Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to bring to your attention that I am not satisfied with your quality of services provided at Sohan Auto World (FARIDABAD HARYANA). I am talking about the services I took on 28/07/20 and want to let you know I am very upset with your staff’s performance. I met with an accident on 25/07/20. There was a problem with the meter, handle, headlight and I was told the total estimated amount would be Rs.15-16,000/- I gave advance payment of Rs.8,000/-. I handed over my bullet to Girish ji in a condition where it could easily start through self. Hunny is the serviceman of my bullet. He told me that it will take 15 days to repair the damage and when I called after 15 days, Girish ji told me that it’s gonna take another 2-3 days as there is some problem with the brakes. He told me that we have to order the parts to fix the brakes as they are not available. It’s been 36 days now, yesterday Girish ji called me to take the bullet as it has been repaired. Today I called Girish ji to keep my bullet ready as I am coming to pick that up. I reached there at 4.45pm through cab and paid Rs.110/- as i have no other convenience. I was given a bill of Rs.10,300/- which I paid and when I tried to start the bullet, the self start was not working and when it got started the meter was not working. It didn’t get repaired even in 36 days. I already told them to keep my bullet ready before I reach there but still they let me wait for 2 hours. Then they told me there is some problem with the wires, if it did not get repaired then why the hell they called me to pick it up I left all my work and went there. I gave my bullet to get it repaired but your serviceman made the things more complicated as the self was working when I gave them but now even the self is not working. Moreover, one of the servicemen told me to give online reviews but I don’t think you guys deserve positive reviews as I am totally disappointed with your service. Even the washing was not done. I paid Rs.18,300/- and still my bullet did not get repaired. I have rated 0 for your service. Finally, I had to cancel the payment of Rs.10,300/-. It was totally unexpected from the Royal Enfield Showroom. If you guys can’t give good service then you would have told this earlier so that I won’t have to face so many problems. Even I had to pay extra for a cab. After 36 days, you can see my bullet’s condition and I have attached the bill as well kindly go through it.
Could I please ask you to look into the matter not only on my behalf but also on behalf of other attendees and in fact on behalf of your company, too. I look forward to hear from you.

Subject: – Regarding delayed repair of Royal Enfield vehicle number KA -66 S0538 which we sent to Chickmagalore showroom karnataka state few months back.
With reference to the above subject Royal Enfield bike KA66 J-0538 was met with an accident on 20/11/2019 and we sent to Chickmagalore Royal Enfield Showroom for simple item damaged repair on 03/02/2020. They said that repairs will be delayed due to Covid-19 lockdown and we agreed for the same.
However, till now we haven’t received the estimation for the repair cost. We visited the showroom 15 days back just to know the situation and bike repair status. Then we got to know that they have removed the bike engine but they haven’t informed anything about that. We asked, if there was no problem with the engine why has the engine been removed? They replied that due to some confusion it happened. We were shocked and cross checked again then we found information that some parts were missing in the bike and the same were put in other bikes. We were enquired many times but they were repeatedly telling us that “We are new and we do nothing about it, we will repair it as soon as possible”. And also they are saying that after verified by Hassan showroom people they will be providing the estimation cost list.
I have already complent regitered date-18-08-2020 to dmc@royalenfield.com, anantha@royalenfield.com and
ramki@royalenfield.com. but any one not responce the my complent. Company also not itersting for my bike repairs
Kindly take it as a serious issue and do proper investigation. Also please let us know when we can expect resolution on this issue?

On 10th September 2020, I have taken a new Royal Enfield -350 EFI Steal The Black Chasis no ME3U3S5F1LG113527 from (A Unit of Eicher Motors Ltd near NH bye pass,Padivattom ,ernakulam ). Since the day I purchased the vehicle I have been noticing the engine oil leak and immediately I had reported the same to the showroom and they said there is no slots for service available and has given slot two days post .later they were informed by us that it has been run only for 30 km for the day of purchase a service executive collected the vehicle and let us know that the issue will be resolved and the service people had called us and told that the head gasket has gone and will be repaired soon but they are not sure that these kind of complaints would be reoccurring again when I asked about it also, noted that the vehicle is not registered yet and the head light alignment is not proper .Being a prestigious company and showing such behaviour towards customer for a mistake in manufacturing is not at all acceptable .The vehicle is not purchased in loan or emi ,it’s a full cash paid purchase .Do not neglect such customers .
I have two options right now which I will be ready to accept either replace the vehicle with a new one or or repay the full amount I had paid .
If this request is not met I am ready to go to consumer court with discomfort and unsatisfactory service/product .

