I purchased a Onida 32 inch HD Ready TV HIF1 from AMAZON on 20th Jan 2021 and it was delivered to me on 2nd Feb 2021. I raised a request for installation of TV on 2nd Feb 2021 (ID: 2102E396380001) and as per your customer care executive, your request will be resolved in 48 hours.
However no one had called me on 3rd Feb 2021 and I received an sms regarding “Cancellation of your request due customer not pick the phone and If this request is false, please give us a missed call on 9025925522”. So I gave a missed call on 9025925522 as my issue was not resolved and did not get any call.
Now today i.e. on 11th Feb, 2021 at 12:41 pm, I called up on customer care number to know the status of my complaint, your customer care executive, named Sh. Naman, informed me that your request was closed as roads were blocked due to heavy snowfall in Shimla. I have following queries/ complaints:
If roads were blocked then the date of closing shall be increased. Moreover, there was a snowfall in Shimla on 04..02.21 and as per your norms, my complaint was to ressolved by 04.02.21 only
If you are closing the request, you SHALL INFORM the concerned customer as request is closed however the customer is not aware.
I was waiting that my issue will be resolved soon. However it was closed from your end.
Now I have to again raise the same request for installation of TV.
Please let me know who is responsible for the delay.
Onida customer care is worst team… They are sending cancellation request without getting confirmation from customers.. same thing is happened with me…I don’t know what management team is doing who is getting handsome payment and who are having responsibility to make profit
I am having teh worst experience with their customer care. I have raised a complaint in Dec 2020 and till now they only say service executive will reach out to you
I also purchased lcd from onida and same issue raise with me today one month nd 2 days completed to solve my issue but there is no response from them worst service from service centre
I have owned a Ondia smart TV and the model Number is —- and my family is a big fan of Onida. Because My dad purchased Onida TV Box type Tv on 23/05/1990 that is my birth date. After that that Tv as failed four years back due to lightning was affected to my area and all the electronics in all the homes are failed. After that we done the service and repair and it is working normally without problem. After that we have upgraded to Smart TV. Due to very big fan of Onida i go for purchasing the smart TV in Onida brand in my own hard earned money. My friends and my family circles are referred so many brand with high features and high size. But i stronlgy stand for onida and finally I purchased it and I purchased in flipkart and along with i purchased 2 years extended warranty. My friend also purchased same Tv one year back before purchasing my TV. After completion of my standard and extended warranty now the brightness and light of my TV has gone suddenly. I have using the V guard stabilizer and there is no power fluctuation and no problem in electrical lines.
I want to know the technical reason of the failure of light and brightness and failure. So I called to my friend that he is purchased the same brand and he is also faced the same issue and he replaced some LED strip which is in the back side of the TV frame in service center. After one year same problem I faced it.
So I confirmed there is a common issue in the LED Tv which Is known to manufacturer. During this Pandemic time the TV is the main source and which our family members are gets together and watching the movies. Due to common known failure of your brand we are all in upset. Due to COVID -19 situation I am not travelling to take this faulty TV to service center because all the service are in closed condition.
Kindly look into my concern and let me know the Technical reason of the failure and help me out to reach the service center to get it repair at company cost.

One of the worst after sales service experience. They have taken away my microwave and it has already been more than 15 days but they can’t give me any details. My microwave was 18 months old. They first told me to change most of the soare parts as they are not sure what is the exact issue. I raised this complaint in FB , wrote a mail but ultimate result is zero. To my surprise they never check Tweets, no escalation matrix. Very un professional company, product quality is poor and After sales service is really painful.

I was purchased Onida AC on filipcakt 21st of May”24 oder received on date 24th of May”24 and after 3 days installation but not properly way and did not check product properly and after few days gas lik on Saturday 1st of june”24 night and installation man come next day 9:00 AM and check properly and work on 4-5 hrs. Than confirm product not ok and confirm I will came tomorrow but till now he will not come and didn’t pick the call and mr.Hanuman singh distributor way of taking is not good and did not properly respond…call recording attached for your reference….
