Hello Sir/Mam,
We have a land loan (2291890000292) with Repco Home Finance, Chengalpattu for which I paid a part payment of Two Lakh and 50 thousand via Cheque on 29 Jan 2022. The Cheque got cleared on 3rd Feb 2022 and the amount got deducted from my account on 3rd itself as per the statement. I am attaching the statement and cheque details for your reference.
From 7th Feb we are chasing the Bank for an updated statement but they were giving the reason that due to technical reason they were not able to update my part payment in my account. After a week of my follow up I requested my wife to follow up and she been calling every day to get the status but the only update we get is “it will get resolved by today”, day before yesterday they asked us to mail us the account statement which also we did. Today out of her busy schedule she called the bank manager thrice and there was no response, in the evening we called the bank and enquired them still they saying same old story that’s its with the account department. This really make me and my wife worried and concerned about our money since its nearly 20 days from the day I have given the cheque. We also spoke with one of the Head quarter Associate and got this email id.
I am really surprised to see this kind of service from a reputed Bank like Repco Home finance. I kindly request the concerned authority to intervene and resolve this issue and issue my statement reflecting the part payment from 3rd of Feb 2022.

due to that reason it became Suit filed in my report, as you mentioned.
And finally I paid all the pending amount and collected NOC from your bank. ( attaching a file)
After closing my loan also, the Suit filed flag is not removed from my account.
