  1. Dear Myntra Team,

    Rite now I had a talk with Pooja her ID is VT10049 I would like to complain against her as she used a Abuse langauge for me to her senior executive which is in the recording I would like you to go through her call recordings and check whether she had used any of the abuse language for me or not, and I request the Myntra team to take serious actions on her and mail me what actions had taken on her.

    Adding to this when I asked her why she is abusing me and to note a complain on her for such a abuse language she directly disconnected my call.

    My previous concern,

    I had made a complain through mail on 28/09/2020 for the defected products I arrived for my orders and on 30/09/2020 at 11.39 pm I gave a reminder for my query, so on 01/10/2020 at 1.02am (sleeping time of Indian people) return of the products were processed without my confirmation and at 10.01 am return pick up was processed and by 12.19 pm refund was processed through bank IMPS without taking my confirmation whether I want my refund through bank IMPS or through Myntra Credit. So I requested the Myntra team to process my refund to my Myntra Credit rather then to my bank account but till today I had not found my queries got resolved, so I would like to request the Senior level manager or the General Manager executive to go through my complain and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    I had talked with 4 of the Champions executive and two of the supervisors one is pooja and the other is Aaeesh regarding my queries and they all are agree that its Myntras Back hand teams fault that without taking the customers concern they processed the return and refund through bank IMPS but still my query is not yet resolved.

    Pls check all my mails for reference and do the needful and for my phone number pls check my mails.

    Note: I have the complete recording of all the conversation with each and everyone to whom I talked, I would suggest Myntra team to take some serious actions on Pooja (VT10049) as she abused me.

    And in case if Myntra team is not able to process my refund to my Myntra Credit then pls make me an arrangement to talk to the very superior level manager on my below mention timings.

  2. Dear Tarun (VT3535) / Dear Myntra team,

    As per our telephonic conversation on 14/10/2020 at 7.06pm (between me and Tarun), you had given me the Assurance that my query will be resolved at the earliest and I will receive a call back from the CASE MANAGERS end with in 24 hours on my preferable timings which was mentioned below i.e. after 6.30pm on weekdays, but till today 16/10/2020, 9.10pm (which is more than 50 hours of your assurance) I didn’t found my query got resolved and even I didn’t got a call back from the Case Manager’s end.

    I am unable to understand why the Myntra team is taking so much of time to resolve my issue as it is being raised since 02/10/2020 which is more than 14days, Please check below mails.

    And addition to this I had placed a complain on Pooja (VT10049) for using the abusive language for me while she was talking to her senior and which is in the recording, even I had complain for her senior on our(me and Tarun VT3535) telephonic talk as he allowed her to talk such abusive language for the customer, for all this I requested you to ask her and her senior to write a apology letter to me with the detail explanation regarding her misbehavior.

    I hope Myntra team will take serious actions on her and her senior level executive for INSULTING THE CUSTOMER (DEFAMATION OF CUSTOMER) and even will resolve my query ASAP.

    Below is the attachment of her call recording I request you to go through her recording from 1.04.00 mins to 1.09.48 mins in that you will be clearly come to know she was talking to her senior with the abuse language for the customer. In the whole conversation I shared only my problems and was demanding a commitment to resolve my query from her end or to provide me the e-mail address/postal address of the authorised person of Myntra which is the RIGHT OF CUSTOMER.
    PLEASE CHECK MY MAIL FOR THE ATTACHMENT.

    I had communicated to 4 of the Champion level executive and 3 of the escalation supervisor level executive but still the query is Unsolved, as none of the team member is taking the responsibility to resolve my query and even saying they can’t commit me to resolve my query, but each and everyone had commited that the mistake was happened through the Myntra Back hand team.

    Now he regularly canceling my order.
    10-12 times i also called customer care but they are manuculating me and saying your location is not in delivery area.
    And now after 10 days they saying we will not deliver your order.
    please help me and deliver my all 4-5 orders as well as ask your delivery boy to respect customers.

    i have ordered 2 items in your myntra app and it should be delivered by 5 dec 2020. but i got a message from the delivery team ECOM delivery on 1 dec 2020 your order is out for delivery and i call the delivery person when you are going to deliver my item. He said the same day he is going to deliver but that day he is not delivering the next day. I also got the same massage out for delivery. Again I called the delivery person but he said we are not going to deliver your item in your place. you have to visit the ECOM office and receive your item. I don’t think any other company has this kind of service but I’m sure your company(myntra) has this kind of policy and your people have very bad behaviour with customers.
    ECOM people are very cheap and worst people in your organisation.it’s not about order it’s about your people behaviour and discipline.
    I don’t know what kind of server you are providing but this is the most pathetic service I have ever seen.
    please cancel my order. I’m not going to place any order in future.

