We are dealers of MRF tires at Baroda Gujarat. We have placed an order of 6 tires of 7.00-12 size tires which fit the forklift in MRF on 16-04-2024 but till date we have not received the tires.Our order of 6 tires has been canceled and we have suffered a huge loss.And still the order of another 4 nos of tires is pending which means we have a total order of 10 tires going out of hand.And further, it has often happened that our tire orders are canceled due to non-stock.
And there is one more thing I would like to tell you, We supplied 6.50-10 size solid tires to a company located in Chikhli Gujarat side.Those tires were torn within 2 days of fit work and the rubber quality was also poor. We found out on investigation that they were test tires that the company had developed and sent for testing.But this tire has not been successful. We made many requests to the company but the company did not respond to us, so we finally got fed up and took another 6 tires from MRF company at our expense and replaced them with bad tires at the company where we had sold the tires.Now after all this work we have returned the test tire which was bad to MRF company and it has been 1 month but we have not got any response for it nor have we got another tire in its place. We were told by the MRF company that we will get a credit note but we have not received it. We keep calling DM SIR and RSM SIR in the company for this credit note but we are not getting any good response from the company. DM SIR and RSM SIR are also working hard but they too are not getting any support from the top management.Due to all this, the after sales service of MRF company gets a bad name. We have saved both your and our reputation from getting damaged once but if this happens again in the solid tire segment MRF may spoil the reputation of the company.
Now it’s been a long time so please support us so that the dealer’s money doesn’t stand idle.And going forward, in case of any manufacturing defect, arrange for the tire to be replaced as soon as possible and within 2 days if possible.If we get good support, we will also have a lot of enthusiasm to work. But if we get disappointed like that, we might as well do well and be afraid to sell solid tires.

I am a regular customer of MRF since I bought my first car in 2008, I belongs to dist.Bareilly,……dear sir, currently i am using renault duster car and in this car all four tyres are of mrf….i.e front 2 i have buy few months ago (i.e 215/65 R16 WANDEROR STREET) and the rear one was of WANDEROR SPORT…..one of my tyre get damaged and it wass 3 years old……and my one tyre was OK……but in whole bareilly distict i didn’t get WANDEROR SPORT 215/65 R16 they all are saying that it was no longer menfactured by mrf….but it was showing in mrf online site…..Can u plz make it available in Bareilly MRF showroom……otherwise i have to move to another company tyre keeping in mind abt future……

I purchased a Yamaha FZ bike dated 15 December 2020 and noticed a crack on the back tyre on 02 January 2021. After that I contacted the yamaha showroom as well as the service centre regarding this issue so they denied to replace a tyre. They told me to contact the manufacturer of the tyre.
You are requested to change the tyre as soon as possible or provide me the contact of the authorized authority who will resolve this issue.

It is very unfortunate for me to have MRF tyres in Grazia H/H because I don’t have good experience. Within 3 years and coverag of only 17000km in city by my wife I have submitted the tyre to co. Office at Raipur and they have outrightly rejected my claim as usual.
Company is of opinion that only customer is responsible for defects is a harassment and it opens the doors for other.
I have full respect towards the giant personality the MD who maintained highest standards of quality ànd customer satisfaction.
I am sorry in writing to you because I am being directed to go away from the co. As your so called Engineer don’t have courage to convey truth.

My new vehicle (ran only 8000KM) tyre got budged long time back and it was noticed only one week before, becuase it was happened in the inside portion. Suddenly I took my vehicle to Honda Service Centre, (muthoot Honda Kollam)and they informed me that this is not a isolated natter and somany cases are reported tbe sane problem now adays. Later they sent the tyre to MRF service point for getting the replacemet. After one week I got the reply from the service point my case was rejected and the reason is not able understand.
Now what happens in the market whenever prople want to buy new vehicle they selecting the vehicle which is having JK and CEAT tyre. The trust of the MRF brand is ruined.
My only request to management that don’t try to cheat customer with malfunctioning product and do the QC properly before sending to sale. THe people are spending money not looted from otehrs, instead of hardly earned.

I had Purchased 2 tyres on 30-July-2022. My both front tyre got flat & metal Wires came our with in 4 months & vehicle run 3500 Kms.
Our dealer Told that we will get the replacement of the tyre as a warranty claim, but we got the message from the company, that claim has been rejected.

I purchased MRF tire in February 2023 which burst from the side after 2 months.I got 5 years guarantee for it. I took it to the dealer. He said that this will force the company to change. Got a reply from the company that your tire has been rejected. There is no manufacturing defect in this.Now the tire I have purchased only two-three months ago. I got a 5 year warranty after purchasing it for ₹3500 and the company is rejecting it after just 3 months. What is my fault in this? Why should I throw my money into the water? I am writing to address the recent issue with my MRF car tyre claim, which was rejected by the MRF team. I would like to bring this matter to your attention and provide you with more details. I want to emphasize that there was no mistake on my part, and the issue is solely due to a manufacturing defect in the MRF tyre.
On April 29, 2024, I purchased a new MRF car tyre (205/60R16 WST TL 92H) from an authorized MRF dealer. However, I later discovered that the dealer sold me a tyre manufactured in 2023, despite assuring me of its suitability. I also had my car’s wheel alignment done by the same dealer, who confirmed that all the wheels and tyres, including the new one, were in good condition.
Approximately three weeks later, I embarked on a family trip from Hyderabad. Before setting off, I checked the tyre pressures and began my journey. However, after traveling 100 kilometers, the front passenger side tyre (the new one) suddenly went flat on the highway. Upon inspection, I discovered that the side portion of the tyre was completely damaged. Fortunately, we managed to avoid a major flat tyre issue on the national highway. Throughout the trip, we had to rely solely on the spare tyre.
Upon returning from the trip, I visited the MRF showroom, presented the tyre, and explained the situation. They examined the tyre and confirmed that there were no punctures or holes. They assured me that they would forward the matter to MRF authorities to determine if the tyre was covered under warranty.
On June 8, 2024, I received a text message stating, “we regret inability to accept 000908950228 (SI No. 5223) as a claim as no manufacturing defect was found.” I was shocked by this response.
Considering that this tyre was brand new (less than month old) and that I had checked the tyre pressure before my journey, it is perplexing how the tyre could have gone flat and become completely damaged within 100 kilometers. It is evident that there must be a hidden manufacturing defect that caused air leakage and resulted in this unfortunate incident.
I sincerely request that you reinvestigate this issue and provide a new replacement tyre.
