      Dear Sir,

      I am one of your customers and I have an account in Rajakillpakkam Branch, chennai – 73. I have been using the bank for more than 20 year sand I have a Jewel Loan in your branch. I went to your branch for Jewel Loan renewal purposes. Branch person as well as the manager said to check my CIBIL Score.I made an enquirer with them, for My own jewel pledging for loan then why should I check for my CIBIL Score  and moreover am not asking personal loan, then why are checking my CIBIL score and all. But I am not getting proper response from your branch. Finally Branch Manager revealed information that, as per guidance of our Head Office instruction we are doing, If you want you may check with our head office. This is happening for 2nd time to me. I was really surprised. In this regard so many times I tried your all your numbers(28134126, 28134053 & 28134300) but no response from your end. I totally disappointed about Indian Bank, I was using the account from Rajakillpakkam more than 20 years. I really ashamed myself. No proper response from Branch as well as head office too. Due to the poor service I reduced my transaction with the bank. Now only Jewel loans persist. The poor people of India not interested in lending the money from private lenders in this regard only they all are coming to Nationalised banks.Now the Indian Bank policy, forcefully go back to the private money lenders. I believe that this was Indian Bank and Reserve Bank of India and Indian Government trying to insist on this to his customers, please confirm. My actual Jewel loan renewal is coming on 30th May, 2021 so I request you to kindly intervene in the subject matter and resolved quickly. I am waiting for your affirmative reply on my request.

I have completed 75 yrs.as on 16.06.2019,drawing Pension from Indian Bank, Kakateeya Nagar Br.,Hyd.(IFSC Code No.IDIB000K092. Therefore Bank has to restore my Commutation Value of Pension w.e.f. 16.06.2019 automatically. When I represented, in writing, (31.12.2020) the Branch Manager told, that the matter is pending in H.O.@ Chennai. Request to RESTORE my full Pension & arrears with Interest in terms of SC’s judgment.

And guess what, after this much longer business relation with bank, I am facing total disappointments in services, Internet Banking, Admin Relation. No CRM, Credit card is at worst service, Most of the Branch Managers are unware of major developments in banking sectors, that too in MSME Branch, Vapi, Gujarat, India.   10. This is a query regarding timing of Indian bank clerks. As I am a relative of lady clerk working in indian bank krishnagiri zone. They are signing in on bank at 9.45 morning and signing off at 7 30 p.m from bank. As these clerks are far from they home land and serving for the bank please do the needful if the concerned authorities watching this.

I, Bibek kumar verma, an ex staff (employee id – 54167) of your institution allahabad bank. i was working at ullahawas branch gurgaon (branch code- 3096) and resigned your institution on 23-03-2020. I have completed all the resiganation formalities from my end but we didnot get the same response from your end. I had sent all the documents regarding the balanced leave encashment to the admin department zonal office but till now I didn’ t get any response. In starting, after being regular follow up’s we did not get any positive response from admin department. I had lodged the complain regarding this on cgrc portal too but the complaint had been closed by giving the explanation that “please approach to the higher authorities” . As you all know very well that I am not working in your instituiton so how could I know about the authorities who will take my complaints. After so many follow ups and several reminders finally I wrote this because this is very irresponsible behaviour I have seen from any instituiton regarding his ex staff.

    Also the arrears of 11th bipartite settlement has been given to all the employee but I didn’t recieved the arrear (11th bipartite) for this period too. I also informed the branch ullahawas regarding the arrear but the reply from the branch was”They dont know anything about it “.

    Kindly look into this matter as it is about 11 months has been paased .I had sent all the details regarding the same to branch, ZO and HO but we didn’t get a single reply.

  13. I am a retired officer of ex-allahabad bank which is merged with Indian Bank. My id is 420569. I found discrepancy in arrear computation sheet. Kindly recast the computation with two unpaid stagnation increment which are due as per 11th BPS. As cycles of releasing of stag increment has been made reduced from 3 years to 2 years I am eligible for 3 stagnation increment as on 2014, 2016 and 2018. I should not be deprived from receiving my legitimate dues with improved pension fitment. Also I have send an email to eabho.pa@indianbank.co.in. it is not a ordinary loss for a pensioner. Hope you will look into the matter with some seriousness.

    I have submitted a bank draft for cancellation on 05.03.2021.The draft has not been cancelled nor the amount is credited to our account. I personally reminded the manager operations many times but her blunt reply that the system is not showing HOW TO CANCEL A DRAFT. I therefore request you to kindly update your computer system or trained your staff to handle all type of services.

