I agree. Even the products like 4 burner gas stove glass top and the chimney is bakwas. The design is poor. I have manufacturing and design defects pending with them for the past 2 months. It is still not resolved. I told them to replace the products and they insist that they will repair.
It’s not given to the customers/ users of TTK Prestige products to judge what’s right or wrong. So, BIS standardization of TTK Prestige products creates doubt. Customers may have eternally been mistaken and will be mistaken, and in nothing more than in what they consider right and wrong. Peeling of the non-stick coating of the fry pan in use from December,2023 can not be analyzed for quality lapses by the product identification on the bottom of the pan. Invoice is required for the sought analysis (Reference: Mr. Ankur Mishra’s email reply). Isn’t it an illogical requirement when I (the customer) don’t expect any exchange of the product.
Unfortunately, my bad experience indicates a disregard for quality control and customer concerns. Hi I have a HOPTOP of prestige 4 burner gas stove in month of August I have risen complaint and one guys came and is broke my gas knobs also I’ve given a multiple complaint after that but nobody is turned up and resolve my issue also I have visited to consumer forum for my complaint and the consumer complaint number is 2261304 after that I am just sending a mail to prestige customer care but there is no update and reply from them it is a literally mental harassment to me and I am not able to use the HOPTOP so need replacement from prestige as there is 2 years warranty this will get expired end of October.

The after sales service of prestige is absolutely zero. No contact number of higher officials available. I had purchase prestige Handi 1.5 let’s. Now I am in need of handles but it is not available in any service centre of prestige in Palakkad or the one show room having phone number 0484-4000990. My Self Nilesh Kumar Singh, my Complaint No. is MUMB1731596 registered a on 20.Nov.2020. I bought your product Induction Cook Top Model No. PIC 6.1 V3 in Oct 2020 and its stop working within one month. Complaining after 15days still engineer haven’t visited. I got a call from engineer fo asking model no and image of the product. Day before yesterday i call to engineer asked him what happen he told service centre is not ready to give parts. I purchased a 1600w induction cooktop. It worked hardly for one month. I took it to to the authorised service centre in ernakulam. Whenever I call the service centre to get the progress of the service they do not attend my call. But after my complaint to the presige office the service centre repaired it after two months, but it is working only with a maximum of 1200w capacity. I am very unhappy to say that the repaired cooktop worked only for one hour and again it became faulty and of no use.

Sub: Horrifying experience after sales support at two of your Kolkata service centers
On the 02nd of May, 2022; I had bought 1 pc, Prestige Hard Anodised Plus Chapati Tawa, 245 mm from Janata Crockery Stores, 36A,(41/B) Chandney Chowk Street, Kolkata- 700013, bearing Cash Memo No: 2265 and within a few days of using it oil stains started appearing all around the entire edges of the said Tawa and soon it turned into a thick layer covering almost 30% of the space. For the past few days the chappattis began to stick to the tawa and the edges of the chappati remained uncooked. Finding no other option I called up your customer care at 1800 123 334 411 for the service centre. They referred me to Soma Sales & Services Prestige Authorized Service Centre, 17B,, Kavi Bharati Sarani, Opposite to Charu Chandra College, Near Lake Mall, Kolkota, West-Bengal-700029. Yesterday, the 1st of June, 2022, on reaching there I was surprised to find that the Prestige being one the biggest brand names of India had such a small one room service center that even a local brand would not have, it was manned by an inexperienced single staff with the owner Mr. Anupam Das Gupta nowhere to be found. Somehow that young man who was recovering from an accident with injuries on his left hand asked me to submit the product with Bill, Box and warranty card and come the next day for results.
This afternoon, I reached the said Soma Sales & Services office again to enquire about my product and today also i found that there was just a single person present there who had no clue about my product. He started making phone calls but failed to give any satisfactory reply. Finally on my insistence he made me speak to the owner Mr. Anupam Das who very bluntly said that on his eye tests of my product he did not find any defect s and forced me to take back my product. I kept on pleading to him to kindly look for a solution for a senior citizen like me but he didn’t gave any ear to it. and referred me to Prestige Regional Service Center, #12, Chowringee Square, Andhra Insurance Building, 1st Floor, Opp Income Tax Building Post Office. Near Location Income Tax Bhavan, Esplanade. Kolkata – 700013. Its absolutely inexplicable in words of the kind treatment and humiliation, I met with from the Customer-care officer Mr. Subhash Barui at the your Regional service centre. Mr. Barui in the presence of other customers and the receptionist on duty, he insisted that I must go to the nearest market and buy flour and come, then mix it, prepare a roti on my Tawa in his office for him to see whether I was lying or not and see for himself that the roti was sticking on the Tawa surface or not, without doing that he would not take my product for inspection purpose. He literally insulted and humiliated me and I was compelled to return without availing any support from both your service centres. Finally, I was left with no other option but to go back to the above-mentioned dealer from where I had bought the product and left it with him to either fetch me a solution or keep it with him for good as because it was of no use to me.
For decades we are loyal Prestige customers and almost all the cookware at home are from Prestige only which are still working for years without giving any trouble till date. This was the first time I had a complaint against your product and i went out to solve my problem but lost my own prestige. This is also a reminder to you who are placed at the top level management seats that if you wish to continue with such service centers and staffs very soon Prestige will also loose it’s prestige, customers and reputation.

I have raised multiple complaints for my prestige chimney but the Noida support team seems to be sleeping every time as they never respond and it has been months my request is still pending.
First, you provided me broken chimney and now they are not fixing it.
Noidfa support team members Kuldeep, Devesh, and their Manager are least supportive. They asked me to create a new request and then asked me to give the delight code and said that they will fix the request. but nothing has been fixed yet.

This is regarding the my recent purchase of Marvel GT 4 burner gas stove. Purchased the product in the month of July frm Prestige store Vajarahalli Kanakapura Road Bangalore. With in a month of purchase the product came for repair thrice. There was prob with 2 knobs. The prob wasn’t fixed again raised the request nd technician replaced 2 knobs . The prob again wasn’t fixed gas started leaking from one of the knobs nd the other knob became very tight. Raised the request nd asked for the replacement… neither the store nor the regional Bangalore Center wants to replace the product. We are not confident to use the product after gas leak. We had given the prod for repair in regional prestige Center… they r forcing us to use the product saying they hav fixed the issue… after 5 times repair we don’t want to use the product. Neither regional Center nor store wants to take any responsibility!! Very bad experience!! Will soon write about this bad experience in X (Twitter) , Facebook and insta!! Fed up of arguing with these prestige service Center and store guys!
