I am Sugandha Sharma and I intend to share a serious concern.
I feel disgusting to state that DELHIVERY the pickup partner for landmark has taken my wrong article and I am struggling badly to get my article back.. It feels like theft…this is the last option to follow.. I am done with several calls and followups telephonically… Then I visited the store despite pandemic, then some executive suggested to email,still waiting for their so called 2-3 days to get the revert… Pathetic customer handling… I wish the customers are handled in better way…
History of event:
I ordered ginger slippers online from lifestyle but was delivered a wrong size so I returned it on the store and I also processed an online return. I returned the article in store and cancelled home collection fr return. Later in my absence they took a wrong article from my place and since then I am struggling to receive my article back. I have been trying to fix it through constant emails but to my horrible online shopping experience with lifestyle, it seems that the brand has terribly failed…

Really disappointed
Specially with you customers helpline service they just keep playing passing the pass with the customers.i have been trying from last 15days … seriously is this the way you treat your customers. Even you senior executive are so irresponsible they can’t keep thier own words… thankfully I have call recordings to prove my point.
But wait whom to compliant…I have tried their headquarters number too but even they seems to b same just keep transferring the lines but on one will answer.

Dear Sir / Madam,
I had ordered a dining table on 2nd July from Home Center,DSL Virtual Mall, Uppal, Hyderabad, vide Invoice number 013291500042624 and requested for installation on 15th July. However, there was no delivery and also no intimation.
On 17th July, I visited the store from where I had ordered. After they went through with my purchase details, I was informed that the warehouse was not informed about the purchase and delivery due to “system error”.
They used their system to cancel the old order and rebook again and provided me with a new Invoice number 0013291500043273 and I was assured that delivery and installation would be done on 24th July.
On 19th July, I received a SMS that the purchase bearing the said invoce would be delivered on 18th August. On the 20th July, I again visited the store and was again assured that there was sufficient stock of the product and delivery would be made soon.
Today is 27th July and I have still not received the product and the customer service executive to whom I talked with,said she is not able to find any data of the purchase. I am therefore attaching the two invoices that were given to me.
Quite frankly,i am very vexed and disappointed with the service provided by your organization.Had I booked a similar item from one of many smaller shops, I would have received the product,wirhin 24 hrs.
Kindly cancel this order and arrange for the refund of the charges made in this purchase