    In June penal interest has been charged but sofar emi has not been deducted as I have transferred amount on 25/06/2021
    I have written on WhatsApp the screen shot of transferred amount and for deduction of emi but today is 30 June 21, emi has not been deducted
    This may effect my/my daughter’s credit score
    I have to request to please inform due date and deduct EMI on due date besides provide me the details as requested.

    I have an account with your branch with the name of Kaushal Kishore and my account no. is 6441499173.

    I want to inform you that on 22.08.2021 Rs 50000 has been withdrawn from my account through any other ATM.(Message Screen with bank Statement attached for your reference) and at that time my ATM was with me, and the mobile on which the messages come was with my wife. My wife didn’t see those messages and when I came back from duty in the evening, generally I saw that someone has withdrawn 50000 rupees from my account, at the same time I asked the wife that you had given an ATM to withdraw money, the wife says no, I did not give an ATM to anyone. Then I came to know that someone has done fraud with me and I have become a victim of it.

    At the same time I called the customer care of Indian Bank and blocked my ATM, otherwise that person would have withdrawn all my money and I would have become poor. When I remembered that I had gone to the ATM of my branch to get generate the ATM PIN and I had taken the help of another person who was available in the ATM Room with me and he was help me for generate the PIN at the same.This is 4-5 days before the money was withdraw at that time I didn’t think that something could be wrong with me. I suspect on the same man.
    After that I went to his bank and try to give the written application, then the bank team told me that you should first complain to the police after that we will be able to do something. At the same time I went to the police station of my area (Nihal Vihar Police Station New Delhi 110041).
    I made a written complaint and the police gave me a copy (Copy attached for your reference), I saw that it was stamped by the police station then I was sure that my complaint was done, after that I went to the bank and gave a written application. The bank refused to take the complaint and returned my documents, after that there was a mourning in my family and My family started thinking that nothing can happen now
    After that today I complained to the customer care (Indian Bank) and asked for justice, then he gave me your e-mail id and said that you do an email on this.

    I am not the only one, I do not know how many people would be victims of this.50000 is a huge amount i am from a poor family my family is very shocked by this and my wife is not even eating food I request you to find a solution for this and give the harshest punishment to the accused.So that the crook cannot make anyone else his victim I have my last hope from you and hope that you will understand my problem and give me justice.

    I request you that this case should be investigated and the camera should also be checked so that the culprit can be caught as soon as possible.

    SInce my emails are not getting responded and reverted to all available email IDs that i could get hold of. Branh managers anyway is not responding for many years, I am taking this public messaging system . my email are not returning back, it is understood this is getting delivered to correct address. It is only a matter of choice, whether to be responded back or not. Unfortunate to see that ‘no response ‘on communication is probably in DNA of the institution.

    Biharsharif Branch at Garhpar .Bihar , Dist Nalanda is not paying rent for more than 6 years and all communication so far has fallen in deaf years.

    Anyways, this is to appraise you of the outcome of the meeting called last month and way ahead. At the onset of the meeting we were informed that Mr. Sonkar was not there to discuss on anything past and only to discuss to put the lease in place. He had no knowledge of the issue and not referred to any letter that we have put to bank so far. It either reflected the bank’s ill-intention of forfeiting our rightful money or he was just there to complete his KPI. He absolute had no intention of resolving the issue.

    On our mention of the response, on all the communication in past, we were very clearly told that ‘bank will not giving anything in writing’. Rather we were asked again to put a official letter mentioning our demand. Which has become a practice so far, we sending letter, bank doing nothing on it, coming back after months and years verbally again and asking for a formal letter again. This has led years pass by and the official is shameless enough to mention that best that can be done is making lease form current date. It seems intentional delay of bank to create reason not to pay the building rent.

    We are sorry to say that we are being pushed now to take legal and social media route like twitter etc, to get our rightful money and let your shareholders know on the ethics of the bank. If we take legal route the immediate effect would be that We may come back to you asking for evacuation of the premise. You may consider this as heads up. The trust is lost to continue with any relationship further with institution with such a less ethics .

    Also, please note any services will not be rendered by us for your smooth functioning and bank should not be making any permanent changes in the structure and facilities.

    I am not sure if it actually makes any sense of listening to Mr. Sonkar demand of we putting up another letter with our demand.

    Nevertheless, You may please refer to my earlier letter for our demand. The only change you need to make in it is that the new lease rate should not be less than 35 per sq ft. I have already shared the calculation of the money bank is liable to make on non-payment and hike every 5 years since the inception . In case this has not reached to you till now, please reach out to your officials . We will be glad to provide, if the need be.

    I hope this letter is being read by a responsible person to put this to the correct authority for resolution.

