार्यवाई कर आपको सूचित किया जाएगा । लेकिंन आज दिनांक तक मुझे मेरे प्रार्थना पत्र पर की गयी कार्यवाई से अवगत नहीं कराया गया । महोदय उत्तर प्रदेश एवं वाराणसी के समस्त सेवा केंद्र के प्रभारियों के व्हात्सप्प मोबाइल नंबर पर भी अवगत करा चुका हूँ ।

Dear Hitachi Team,
I am using 1.5 Split AC since last 2 years and facing noise and no cooling issue since last 10 days. After so many efforts I lock complained, my request number is 22072803176. Today you engineer vested my home but I am not satisfy from engineer because he was looking as fresher and he came without complete tool equipment.
Sometime he said PCB issue in outdoor and sometime he said service needs to be done. Finally he said first he will do the service then will keep it under observation and leave my home without resolving the issue. He said it is compressors tripping issue.
I am surprise to see the level of support & service from Hitachi. When I purchase my AC on that time I was thinking that Hitachi world known company and will provide me the good service.
Request you kindly look on to this and help to resolved my issue earlier.
