2. आपकी शिकायत में दी गई सूचना के अनुसार, यह पाया गया है कि आपने आरबीआई से संपर्क करने से पहले KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK LTD. के पास अपनी शिकायत दर्ज नहीं की है। रिज़र्व बैंक – एकीकृत लोकपाल योजना, 2021 के तहत वर्तमान शिकायत निवारण ढांचे के अनुसार, शिकायतकर्ताओं को पहले उस विनियमित संस्था से संपर्क करना आवश्यक है जिसके विरुद्ध वे शिकायत दर्ज करना चाहते हैं। इसके आलोक में आपकी शिकायत रिज़र्व बैंक-एकीकृत लोकपाल योजना, 2021 के दायरे से बाहर है।
2. Based on the information provided in your complaint, it was observed that you had not filed your complaint with KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK LTD. before approaching RBI. In terms of the extant grievance redress framework under the Reserve Bank – Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021, complainants are required to first approach the Regulated Entity against whom they wish to lodge a complaint. In view of the same, your complaint is outside the purview of the Reserve Bank – Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021.
3.तदनुसार, यह प्रथम स्वरूप के शिकायत होने के कारण, इसको अस्वीकार्य वर्गीकृत किया गया है और रिज़र्व बैंक – एकीकृत लोकपाल योजना, 2021 के खंड 10(2)(a)(i), जो निम्नप्रकार है, के तहत बंद किया जाता है:
“Complaint is non-maintainable under Clause 10 (2) (a) (i) of the Reserve Bank – Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021 : ‘First Resort Complaint ’.”
3. Accordingly, being a First Resort Complaint, your complaint was classified as Non-Maintainable and closed under clause 10(2)(a)(i) of the Reserve Bank – Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021, which reads as under:
“Complaint is non-maintainable under Clause 10 (2) (a) (i) of the Reserve Bank – Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021 : ‘First Resort Complaint ’.”.