    सप्ताह मे तीन दिन से ज्यादा बैंक मे राशि ही नहीं रहता है सभी सेवाएं ठप करके बैंक कर्मी बैठे रहते हैं
    एक मोबाईल नंबर चेंज करने मे महीनों लग जाता है
    नाम का ब्रांच रह गया है यहाँ सभी लोगों को लगता है की काम हो या ना हो मुझे तनख्वा से मतलब है समय समय पे हाजरी लगाके पैसा बटोरने वाले ब्रांच मे प्रथम श्रेणी मे आएगा
    मुझे ये समझ मे नहीं आता की लोग जब इंपेक्सन मे आते हैं उन्हे कौन सा घोल पिलाया जाता है की उनकी नजरों मे सब कुछ सही चल रहा होता है ओर वो खुशी खुशी लिख कर प्रमाण भी जारी कर देते हैं यहाँ सब कुछ ठीक चल रहा है
    बात निकासी ओर जमा की कि जाय तो बहुत हि अजीब लगेगा की बैंक किसी ओर पे निर्भर हो कर पैसे के जमा होने का इंतजार करती है इस बीच अगर किसी की बेटी की शादी हो या किसी को अंतिम संस्कार के धन राशि की जरूरत हो या किसी छात्र को अपना फीस जमा करना हो या किसी गर्भवती महिला को अपने खाते मे जमा राशि की जरूरत पर जाए तो बैंक अपना दरवाजा बंद कर लेती है
    ओर गेट पर एक झूठी खबर लिख कर लटका देती हैं लिंक फेल है
    इसके लिए हमे खेद है
    किया बैंको मे लोग इसी दिन के लिए अपना खाता खुलवाते हैं
    जिस बैंक मे मोबाईल नंबर बदलवाने या जोड़वाने के लिए या चेक बुक एटीएम प्राप्त करने के लिए महीनों बैंक का चक्कर काटना पड़ता हो वहाँ बेहतर है लोग अपना रास्ता बैंक की ओड़ ना बढ़ाए अपने घर मे रहें सुरक्षित रहे
    बैंक मे लाइन मे खड़े खड़े अगर लोग गिर जाएं थक कर बैठ जाएं ओर वहाँ के कर्मी कुर्सी पे बैठ कर आराम से गाना सुन रहे हूँ या रूस ओर यूक्रेन के युद्ध पे बनी लतीफे देख रहे हूँ बेहतर है की आप बैंक ना जाए
    यहाँ सभी लोग मिले बैठे हैं ऊपर से लेकर चपरासी तक सभी एक ही थाली के चट्टे बट्टे हैं
    इंडियन बैंक के सभी ब्रांच मे यही हाल है सिवाये मैन ब्रांच के
    मुझे लगता हैं ये शिकायत जहां जिनसे की जा रही हैं पता नहीं वो कार्यवाही करेंगे या नहीं
    बैंक से अच्छी उम्मीद रखना जैसे दुश्मनों से अच्छी उम्मीद रखना
    हम सभी उच्च स्तरीय अधिकारी से विनर्म निवेदन करते हैं की सभी कर्मियों को आदेश दे ओर बहाना छोड़ देने को कहें पिछली एक साल मे सबसे जियाद प्रयोग होने वाला शब्द बैंक मर्जर के नाम पे अपने काम से मुंह ना मोड़े
    एक जिम्मेदार कर्मी के तरह काम करे ओर ग्राहक का ख्याल रखे

  30. LONG TIME Customer of Indian Bank e Allahabd Bank merged New Delhi Br. Since long time was trusting that Public Sector Bank will have some PROECTION from bad customer service and direct fraud or through third party, fraud from Foreign Currency Non resident’s accounts and all even nodal officer not replying to the complaint lodged for the unfortunate bad act and badly handling the Non resident account holder and correspondence black out for any reply: It is feared that nothing being disclosed to the customer of the FCNR B account is in fixed term accounts Indian Bank branch in New Delhi funds supposed for auto renewal for same term now more than eight/nine months no resolution despite regular follow up…and no resolution, with no fault of Non resident customer, trusting to keep all term deposit receipts with bank for auto renewal. This is for the information of suffering from customer still no resolution till date, since funds second renewal is approaching for renewal and still no resolution even anchor INDIA BANK merged e Allahabad bank in NEW DELHI Branch. Police FIR already submitted to the Bank as desired. Pilferage of money was done on 15.01.2020. Reported to Bank on 16.01.2020. Despite regular persuasions with Bank, nothing happened and money has still not been refunded to me being a Sr. Citizen (aretired Govt servant surviving only on pension)
    Request to expedite refund.
