1. The RO Water Purifier supplied and installed by your dealer on 15.12.2020 :
The machine stopped working after 1 month of installation and your technicians visited several times to try and fix the problem, but after each repair, the machine could run for 1 or 2 days only. Ultimately, it stopped completely after 15 or 20 days.
The technician and the dealer told me that this is the latest machine and company has not provided the required spare parts for this machine and that it would be available in a week’s time as they got the same shipped from your factory.
I waited for 10 days and again contacted your dealer and service center. The answer received from them was that due to pandemic, the goods are not arriving as per their schedule and it might take few more days and requested me to bear with them.
All these days, we have been using bottled mineral water and a good amount had already been spent towards this bottled water.
I continue to call both your service center and your dealer who ultimately stopped replying to my call. Meanwhile I happened to talk to one your technicians who told me that the spare part (Membrane) is not available and it would be better that I go for another machine (he was doubtful whether that machine could be made operational in a month or so).
Hence, I purchased another machine (Kent only) on 30.04.21 and this 2nd machine is in use at my home.
The first machine is still lying unattended. If you talk to your technician, he would be able to explain to you what is the problem with this machine and whether this could be repaired or not.
Hence, I once again request you to take back this machine which could not be used even for 2 months (including the time when this was under repair).
The response received from your Service Center were quite amusing:
1. After your failed to get the machine repaired through your Service Center, they requested me to directly get in touch with your Service Center and I have been in touch with your Mr. Ramakrishna Das (Phone No.8777268622) & Office (No.8013601747) who were found quite cooperative but shown their inability to do so for want of require spare parts. Ultimately they also stopped accepting my calls for the reason that they don’t have the required spare parts.
After the matter was drawn to your complaint cell, one Mr. Randhir called around 2nd or 3rd May and told me that this machine was not registered with Kent! (In spite of this machine was manufactured and supplied by you and your service center has been attending to this machine almost all alternative days?)
And also that no complaint was received against this machine (Is Mr. Ramakrishna Das – Phone No.8777268622 & Office No.8013601747 and other people in your service department run a separate company with no connection to Kent? who had visited my flat several times just to say that the filter despatched was yet to be reached Kolkata) ?
AND that Kent do not take back the machine or make refund even if it was not working.
IN THIS CONNECTION, YOU SHOULD PLEASE APPRECIATE THAT A WATER FILTER IS THE PRIMARY REQUIREMENT OF ANY HOUSEHOLD, PARTICULARLY IN KOLKATA.
THE MACHINE PURCHASED ON 15.12.2020 GAVE MY FAMILY SO MUCH TROUBLE IT HARDLY RUN FOR 2 MONTHS. NOBODY (NEITHER THE DEALER NOR YOUR SERVICE CENTER) HAD ANY ANSWER TO ITS NON-PERFORMANCE.
WE HAD BEEN DEPENDENT ON BOTTLED WATER.
ULTIMATELY, WITH NO HELP COMING FROM YOUR END, I HAD BUY ONE NEW KENT FROM THE MARKET AND I GOT INSTALLED.
If you don’t want to take the machine back, please arrange to refund the money of Rs. 19,000/- (including the value of additional filters supplied by them).

I am not happy with the service of my Kent RO. I am not satisfied with the quality of water I am drinking from Kent post service.My grievances mailed at service.kent. It is totally pathetic.
Kent Ro purchased by me in various place of country flats like A56 jain park Nawada metro Uttam Nagar New Delhi other in om vihar sombajar Uttam Nagar New Delhi.
In Virindaban Paras Pride Govinda tower Rukmani vihar Dist Mathura from which holy venue National Pride Smt Hema Malini also our honble MP as she seen by us while watching any channel of India where she vehemently code performance of Kent RO this one perfectly false and dubious foggy in nature RO .
Kent RO most worse RO of Indian Market as local brand with no support to customer even though customer care never response customer , technician for shake for service charged higher amount there is no surety of Kent RO as incidently can be out of order.
I am also having other Kent RO at High court Allhabad on address of T1-7K Rudra Enclave Dhanua road Priyagraj where my flat remain close for about two years as I remain in inmate venue Etawah at address of Anand Nikunj Chaugurji city Etawah .
Priyagraj Kent RO purchased by me from renowned KK Sales 17/33 MG Marg Civil lines Allhabad PIN 211001 vide bill no 40479.KR.1611018319 which RO right from began RO never found by me upto the mark as dos & don’ts .
Complain bearing No 22072902506 alloted to me on date 26.7.22 and despite numerous call on coded cell no technician visited at my flat and found Kent RO multiple expense and due to broken of pump my flat get moisture on wall and wooden work loss assessed by me in figure two lack and most catch napping factory amount code by technician 8100 Rs .
When Kent RO team was informed by me through technician company replied they all are helpless and no power to scrutinized Kent RO life .
In fact this RO Kent Grand plus used by me only for fifty days and Kent machin repair cost demand by company 8100 Rs .
Now question arise Kent RO company get egg upon face or score off innocent customer while showing Hama maliny for advertisement.
In fact in India sale and production both must be stopped by ruling government in favor of public as Kent RO having no norms for customer ,Kent RO company doing atrocity and snatching sweating money of public .
I will file writ in High Allahabad as palely I found myself booty by Kent RO company as well as in company there is set language that they all are not responsible .
Today I purchased blue star RO for same place flat at Allhabad where I am counsel of High court Allhabad, I feel highly gloomy while coordination with Kent company in latest hours .
I will bleakly pray for entire Indian ambiance people not to purchased Kent RO which one worse than local RO ,hence company might face strictly legal action as Kent name on advertisement seeming class but Xero ground report from me as having five Kent RO so this product damb squib beware from Kent .

I have purchased Kent Electric Rice cooker 5 ltr ( code :- 170700863 OR 8906019941193 ) on 26/01/2023 from M/S M. S. Pande & Sons Variety Square Sitabuldi NAGPURN 440010 . It was not working i.e. the operating buttons were not working . The cooker was given to your service center 4 times and it came back with out any repairs. Infact in the second trip to service center they returned the cooker with damaged hot plate , I have been requesting M/S M S Pande to get replacement but they have not obliged . As on date the cooker was returned to me on 31/03/2023 in as is condition so i called up the dealer and asked them to take the cooker back , which they have promptly done . I request the Kent management to give a free replacement .
Dear sir,
We have recently shifted to Bangalore from Noida and the service person is asking 8000 Rs for the AMC renewal. Also the person visited was extremely rude. The parts replacement which we were doing were Noida and the cost projected by Bangalore technician is almost double.
In Bangalore techniciana are very bad tempered. He came and made the TDS 400 and left.
I need to have a second line number with whom I can discuss my issue and lodge my complaint against the technician.