i thing secondhand cycle is batter then your royal enfield.now Royal enfiled want to sale his bike and increase the sales only and because of your sales you take advantage of customers. I bought your Royal Enfield Stealth black 350cc vehicle from your Royal Enfield Showroom in the Ambasamudram area of Tirunelveli district, Tamil Nadu last six months ago.. There is no shortage for a few days of purchase .. but now every day comes with every drop. Also, if you buy a vehicle from your company, you say that the first four are service free, but why do you charge 1500-1600 rupees each time?
And not all the mechanics in this Ambasamudram branch are experienced and all are very young in age and experience .. They have no idea how to fix it if they go to have a vehicle repaired ..
Leave the vehicle if the rear wheel of my vehicle is damaged. They say we will replace the wheel in 7-10 days. What can I do without the vehicle until then?
If the front suspension says that it hears a noise it does not seem to fix it … I bought your company’s product but I am not satisfied with the vehicle of my choice … Everyone will say that the car dealers will sell the vehicles with minor repairs to their small branch to the customers at their small branch .. It seems to me that they have done the same .. I want to get the solution through you .. I am sending the Shame Complaint of Maindola Royal Enfield workshop in Aligarh (UP). Your workshop staff takes a mobile from a customer and goes to Google and rating up your workshop first. Which is wrong because it is the right of the customer. Now I want to say my complaint. I have Royal Enfield Signal 350cc ABS whose battery was bad battery is under guaranteed now 4 months I meet Mr. Arvind the battery in-charge of your Maindola workshop.07.10.2020, he told me that you will take your battery 09.10.2020. I requested him to give me a service battery So they take me to the workshop manager whose name is Mr. Faizan they say we do not have a service battery but I promise I will give your battery on 09.10.2020. When I went on 09.10.2020, they told me to take it tomorrow. I went again yesterday and then took the same evening tomorrow. This thing happened 4 times Then when I called, he told me there is no battery (Said with great anger) . You tell me who talks to customers like this? Haven’t picked up my phone since 13.10.2020. I want action to Mr. Faizan and Mr. Arvind to be warned so that they do not treat any customer like that.I request you sir to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. Pathetic after sales service
This is to bring to your notice that royal enfield service center at kandivali west gives a pathetic after sales service.
Every time i go for a bike service even after appointment i have to wait almost an hour just to get attended by an advisor, and after service when i get my bike back the problems are not resolved, i had a jerking issue in my bike from 1st service i was complaning about it they kept on charging me every time and giving a false hope that this it will get resolved almost it took 5th service to get that issue resolved.
In my last service on 22nd aug they kept my bike for two days in service center and returned it back without even washing it, Advisor Mr Prathamesh was saying the washing motor is not working where else the other bike were getting washed inside.
Today i went to service center as i was feeling there was a problem in brake liner i waited there almost more than an hour but nobody was ready to attend, advisor were busy with the phone calls and roaming here and there but nobody came to attend finally i had to leave from there without getting it repaired. It was not only me who was facing this problem all other customers standing there were complaning the same and kept on compalning the senior Mr Govind but no response from them.
This service center is spoiling the name of Royal Enfield. Hope i can a find a better mechanic in my area so that i never have to visit this service center again.
Will put this post on social media as well so that people should think twice before wasting their money in royal enfield.

The kind of service you are providing for your Premium Vehicle Interceptor 650 is absolutely Rubbish. I own a 650 from past 1 and a half Years done 14500 Kms. In september 26th I noticed one of rear Shocker (LH) was Leaking and took it to Service Center Solitaire Automotive Noida Sec-63. They Booked the spare ( As Per the Store Guy) and asked me to come on 12th of October. When i took my vehicle on 17th of October to get it replaced the shocker they said it is still not received. I had Even Kone issues in my vehicle shown it to the Head Mechanic he said we will try to get you the Shocker and Kone issues both in a day or two. I left my vehicle on 17th of September. Till date ( today is 22nd October 2020) I have not received any update about my vehicle or spare Parts. Is this the way you Serve your Customer? I am very sorry to tell you the kind of service you are providing to your customers is Pathetic.