    One of the delivery person always put my order on hold. Without coming to home he just put my product on hold.
    After a lot of agrument.
    I even talked to one of the head of the department. The one who works under you. His number is +91 79-05806057 he knows that the delivery boy always do this to me but he didn’t took any action.
    After knowing that the delivery boy do this he take his sides and he always send him to my door step. I’m totally disturbed

I m order 2 bearhouses shirts from myantra last month but they send me wrong product a Parker pen in small package.and I will to register my complain in coustomer care,but after 1 month they will tell me I will send you a right product & I m not replace or return your item.ihave two questions from myantra 1- why they will cheat their own costumers ? 2- is it possible to pack 2 full size shirts in a small size packet??? Why you do fraud like this??

    I have returned an item on 3rd Dec 2020 and my payment was through UPI which was not refunded and yet it was updated on your system as processed. After a lot of complaining I received a mail saying it was not successful and asked to share my Bank details for Refund and was asked to wait for maximum 5 days. Almost I have waited for a month now still NO REFUND, NO RESPONSE. I have asked to share a proof some transaction number that refund has been initiated from your end but no one has provided anything and they keep extending deadline and to wait. Apart from that NOBODY is professional and all my queries are closed without providing solutions. I would request to escalate my issue and return my money back. I would like to talk to senior management regarding this and the kind of Support Services they are providing.

    I had purchased a Realme Yellow & Black Buds wireless Pro-RMA208 on 28.08.2021 which had delivered on dated 31.08.2021 in MYNTRA but I received an empty packet.Product packet had been already open-able .I am writing query on app and continuous call to mynta representative but no one can help me .Repeatedly tell them for our problem but not solved the matter.

    Your representative told me that warehouse team packing and delivery is well condition.so they can not help us.

    But sir i am not receiving my order item only received empty packet which is already open-able.Immediate call with your delivery boy that which you are given me it is an empty packet. he told me that lodge a complaint by mintra app or call customer care no i also do that.Till now no positive answer form them.

    I received a fake AirPods where the serial number is not fund in apple coverage. I’m claiming for a refund or exchange but they are delaying or either closing the issue. The customer care service is of no use. They don’t have any solution and they keep me on hold and never hear back. Can someone please help me. I have all the pictures and videos too. I don’t know how will I get my money back.

  17. I faced a very stupid issue with the delivery boy today. I got a message at around 4:30 today evening. Saying : (ARRIVING TODAY:Our Delivery Agent (+914071965653) will bring your order with 1 Kotty Jackets today. Use Pin 9566502339 if prompted. His/her body temp. recorded at 3:57 PM was 96.8F. Our delivery agent is ensuring the highest safety standards so you can stay safe at home!. – Team Myntra.) So, I’ve been waiting for the product to reach since then. I’m going to Kashmir tomorrow. I’ve ordered a padded jacket to protect myself from the snowfall. The delivery guy gave me a call at 7:53pm for 2 seconds. i was barely able to pick up. Immediately, I called him back for about 15 times, he kept declining my calls. i got a message saying that the delivery was cancelled due to disconnection with the customer. I called the customer care. I spoke to a girl named, prajaktha. She couldn’t help much. Then, she connected my call to her higher official by name, namratha. She nagged the call by saying that she cannot help me with the delivery by tomorrow. Later, i tried telling the importance of that product to me with a high pitched voice. She kept on saying that she couldn’t hear me. She gave me the hopes that she would connect the call to her higher official but eventually had just cut my call.
    After a while, i again raised the call back request.i got a call from the girl named, Aditi from customer care office. I tried explaining her AGAIN from the start. She bluntly had cut my call.
    I am very much disappointed with Myntra. I cannot tolerate such blunder mistakes from a huge corporate company as a customer.
    Try to take action regarding this.

  18. Dear Myntra Team, This is a message regarding fraudelent case which has happened from my bank account. It’s been almost 1 month every day i followup for the same but I get a response wait for 24 hours, wait for 48 hours and till now no solution is been given.
    On 18th dec 2021 i raised a return for 2 Veromoda Jeans and refund was initiated Rs 2849 and Rs 2849 total of 5698/- . I got the refund of the 2 denims on 22nd December 2021 of Rs 5698/- ,2849 each.
    Suddenly on 6th Jan 2022 evening the Myntra people reversed this money in there account by debiting from my account and crediting in Myntras account Rs 5698 ( 2849 + 2849) and it’s against the same transaction I’d for which the return and refund was initiated. And this transaction was not authorised by me and illegal transaction took place.
    Since then 7th Jan 2022 I am following up with Myntra customer care/ escalation team to get back my money by dropping mails, calling them daily. I have even given proof of my bank statement to them highlighting the transaction. Every time on call they say wait for 24 hours, wait for 48 hours and just making me a fool here. This has given me mental torture and itsa mental harassment for the customer what you guys do by not giving a solution to customer and it’s literally a theft what you guys have done from my bank account. I have even written a mail to customergrievance@myntra.com team today and support team I have been writing mails regarding this for which there is no solution till now.
    I am very very upset with Myntra and there customer care team the way you handle the issues and play with customers hard earned money.     Dear Sir/Madam,

    I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with Myntra regarding an order for Asics shoes, which has resulted in a refund being put on hold. I would like to bring to your attention the details of the issue and request a resolution as soon as possible.

