आदरणीय सर, मॅडम
मी श्री. विठ्ठल भागचंद पवार रा. पंचवटी नाशिक येथील अर्जुन पवार यांचा भाऊ.
(मृत), वरील विषयाच्या संदर्भात तुम्हाला विनंती करू इच्छितो की LIC विभागीय कार्यालयाने आमचा दावा नाकारला आहे.
माझे भाऊ दिवंगत श्री. अर्जुन पवार यांचे 2-3-2020 रोजी हृदयविकाराच्या झटक्याने निधन झाले त्यामुळे आम्हाला मानसिक धक्का बसल्याने आम्ही या धोरणाचा 18-08-2020 रोजी दावा केला परंतु काही कारणे सांगून तुमच्या नाशिकच्या विभागीय कार्यालय आमचा दावा नाकारला. त्याने मद्यपान केले होते आणि त्याचे उत्पन्न कमी असल्याचे कारण देऊन आणि जोखमीच्या वचनबद्धतेच्या तारखेपासून त्याने कधीही 3 वर्षांची पॉलिसी मुदत पूर्ण केली नाही.
येथे मी तुम्हाला नमूद करू इच्छितो की माझ्या भावाची प्रकृती चांगली होती आणि हृदयविकाराच्या झटक्याने त्याचा मृत्यू झाला.
दुसरे म्हणजे, त्याने कधीही मद्यपान केले नाही, अगदी जबब, पंचनामा आणि पोस्टमॉर्टम रिपोर्टमध्ये सर्व कागदपत्रांमध्ये स्पष्टपणे नमूद केले आहे की श्री अर्जुन पवार यांचा मृत्यू हृदयविकाराच्या झटक्याने झाला. तिसरे म्हणजे तो पेंटिंगचा व्यवसाय करत होता आणि तो बूट बनवायचा आणि त्याचे रोजचे उत्पन्न 300-400 रुपये होते. चौथे हे धोरण या स्थितीत होते.
त्यामुळे वरील तथ्यांनुसार आमचा दावा नाकारण्याचे कोणतेही योग्य कारण आणि वैध कारण नाही.