On 11.11.2020 , My Classic 350 CC Red ditch , battery and Modular (as said by service station) got damaged. The purchase date of vehicle is May,2019.
Even after calling and writing several mails my issue couldn’t be solved.
The modular part is not available and the SREYASRI MOTORS – Sambalpur cannot confirm on when this part will be available.
Currently, the bike is running without ABS since the part is damaged.
The service cannot give any commitment on when the part will be available.

8: 00 pm I ride only 117 km. I have some major issues regarding engine noise, too much hardness of clutch,Sound during gear shifting . As we all know royal Enfield is prestigious brand since 1901My most friends have this wonderful bike I ride many royal Enfield bikes from last 15 to 16 years Every time I ride royal Enfield this left me with excellent experience. I was planning to buy a royal Enfield From last year, all from my previous experience. But this is very harsh to say that when I get my dream Bike I got most of disappointment, this is really make me feel sad .
First I am disappointed with inappropriate noise from engine its really make me uncomfortable
While driving bike. And clutch is terrible its so hard I am feeling pain in my hand while driving
Bike, is this is acceptable from this kind of brand, really or its kind of a joke we are paying
So much on a brand because of its name, product and what I got now this really break

I have serviced my RE classic 350 in Sreehitha Auto Zone Private Limited, Chennai-83 this year. Recently my bike was faulted at road side and further investigation suspected my original battery was stolen because it did not have any label or brand name. I remember previously it was green color Amaron battery. But now It does not like branded battery. When I complained in RE & Sreehita but there is no proper response. Customers are not beggars and owners are not god. I have complained to RE via email & Phone but not even single response.

Visiting Dates ( 3-12-2020, 14-12-2020,18-12-2020).14th he was Taken to service almost 4 days to service again same problem i am Facing the Same Day. Again i am Given the Vehicle to Service Your Service People was Not responding Correctly.Like Royal Enfield Brand this is Not Acceptable.I am Not Satisfied With Your Service.I am Working in Subhash Distributors Limited As Sales Executive.As Per Subhash Guideline We have to Visit to Market in Our Own Vehicles Only Due TO Covid-19. this Serviice issue is Happens from 3rd Dec to 22nd Dec.almost 19Days over what will do for this issue.

I am a owner of thunderbird 350. From arround 6 months back I am repeatedly complaining regarding the performance of my bike. Almoat each month some of the parts used get worn out… As per my opinion RE maintenance is too high even compared to cars.
Regarding this issues I complained in RE but no action had been taken in this regard. Twice I received call from RE but no action has been taken.
I briefly elaborated my issues, like-
1. My bike’s carborater got replaced within
3 years of the age of the bike.
2. My bikes parts got rusted.
3 . My meter got dead.

Sir,i regrate to inform you that i booked one Interceptor bike on 16.11.2018 vide booking order number BKNG7001181901323 At South Delhi Motor Cycle, at Okhla ind area phase 1,New Delhi 110020,with booking amount of Rs 5000 thru HDFC BANK cheque No. 000087.Latter on the out let was shut down and the owner escape over night, the thing is I paid the booking amount to ROYAL ENFIELD, not to dealar, and now even after 2 years time I could not get my booking amt, I approached with Royal Enfield, Saket, and by an Interceptor in June, 2020,during this period I have submitted my bank detail, booking slip copy and other documents as per refund process, but nothing happened till date, saket sowroom doesn’t responding over phone. Sir please help to get the refund of Rs 5000,other wise I have to go for legal, after all it’s money matter.