    I placed an order for Asics shoes in size 12 for my brother. Unfortunately, upon receiving the product, we found that the size was not suitable, so we promptly initiated a return. However, to my surprise, I received a message from Myntra stating that the refund is on hold. Consequently, I reached out to the Myntra customer care helpline at +91 8061561999.

    Throughout the day, I had the opportunity to speak with four different representatives; however, the call got disconnected each time. Finally, I was able to connect with Mr Faizan, who provided me with some perplexing and laughable information. He stated that if I request a return from Myntra and the delivery person indicates that the product has been used, the default message on the app will show that the tag is missing. I questioned this discrepancy multiple times, as it does not make sense for the app to display “tag is missing” when the delivery person confirms product usage. I have attached a screenshot of the app notification for your reference (Returned ID: 4343078159).

    Dissatisfied with the response, I requested Mr. Faizan to transfer the call to the escalating desk. Eventually, I was connected to Mr. Subhansh, who was kind enough to address my concerns and provide the answers I was seeking.

    Now, let us review the sequence of events and the issues at hand. I ordered a pair of Asics shoes, a unisex white sneaker, from Myntra. Upon receiving the product, I discovered that the box was in a deplorable condition, torn apart from the corners, and overall in a very poor and aged state. I urge you to check the box’s condition, as it is in your possession. The shoes themselves were too loose, and my brother specifically did not want a laceless style. Although the shoes appeared nice, we refrained from testing them extensively, as we could not ascertain their condition. Consequently, I initiated the return process on June 7th, and a representative came to collect the shoes.

    During the pickup, I explicitly mentioned to the delivery person that the box’s condition was extremely unsatisfactory and that it would be unacceptable to give it to anyone due to its poor state, and he agreed. Given my profession as a Fashion Consultant and my association with various actors, I had intended to give the shoes if the condition of the box was acceptable. However, I decided to overlook the box’s condition since it would be discarded anyway, and I assumed the shoes were in good condition. The delivery person inspected the shoes meticulously, including the toe, sole, and tags, before completing the pickup. Here, Mr. Subhansh informed me about two conditions: closed box quality check and open box quality check. I believe the closed box quality check does not apply in this situation, as the product was not inspected at the warehouse. Therefore, the open box quality check is the relevant criterion for the pickup executive to assess the quality and initiate the refund.

    To my surprise, I later discovered that the delivery person had indicated that the product had been used, which is simply not possible unless the shoes were previously used and received by me in the deplorable Asics box condition.

    Considering the aforementioned circumstances, I have the following concerns regarding the return process:

    According to the customer care information, the product is mentioned as used.
    However, the app information indicates that the tag is missing.
    The open box quality check was passed.
    The refund is currently on hold, and I would like clarification on the reasons for this delay.
    I urge you to assess the condition of the box I received, which will help determine if the shoes were provided to me in a used state.
    As per the information provided by Mr. Subhansh, the pickup agent conducts the quality check in front of the customer. If any discrepancies are found, the pickup is denied. Conversely, if everything goes well, the pickup is completed as part of the open box quality check process.
    I am deeply dissatisfied with the current situation, and I request immediate attention to resolve this matter. I have been a loyal customer of Myntra and have always had positive experiences in the past. However, this particular incident has left me disappointed and frustrated.

    I kindly request you to investigate the matter thoroughly, provide a satisfactory explanation for the contradictory information received, and expedite the refund process without any further delay. I believe that such an action will help reinstate my trust in Myntra’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

    2.woodland
    3.campus walking
    4.sketchers (size uk7)
    I have raised return request of 3 shoes i.e
    1.campus mesh running
    2.woodland and
    3.campus walking
    Afterwards, 2 pickup agent has been assigned to pickup these 3 shoes
    First pickup agent has to picked up two shoes i.e campus running and Woodland but he picked up 3 shoes instead of 2 shoes ( one extra shoe picked up i.e campus walking)
    Now second agent has to pickup campus walking shoes but he picked up sketcher shoes
    Therefore one extra shoes ( sketcher)
    I am not getting any response from Myntra. Daily I am calling to Myntra but same response daily that wait 24 or 48 hours.
    How can we do daily call I am really frustrated
