Hii, I m karthick from bhopal, (My Ph No 7387469005, Booking ID-WNXZ7410) dated 02 jun – 03 jun 2020, i m waiting for long time of refund of booking, Actually my booked hotel not existing, It was a quarantine center that time, i done more than 100 calls to reach customer care refund section still i cant reach. I never ever seen like this type of worst and irresponsible customer service ever, all customer service numbers only for booking if asking for refund or any other question immediately cut the call or making drama of transfer of call. now i m totally irritated i need refund that amount immediately (Rs 1399). I booked room through oyo application from the date 22 OCT 21 a i reached early morning 2.40 AM 23 OCT 21 that hotel fully shutdown they not operating oyo rooms.
STILL NOW THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING AND I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITHOUT SLEEP
Third class company third class service. Customer care me service part hai hi nahi. I have paid some amount while booking . Now because of some reason I want cancel d booking. But there is no way on their app also on website to cancel.on their website , my case comes under 100% refund after cancellation. Customer care do not reply.they only take New booking . Office ka address milegaa toh office ja ke customer kya hota hai bata dunga. Totally unprofessional people.

I had booked an Oyo for 1st-3rd july 2022 in Kolkata in a hotel called Silverkey executive 29735 Desapriya Park.My booking id : EHL66935.
I paid the full amount of Rs. 2420.
but when I was on the way to hotel Property manager called me to cancel the booking due to their issue with oyo.
I called Oyo Customer care they cancelled my booking and initiated my refund on 1st july..it’s been already 12 days..Still I have not got my refund.
Now oyo customer care is not clarifying the matter and not helping,
I have posted on every platform everywhere they are saying the same thing.
but I am not getting the refund.
Oyo is simply cheating and looting their customer’s hard earned money.
very big fraud is going on.
please look in this matter..otherwise I have to go to Police and consumer court to file a complain against oyo.

I booked a hotel on Aug 14, 2022 by paying advance Rs, 1274, When I reached at hotel they said that they do not have further tie up with the oyo as OYO IS NOT PAYING THEM FOR THE CLIENTS and denied us to give the room and said to contact oyo customer care then I have arranged the room in another hotel as I was travelling with my family, after arranging the room I called the customer care at leasteast 20 times and they tranfer to IVR but there is no response on the IVR.
This is frustrating, I’m not sure why Oyo is NOT ABLE TO HANDLE THESE THINGS AND WHY OYO NOT PAYING TO HOTELS AFTER COLLECTING FROM CUSTOMERS and THEN AFTER CUSTOMERS FACING HARRASMENTS.
Kindly refund the whole amount to my account

Refer booking ID LZ031091 Dated- 15 August 22 to the name of Shailendra Kumar, booked 1 single room for 1 day from 29 Aug to 30 Aug 2022. You transferred my Booking to another hotel in which I booked, without my permission and no room being provided by the hotel you transferred my booking. I called to your OYO team to provide any room but not being provided any room by OYO team. After that Oyo team cancel my order any told me to refund all amount within a week. But till now no refund is initiated by OYO team. I called so many times to your customer care n sent so many emails to refund my Amount INR 357/- which I paid to you from my card. But i not got any reply from your side. If required legal action against you then I will also initiate but I want refund of my booking amount.
That they I was sick and more than 3 hours I faced rain by standing side of road. OYO have done inhuman treatment with me.

I did booking before 1 month of my travel and receive call from Hotel manager when i was almost 1 week before my travel and they straight denied me for check in, after asking Them manager replied OYO is not paying them whatever amount they receive from Costumer, so i cancelled my booking and i ask them for refund only i receive the partial payment and for remaining amount i have to chase them and this stupid people they keep calls on hold for 30 minutes but they dont answer