I have purchase the Bulled 350 cc stealth black three months before. After second moth my bullet near the silencer area pain peal off. I have called to customer care to report this (17th October). They have informed that, this problem happening in other vehicles also, so instructed to contact the Royal enfield service center. For the same I gone & shown to the service center ( Ambika Motors. Vellore, TamilNadu). They have told us we will call & do the rectification works. But till now no response from their end more than one moth. For the same I have called to customer care lot of times, but my call was not connected.
I am really sad about these kind of response for the customer. I am ever seen like this. Now I am thinking I gone the wrong choice for purchased in Royal Enfield. But it is my dream bike.

my name is gurbaj singh resident of nilokheri, dist- karnal, haryana , and i brought a royal enfield standard (black colour) from Tapan industries,Industrial Area, shoghi, shimla on 27 november 2020, by the mistake of showroom’s official registering authority was mentioned as (rta karnal) instead of (ra karnal) on papers, due to this mistake i am not able to apply for registration certificate and by the passage of every single day facing a heavy fine for this cause i called several times to concerned officials of shoghi branch, but alas their response was very depressing, even i mailed a letter regarding particular matter but till now situation is same, now they have stopped even answering my calls, such kind of negligence of duty is just hurting the image of a prestigious company

As reported earlier I left my enfield bike in D.G.Motors, Tirunelveli (GST IN 33ABDPR9680D1ZI) on 03.03.2021 for replacement of chassis crack but for more than 10 days they have kept my bike ideally.
To check on update regarding my bike chassis on 11.03.2021 they informed that bike chassis not yet replaced (awaiting for replacement parts), Because of this my day to day activities is being affected (locomotive inconvenience) as a remedy i asked for alternate vehicle but from D.G.Motors, Tirunelveli refused to do so, conveyed me that this is not a major issue and you can run the vehicle as-usual.
Even after continuous follow ups, the problem was not rectified and assures replacement will take another 10 days by Mr.Libin R (Mob: 81100 64477) and his superior Mr. Deepak Regional Cluster Manager . We tried reaching him but no response from his side. Is this the way you treat customers and the response you give to the customers?.
My question to you is? how you give importance to people’s lives and safety related issues and I strongly condemn this kind of behaviour from D.G.Motors, Tirunelveli ROYAL ENFIELD.
The service company gave me a wrong address bill for me for the last service on November 2020. Now they don’t have any history for the last service and try to prove they are clear. And also cheated me. They didn’t repair any of the complaints. Now they are told me to pay more. What will i do ?

I am complaining because silencer getting color change to orange due to very heat I am attaching photo below (the reason you are dissatisfied). To resolve this problem I would like you to replace silencer.
When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Gokul at your company, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem he referred to service center I also reached Arun service manager blue mountain. I believe that this response is unfair because he said all the BS6 Bullet have the same issue the reason you feel the company has an obligation to you. I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 10 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt. Issue-
I got the service done on 25 of April there was the self-start problems in that but your technician get the wire change for that with amount RS 750 bike service additional .
And I got informed battery will be charged after riding 10 to 15 km and it’s a wire problem. But I had to go with same problems and one other issue I got with CAUN SET.
Because technician open this for changing the speed meatier wire . for next day I went again to agency to ask why wire was changed while there was the problem with battery .
As well as I highlighted this with manager of agency and owner they did nit take is seriously it made me harassed , and did not accepted their fault and I came back,
and I took the same heighted with are manager from the home , then he told to them to get the battery will be replaced at your home while he was concerned about CAUN SET also,
they people came to home but had the wrong battery with then after that it was the lock down there,
and yesterday I got the call from the agency for service while still other harassment is that while there are the ticket opened for my case why it was not resolved ,
I talked with area manager if agency is opened so why my case is pending , after that got the call from agency they asked me to come in a day but I was in office we both agreed to come there at 5:30.
I went there during getting the battery changed technician drag the wire forcefully and digital meter stop working I told my ticket is open for CAUN set too they told me we are till 6 pm here,
I was astonished if they are concerned it will take time so why they call me at 5:30 while they have timeline till 6Pm ,
Manager told me to drop the bike there I asked how I will go home and also for some other work provide me vehicle same time I talk with area manager MR RAJAN and MR JORGE online supporting officer,
They both were convincing me to drop it there and told to manager to provide the vehicle but still I had to stand there for 40 munities got no vehicle .
They both your area RAJAN manager and JORGE was not talking professionally I did again call to them and ask to the boss of are manager by emaciation matrix but they guys were trying to me convinced but not by professional way . at last I had to call my bro to take me and they told me bike will be dropped at 11 am it now 1:47 PM still got no call .
Such a cheap experience I faced with lot of harassment one of the poor service I got of this ROYAL ENFIELD name that’s my PH number 9816590665 ,

