I’ve a flat in Crown Taloja. I’ve been chasing them since more than a month for my NOC. Very rarely they receive call on 022 6716 1111 and that’s the only no we have.

I bought 2bhk in Thane, Kolshet, Lodha Amara project.
Post completion of 95% payments and more than 2 years time your team is now changing their word of commitments (given on paper) and demanding extra cost than decided and agreed by both parties.
Sent several emails communication and asked for clarification which never been clarified.
Fed up and feel so cheated by keeping trust on Lodha.
