I have decided that I have done my last shopping at the Pantaloons. It gives me immense pain in stating that, I am extremely shocked to see the rude behaviour of your customer care executives and backhand team . If you have little honesty left ,please look into this.
1) I have placed two online orders from your site where the order No. are 3597714 and 3603562 respectively. Out of these two orders , I have returned three product which was picked up on 06th Aug, 12th Aug and 20th Aug,2020 respectively.
2) After the product was picked up , there was no intimations via e-mail or messages from your side though I have taken from that courier boy in writing that I have handed over the products to him .
3) Now it’s been more than 22 business days since my first order was picked up , 13 business days since my 2nd order was picked up and 7 business days since my 3rd order was picked up but the refund process for my amount was still pending.
4) During these days , I have raised one written complaint in e-mail to which you replied that it’s will take 13 to 14 business days . I have called the customer care thrice ( all these calls were recorded) but these people have just bluffing around and diverting the issue. So , I told them to escalate my call to the back- hand team so that my issue could be sorted out . There Ms Aarti attended to my concern and she was so rude that I can’t even mention. It was already 15 days and when I asked why return hasn’t been processed, she banged the phone down without even satisfying the query ( this could be verified from your recorded calls )
Now , I believe in this era of an amazing online shopping experience from other sites , It is a horrible shopping experience with pantaloons, inspite of the fact that the product quality is good. The image of other birla group of companies is also getting affected . This customer service team is only helping here to lose the customer day by day as nothing was done by staff to satisfy the customer