I have purchased RE Interceptor650 after waiting of 1.5 years. It was my dream to be purchase Interceptor650.I care it like my son.
The story is start now.
It’s shut off when drive away from my home near 07 km.Petrol tank was full and it’s total drive near to 800 km till i have purchased (19/04/2021).When called to road side asst he denied to help as he promised me will reach tomarrow morning. I have pulled it (202 kg weight )to my home in night(07 km).
Still it’s dead parked at my home from 27/05/21 to till.When call cutomer care they can’t do nothing till lockdown.Daily I am going to my office by cab. that’s supper expensive for me on daily basis.
Please tell me where is my fault, why i am facing such horrible problem with my interceptor, which is still wraped condition not a single dirt till touch it. Please help me otherwise i will return it to showroom back or present to consumer court.

My brother Mr. Rajasekhar had purchased this Royal Enfield Classic vehicle Registration Bearing TN01 BK 8205 in October 2020 from Sri Venkateswara Dealership, Pallikarnai, Chennai, Tamilnadu. Since then we both use this vehicle occasionally, and we had driven the vehicle for less than 350kms and since then, after purchasing, I didn’t come across any problem with the vehicle. Since, I am staying in Mylapore, I decided to get my vehicle serviced at Sri Velavan Motors, Mosque Road, off. Mount road, Chennai on 11th Nov’2020 for first free service after taking appointment from them.
After taking delivery I noticed some kind of oil dripping on the floor of parking lot and I thought it is because of full washing they would have used some oil, so I kept quiet. Normally, I use my car to go to office, so bike I use only in weekends, so I realized that, the oil was leaking from the cover in the engine compartment, day by day it was becoming severe, so I again called Sri Velavan Motors and raise a complaint about the oil leakage so, they asked me to get the vehicle and assured to rectify the same. However, when I reached the workshop they took nearly 2-3hrs to clarify me about the leakage and one of the front office person told me that, it is because of the tappet cover gasket so they have replaced with a new one and they charged me for that. During the discussion, the front office in-charge denied of doing any first free service with them, as their system was not showing any job card raised and later once I showed him the invoice copy for which I had paid Rs. 1168/- then, he told ok it must be a manual bill.
After this episode again the oil started leaking from the tappet cover again and this time it was literally pouring from cover (I have taken the video of the same), so I again called them after the lockdown and left the vehicle on 28th June’2021 for repeat job and told them to ensure the complaint doesn’t repeat again & asked them to keep the vehicle for 2-3days, check thoroughly. However, when went to take delivery of the vehicle on 30th Jun’21 evening, the vehicle was not starting, they asked me kick without the accelerator, even then it didn’t start, the workshop person took the vehicle again and got it rectified. Now, after getting the vehicle and driven for 3-4kms there was an abnormal noise coming from the engine like a knocking noise, so after reaching the office, I called Mr. Pandian – 9894481818 – Workshop manager and informed about the same, he assured us to come and pick up the vehicle from our location in Mylapore the next day i.e. on 1st July’21, however, till now there no they haven’t come nor they have called & informed about this.
So, Royal Enfield team, I want you tell me:
How can the Royal Enfield Workshop be insensible in handling the customer, I left the vehicle for 1st Free service and end up getting oil leakage
Again I informed about this and left the vehicle for 2 days but, still the problem was not rectified despite they charging for the parts for which I am not responsible
Again I leaving the vehicle for the same complaint of oil leakage and they manufacture some other problem, engine knocking noise
After paying 2.14lacs for the vehicle why should I get such shabby service and such inferior quality of manpower; pathetic way of handling the customer by Sri Velavan team.
I think Royal Enfield should conduct a mystery audit and find for yourselves how your customer are being handled in this workshop
They have not cleaned my vehicle and entire handles are with oil and grease, they can’t clean the vehicle once before delivering and worst part is the vehicle is not starting and guy is asking me to kick again & again.
Is this the quality of workmanship Royal Enfield team advocates, are these people trained to repair or they trying to learn from our vehicles
So I strongly write that, I don’t want to take a vehicle which has got manufacturing defect and your dealership is not able to fix the problem and instead of arresting the oil leakage complaint they create another problem to me.
I am ready to go any extent to get this resolved and I don’t was to settle anything less than a new vehicle, as I have hardly used this vehicle.
I hope you understand the problem of the customer and expect speedy action in this regard.

