I have a very big concern for Mivi… I wanted to understand whether the people hired under your customer care team are even educated or its just random people or bots replying to customer complaints…. I have been following up with your team for replacement of a defective product for 2 months now and still they have not resolved it correctly….
Initially they took 1 month to get the defective product (Duopods M40) collected from my place… Further they took 2 weeks to confirm that there is any issue with the product… Then they sent me replacement of wrong product altogether (Duopods M20) which was also a used product & defective…. I have been following up with them since past 3 weeks to get this rectified but all they revert to me with is that they regret the inconvenience and will get back to me soon…. I am not sure what is the hold up for a simple transaction…. Infact they sent a bluedart person to collect the defective M20 product yesterday, without any prior intimation to me… When I shared the blue dart tracking details with them asking why I was not informed about it and I am not responsible for it if the product gets mis placed… They again replied saying they regret the inconvenience and will arrange a pick up in next 48-70 hours… I am trying to understand what pick will they arrange now….??? This is highly frustrating that I have to follow up so much for replacement for a simple headphones…. If this would have been Amazon it would have happened with in a few days and that too without follow up from my end…. We proudly say since Mivi is an Indian product we should go for it…. But in turn you should also provide decent after sales services as well…..

My MIVI Collar wireless earphone is showing sound problem.It was purchased on 17.09.2020, so warranty will expire on 16.09.2021.I lodged complaint to their customer care on 26.05.2021 and then several reminders. I am getting automatic reply but no action till date. With this process ,my warranty period will expire.My experience with the first product of MIVI is too bad and after sales service is what I have mentioned.

Worst services of MIVI. I am also problem with their Mivi Fort S100 soundbar since 3 months. Their customer care services are not good. They are telling false information.
I have not expected this type of service from a renowned brand like mivi, after 4 times issue still persist. No higher management contact details available so i can escalate the issue. I have again claim and the ticket no is 2377231. I hope someone from higher management will look into this.
