Today is my move in date,
1) Geezer is not working
2) In washroom Water tap is not working,
3) In my rooms Walls are dirty with black marks all around,
4) No bed sheet,
5) No pillow ,
6) No Pillow cover,
7) Mattress in bad condition,
8) I was not given any checklist to sign
9) After i had made full payment amounts are still showing in dashboard. Please help me to resolve this at the earliest.
I have attached screenshot, Please resolve all of the above listed item at the earliest or refund me the full amount, I will look for other accomodation.

On 22/03/2021 is my move in date,
1) Geezer is not working
2) No bed sheet,
3) No pillow ,
4) No Pillow cover,
5) I was not given any checklist to sign
6) No Bucket & Mug in bathroom
7) I have received only room key & didn’t receive Flat main door key & Almirah key
8) Table is not there in room for keeping water bottle & mobile & other small things
9) Unable to lock room from inside.
10) 5 seater Sofa, Dining table, Fridge, Gas, Cylinder, chairs & TV are there in flat in common area & kitchen. But TV is not working.
11) Nothing is mentioned about electricity payment in contarct. As per Nestaway we have to pay @ INR 8 per unit for our room only. If I stay alone I will pay full amount per unit basis of my room & 2 people will share room then I will pay 50% of total total unit consumed. It should be mentioned on contract to avoid any kind of dispute later on.
12) Nestaway has confirmed to provide all above items which is missing in room / flat.
Please resolve all of the above listed item at the earliest.

I have vacated apartment -Laxmi Opel on 31st March 2021. I did not get security deposit back. Please return the security deposit at the earliest
I have been trying to reach out to people no body has been responding after legal threats some body reached out to me for offboarding. I am surprised they have not paid my electric bills for a long time .The bescom guys have disconnected my power supply , i have paid the electric bill while you offboard me ensure that you are restoring my house in the same condition repainted, change the lock to the original provided and take care of the electrical items provided to you in working conditions. The area manager is asking me not to call him back , let me know who will call me and provide a resolution.
Please give my part of deposit amount, you people have cheated me, you people are replying very rudely when I ask my deposit amount. This is not expected, I lost my hard earned money. There were issues like electricity, wifi, water and food everything I adjusted and paid my rent on time but at last you people are refusing to give back my deposit amount
No proper response from Nestaway I need my keys back
I have vacated my rented flat in Navi Mumbai and raised some issues with the settlement amount. The person named Sudhanshu is is suppose to handle my case but he does not receive my call or else asks me some time to work on the matter but never replies or calls or even revert me back. Its more than a month now that i have vacated the house but still no action. This is so disappointing behaviour. While taking money you people give us deadlines and fines but when you have to do your part of job when we leave the property all of sudden everyone is busy and not ready to help.

It’s about #nestaway I was staying in a flat in kharadi, Pune .There’s a guy called Nil who is a care taker of my flat and near by area given by nestaway
When I was on onboarding the guy was very sweet calm, professional with commitments, when I was about to transfer the payment and other details , Nil said that “sir your deposit is save with we’ll be give it to you whenever you want to leave this house and therefore the notice period of moving is 2 months but nestaway still understand tenant situations and deal with accordingly, they will definitely refund the deposit”
On the other hand 1 day I got know that my mom was sick and I had to move to my hometown all of sudden I had to quit my job because I need to be with my mom and family so I talked to Nil (from nestaway) and he said yes will give your deposit just put everything in the mail and request for moving out in the app. I have done what he said after that , he said sir after the inspection we’ll transfer deposit, the date of my move out is 1st of sep and now he’s not picking up my call app said that I have moved out successfully. I have contacted him 20 to 25 times a day but still no response