I have purchased Fuel Tank @ Royal Enfield (Shariff Auto Spares) Today July 03, 2021 – No: 01, Egappan Street, Pudupet, Chennai – 600002. Tel: 28528077 Cell: 9444355863 / 9092855863. With sealed pack once I reached home and try to fix the tank in my Bike I found tank monogram was not fixed properly it was uneven (Left side of Tank not fixed properly). I reached the Royal Enfield Customer care team over through mobile (18002100007) they said pls reached shop were you bought so reached them (Shariff Auto Spares – Sorry we don’t have replacement of Tank so please reach the customer care) and again I requested the customer support they said ok please reach nearest RE authorized services center for solution. I have reached Velavan Motors RE Services center they given feedback was we cant resolve the issue because it was fixed type of Monogram if we remove the same overall tank paint will get damage and please reach the RE team to replace. But im not getting proper response from the customer care they ate keep on tell sir please reach the shop and get the replace the tank, but already explained everything but they are not accepting. Please advice for the same for further replacement of Tank. Even thought My father is Royal Enfield Chief Machinic we has worked in Tamil Nadu – Tiruvottiyur – Plan and he is Campion of RE in 50 CC (Sliver Plus & Explorer). But they call me after seven month your bike is arrivied take your bike .
But in these days my financial condition is not good so i m not able to take bike from ahuja enterprises . I said about my booking amount to refund to me they said they transfer in my bank account but sir booking amount is not credited to my account . I called ahuja enterprises owner today about my money they said the money is non refundable they can’t refund my money . So i request you please refund my amount as soon as possible . In future when i m strong financially to buy bike i will . but now days i can’t . So please refund my 10000 booking charges as soon as possible

Even yesterday your Royal enfield executive Mr Anand had called up and assured me that everything would be all right. i fail to understand inspite of talking atleast 3 to 4 times with different royal enfield executives, sending numerous mails and authenticating my silencer from “Soniya” authorized royal enfield service centre, at wagle estate Thane west-Maharashtra, then why it is taking so long for you guys to issue me a authority letter which would eventually help me show that as a proof just in case Traffic cops stop me again. Why are you giving me hollow assurances every time. If its not in your capacity then please let me know as i will take further necessary action. Issuing a authority letter would not even take more than ” 15 MINS” of your time if the real intent is there in helping out the loyal royal enfield customers. So please stop saying that there is workload and we are busy and we will get back to you soon.
Honestly my patience is running out and i wont be left with any other option but to escalate this matter to the highest authority of Royal Enfield. I will also share my agony over various social media platforms of the company not being able to take care of its customers and as am being harassed by traffic cops inspite of vehicle papers being up to date and silencer being original/genuine and not modified as they pathetically claim.

I tell you something, Royal Enfield is the third class company ever I have seen. I had purchased new Royal Enfield Classic 350. It’s ok but but after first servicing I got a problem in my bike rear brake. There is a new sound generated.before servicing bike is ok 100% but after servicing I am facing rear brake sound problem. I also complain service center and he will try 2 times to what is the sound in it. But all service center provider is fake and unskilled. He didn’t understand the sound. Sir I know Royal Enfield is a big brand but this is my life big mistake to I have purchase Roayl Enfield. Service is very poor. And bike is not good. Only average. I have purchased Continental GT 650 Rocker Red a Flagship from RE in June 2021 and the bike is in warranty. But since beginning I have facing the severe issue of Relay damaging and it has happened 6 times during last one year. I have contacted everyone including support contact number and also to local authorities but nobody has given permanent solution for the same and kindly note that this is manufacturing defect since inception and hence it is not getting resolved. I bought 350 cc in 2019 but till now the paper and number plate of the bike have not been received and the dealership has also closed the agency tell me what to do
And one more thing, if you give dealership to someone, then don’t you take deposit?
Why do you give dealership to such people and if you want to give agency then take double the deposit
Otherwise the company may have to face heavy losses.
