    As a customer of your organization.Your local branch (Bhubaneswar,odisha) harassment to me regarding my claim-no-3119282344-policy no-240221923750000062-soumya ranjan maharana.
    sir i have faced sever accident on march-2019,and aso go to COMA stage.After deposit all relevent documents your local branch people does not listen any thing.After that your local branch advice to me your claim finalized after you case against your company.Sir i am very much poor ,am unable to paid lawyer fees.

    Please note that I, Dr. M A Sreenivasa Prasad, had submitted a diagnosis cover against the covid policy 920292028521214229 and claim number 2201026172. The claim was intimated on 5th Oct 2020 and the Customer Care Executives Informed that the documents were reflecting in the system on 13th Oct 2020. Since then I have submitted the documents repeatedly and still the claim has not been settled. I have also contacted the customer care executives for which they are delaying un-necessarily. Please find the documents attached and process the claim at the earliest. 
    Kindly note that the patience of any customer(myself being a doctor) should not be tested to such lengths. I AM SERVING THE MANKIND FOR THE PAST 30 YEARS AND THIS IS THE RESPECT YOU ARE SHOWING TO A SINCERE COVID WARRIOR WITH A PROMPT CLAIM! SHAMEFUL ON YOUR PART! 
    Should you fail to settle the claim within the next 2 days, I shall report the incident to the consumer forum and the media. Please keep up the respect of your company, yourself and your family (Trusted by myself and lakhs of other customers) and Hope we do not need such complications. Anticipating the settlement immediately with your clear consciousness.

    I am facing the Same Issue as of Dr. M A Srinivasa.

    I have Intimated on 12th Nov 2020, the query received on documents on 19th Nov 2020 and responded with revised document on 21st Nov 2020. From thereon your email communication system sends me only autoreply with same message and your customer care executive are giving me one or other excuse for the delay. Still nothing has been cleared and requesting to look into the matter before I expose the same to higher level and complain about the same.

  5. It is submitted that my Car (Registration No. RJ05CB9083) which has been insured by your company vide Insurance Policy No. (Policy number-160222123090003672) had an accident on 07/08/2021 at evening around 7:00 PM.

    The accident happened at Chandkheda railway crossing, Ahmedabad, There was high volume of traffic due to closing of railway cross line gate, in which an auto rickshaw tried to overcome from the left side, resulting in it hit over left front wheel area, i have shoughted over him but stitution was sticking. So I have decided to take it slightly back rounding towards the anti-clock wise car steering to come out from the sticking condition because that rickshaw has a steel angel grill body which can affect my car more. While taking it slightly back my car made contact with the steady condition of the nearby white shift car, which was slightly vertical in my opposite direction as two scooters and one car were in front of it. Resulting it was a slight bend in the right door of my car. There might be few small damages but there were two major damages which I have observed and later contacted with the maruti service centre for repair and rectification work.

    The same thing I told the service supervisor and your agent Mr. Ketan Bhai (Ahmedabad). He has transferred my case to the Mumbai office where I have had the conversation with Mr. Balkrisha Patil. He asked me to write in writing, I did but nothing had changed. My car is still in service from 13-08-2021. I have also told your agent that I have a pre schedule travel plan from Ahmedabad to Bharatpur on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan. But the system is working like whatever it is our job is secured.

    Now I’m feeling Cheated by the Most Reputed Brand of Reliance General Insurance Company Limited, There is no value for customer time and money. It was a very bad decision to switch from ICICI to Reliance General Insurance Company Limited.
    Four times I have provided my statement to your gettentment representative, Am unable to understand whether I have paid for insurance or for their satisfaction. Why do we take insurance if it is harassing us instead of helping?

    Tomorrow I may collect my car from the service center, and may switch my insurance policy from the Reliance General Insurance Company Limited to any other because after this incident I feel even startup companies like acko insurance much better straight police in down rate.

    Would also like to inform you of the pain, stress and harassment I have received from Reliance General Insurance Company Limited against their service which I have received so far. Would like to share this with other platforms like twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Junk suite, Mint, Koo aap, Quora, Pinterest, YouTube, Vimeo, Pinterest, Flipboard, Diggs. and other Gov. bodies too. Just to check how many like me sufferivering from the same and harass by policy for which they paid.

I was admitted to hospital at 6of Feb and have operation at 7 Feb when I was about to discharge the cashless claim was rejected and your organization told me to put reimbursement claim at that time there was no money in my hand my family manage the money my mom give his gold chain and give us a money I was in so helpless condition just because of your stupidity of process at this age I should take care of my mom but she is doing for me this is very heartbreaking for me after that I got discharged form hospital at 8 of Feb I came home I was not in condition to talk also still I manage to put claim so I put claim on 9 of Feb and today is 17 march I got mail of approved on 2 march still not receive any money and after approval how you guys can raise a quarry about name mismatch don’t you check it because sending me an approval mail I think you don’t have any kind of responsibility but now let me show you what responsibility should you take by you end Mr. Rakesh Jain the CEO you are only for name I think you don’t have any responsibility for your company or for mankind now I am going to take to you to police and consumer form plus to the media also because you have ruined my life in such a pathetic way it’s my policy but there is no way to use it because I am paying my money in time let me show you the show of something pathetic excuse and pathetic voice recording and stupid mails
