I am a savings bank account holder in IOB, since 1975, in the main branch at KUMBAKONAM. Also hold account in other three branches IOB in Tamil Nadu.
Now a days the credibility of IOB is decreasing fast , they never attend the call by the customer, almost in all branches, their politeness, kindness , sincerity, dedication, towards customer is decreasing. The branches are avoiding customer services., including the customer service section in the HO. One has to wait more than half an hour in phone to get connected to customer service. The ATM service is stoped intermittently, the system is going out function, often almost in all branches. I request and expect these matters should be looked by management immediately. Thank you sir.

i went to iob bank of polichalur branch (bank ifsc code IOBA0002747) for jewelry loan purpose on 07 oct 2020. Bank staff given form and taken jewel all process done. I noticed bank cashier not wearied face mask, then i informed to manager.i have taken picture of cashier , manager noticed my self of taken picture. Then immediately manager given instruction to bank staff for cancel my jewel loan and he argument to myself for don’t compliant any were.
Manager harshly spoken and threatened of cancelling my loan. Please do the enquiry and take action.

I have a current account Number 301 in the name of eros travels in faridabad branch haryana, i hold my account from past 3 to 4 years and i used to hold another account by the name of ulltimate travels from last 10 years.
recently I request bank to provide some loan against property, I went to bank and had personal discussion but no where bank disclosed any charges. before we can have discussion about the amount and repayment schedule and the interest rates charges after property valuation they deducted an amount of Rs. 8000 from my Current account, when i approached bank asking that loan has not been sanctioned why did you deducted the amount they forced me to sign the documents and avail the loan facility, and i had left with no other option to sign the documents and to have loan. on 9th march i signed the papers and till 23rd of march amount was not been sent in my bank account but it was showing in the floating balance. later when i asked what is the issue bank manager told me that you have not submitted LATEST ITR thats why loan is in FLOATING, i asked Bank Manager if incase ITR was that important why did you sanctioned the loan and why didnot you informed me about the proper procedure. they had no answer about the same but they gave me option to cancel the loan. I asked Bank Manager to cancel the Loan and refund the processing charged as i did not got any amount in my account. I would really appreciate to have an urgent reply on the same.

Meanwhile, I would like to mention here that after death of my father, Late Girish Prasad Sharma on 08.02.2021, my mother Late Meenakshi Sharma too left us for heavenly abode on 18.04.2021, who jointly held the Indian Overseas Bank’s Equity Shares (1000 Nos.) Folio No. 58987, Certificates Nos. from 487044 to 487053.
For getting a succession Certificate from our District Magistrate, Lucknow office, I applied for the same but my application was not being accepted as they asked me to furnish a letter from Appropriate Authority of Indian Overseas Bank for issuing a Succession Certificate, without such letter from your side, they would not accept my application.
Thus, you are requested to get a letter issued addressing District Magistrate Lucknow with respect to Equity Shares (1000 Nos.) Folio No. 58987, Certificates Nos. from 487044 to 487053 be transferred to my name.
